Would not recommend a stay here with young kids… - Room service menu is incredibly limited (and over priced). Waited one evening for 1.5hrs for our meals which are very basic. - Having made a dinner reservation at Cone Club for 6pm we were informed when shown to our table that the kitchen doesn’t open until 7pm! - Toiletries provided in the bathrooms are in glass bottles which are not the best when you’ve got curious little hands ! - My son’s fingers bled from the texture of the tiles surrounding our swimming pool. Not a good choice for the toddlers finger tips! - Children are not permitted in several areas. - very isolated location, no playground etc within close proximity. Didn’t try out the kids club so can’t comment on this.

Absolutely shocking that you aren’t allowed to use the sunbeds on the frontline as a paying guest. A team who have prioritised maxmising profit over guest enjoyment. Furthermore, there are limited sunbeds and instead sunbeds are positioned by the toilets, very close together. Trying to get a sunbed is an operation in itself and we even got told off for which sunbeds we used. However, a day pass allows a privileged sunbed. Breakfast is v average and rooms are not proportioned correctly. As a five star resort in Ibiza, they should take note from other hotels who do not use such a practice. They are trying to create a vibe which would deter from being a repeat guest.

Fantastic resort and stay. Absolutely breathtaking views, amazing food and service, top notch. The service was stellar and my whole family loved it.

As Hyatt Globalists, we expected far better from 7Pines Ibiza. Despite informing the hotel in advance about three guests, they attempted to charge us at check-in for an extra guest—despite booking with points, which includes up to four people. The in-room phone was broken and confirmed by staff, yet later denied. We were harassed by the spa with texts after trying to cancel an appointment multiple times—calls went unanswered due to the faulty phone system. No manager reached out during our stay despite repeated issues. Staff was condescending and dismissive throughout. Requested rollaway bed never arrived—only a set of sheets. Overall, a stressful and disappointing experience that did not reflect Hyatt standards.

Currently on the second night of this resort. We originally booked this resort because we came to the 7 Pines of Sardinia and were so impressed by the service, the views, the buffet breakfast, and the overall experience. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there last year and figured, let’s give the Ibiza one a shot. We were greeted immediately with a wonderful woman who seemed like it was off to a great start. Then we sat by the pool and were able to get checked in a tad early. We were sent an email earlier in the week to ask preference for pillows, smells, and anything else we may need. We were excited to know that we might have some cool amenities. Once we arrive for check in, My husband is a globalist, there is no acknowledgment of this, which is fine, however it’s a little odd. We get to our room that we used a suite upgrade to and the bathroom and bedroom are the size of a sardine can, but then we have a massive sized kitchen area, however, there’s no actual kitchen. So, this doesn’t make sense. We have a massive balcony, no loungers(just a table and two chairs), we tell them the preference for pillows, smells, and that we are celebrating our anniversary. None are acknowledged and the front desk didn’t even know we asked for pillows. (Why send an email??). We ordered food at the pool, you can’t adjust tipping ( when we would have left more?) and then at breakfast I was told I couldn’t leave with a water that I was currently drinking bc it was glass. There are no signs that I can’t have glass and she said it was bc of the pool area. I was going back to the room. It appears that this resort is not up to the standards of the Sardinia property, besides the BEAUTIFUL views.
