Absolutely wonderful and I must say the concierge service there was incredible at recommending some memorable restaurants etc and helping the younger members of our group with club entry etc! Couldn’t recommend highly enough x

Incredible experience at 7pines
We had an amazing experience at 7pines! The hotel and location are both beautiful, the food experiences are incredibly elevated, and the atmosphere is a perfect balance of relaxing and alive. We had lots of good conversations with the staff, and they were super kind and attentive during our entire stay. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more!

Dear Seven Pines Ibiza Team, We have visited Ibiza and 7Pines many times before, but this year was truly something special. The hotel has reached an entirely new level in terms of luxury, guest hospitality, and its outstanding restaurant concept. We have always been happy at 7Pines, but it was clear this year that there has been a positive change in management. Every single team member was incredibly motivated, service-oriented, and genuinely attentive. The guest services team took wonderful care of our children, which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The new Nela restaurant concept is simply extraordinary & special an experience we will remember for a long time. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every detail was perfect. We can honestly say that these were the most beautiful seven days we have experienced in recent years. Thank you for making our holiday so special. We will most certainly return – and we will be recommending 7Pines to many of our friends and acquaintances. Great changes we have seen within our stay this time.

Completely overpriced, not a Hyatt standard
It’s completely overpriced, it’s not worth the money, especially bc it’s not a Hyatt standard! If you want a day bed with sea view you have to pay extra 69€ Check in at 4pm what is also quite annoying

Great stay at 7 Pines!
I had a great stay at 7 Pines. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The food was delicious, though the menu felt a bit limited. What truly stood out was the service—every detail was taken care of from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to Damian at the front desk, who was exceptionally courteous, attentive, and detail-oriented. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly outstanding.
