Poor service for price, and be aware of location before you visit. - Everything very clean and attractive and functional. Lots of space in the room and outside the room. (Slight "pee" smell in room and outside throughout.) - Amazing views from cliff site. - But poor service for price. Poolside service non existent - you'll have to pester talking pool staff to get their attention. Breakfast service patchy - had no one on first morning until I was almost leaving. Omelette guy missing for large time. Mini bar not replenished - on day 5, I asked 3 times before it was. Requested iron and board on first day - never came. Flower in vase never cleared despite manky water in vase. - Couldn't easily request transfers from the airport. Was told that I had to go onto a booking website which didn't even let me specify flight details. - Re location, while cliff top views are amazing, be aware that this resort is not next to any shops or beaches/coves. You will have to find your way there - walking/buggy to a pebbly cove about 5 minutes away or a taxi to a very busy sand beach. None of this is told to you without you asking. - I was joining friends on a yacht each day, and will not return - price too high for what it provides.

2025 Update: What a difference 4 years makes! Overall still quite good, but compared to 4 years ago when it was really fabulous, it's not that anymore. The cheapest thing I have ever seen in a 5⭐ hotel is the fact that they make you spend €75/pp for the sunbeds that are on the edge with the great Mediterranean Sea view and also the ones they use in a lot of the promotional materials. Who even does that and how can you call yourself a luxury hotel when doing that. Breakfast is also less fabulous vs. 4 years ago. Otherwise wise quite good.

First and foremost, I want to acknowledge the positives: the staff are genuinely warm, attentive, and professional, and the views over the Balearic Sea are undeniably beautiful. That said, the overall experience here feels overwhelmingly corporate—completely at odds with the essence of Ibiza. What makes this island special is its sense of freedom, authenticity, and effortless charm, yet this venue strips that away and replaces it with rigid commercialism. The most frustrating example is the minimum spend required simply to enjoy a sunbed with a view. After already paying significant sums to be here, being forced into yet another expense feels exploitative rather than indulgent. Unsurprisingly, many of these beds remain empty—because relaxation should not come with conditions. The inflated pricing across restaurants and bars only reinforces this sense of corporate opportunism. Paying €22 for a cocktail while being told you can’t order food by the children’s pool after 4 p.m. exposes the lack of balance between hospitality and profit. Even the atmosphere feels manufactured: rather than embracing the tranquillity of the setting, the constant stream of generic background music erodes the natural peace that should be the highlight. In short, while the staff and views are commendable, the model here prioritises profit over authenticity, suffocating the very spirit that draws people to Ibiza. Sadly, it’s not a place I would return to.

Great service and great concierge team which makes our whole stay very value-added and pleasant! Special thanks to Carla, Marta and Alexandra from the concierge, as well as Damian from the reception! The manager Mónika is very helpful and super efficient on problem solving once you have issues although it rarely happened. We look forward to coming back next year again!

The 7Pines resort is a beautiful property with stunning views and great facilities. My stay was overall enjoyable. However, we did notice staff were selectively friendly. It gave us the impression of inconsistency in service. A more uniformly warm welcome to all guests would really elevate the experience.
