We had the most incredible stay at NH Collection and can confidently say this will always be our go-to hotel whenever we’re in Ibiza! The location is absolutely perfect — just minutes from Ibiza Town, right by a stunning marina, and super close to all the best clubs and nightlife. Whether you’re here to relax or enjoy the island’s energy, this spot puts you right in the heart of it all. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed — and more. Super comfortable beds, great amenities, and a sleek, modern vibe that made it feel like a true home away from home. Breakfast was hands-down the best we’ve ever had at a hotel — not only delicious and full of variety, but also with great hours, so we could sleep in and still enjoy it at our own pace. The restaurant in the evening was a whole experience in itself — from the delicious food to the amazing live shows every night, it felt like dinner and entertainment rolled into one. A special shoutout to Bianca at the front desk — she was the sweetest, most helpful and genuinely kind person we met during our trip. She made check-in a breeze and went above and beyond throughout our stay. We truly can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you to the entire team at NH Collection for making our trip so special — we’ll absolutely be back every time we visit Ibiza! 💙

Excellent experience, the staff is very friendly and professional, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the food very tasty. It was my third visit to this hotel and I will definitely go back. Thank you to the hotel management and the team for the amazing hospitality.

The room design, the room amenities and the bookshelf & games, the alcohol drawer, the perfect bed... it was a great stay The attention to details (like orange + orange peeler to have it in your coffee), the perfectly clean room ... I stayed for 3 nights with a friend in September 2024. The location was excellent and within a short walk from the port and bus stop and taxi stand. It couldn't be more accessible to be honest. All the taxi drivers knew of the hotel also, which made life even easier. The hotel was lovely and modern, the bedroom was extremely clean and the shower was also very clean and of a good size. Housekeeping was to a good standard and we had no complaints. The reception staff were consistently friendly, attentive and helpful regardless of the shift time or how busy they were. The kitchen staff/waiters were equally lovely and friendly. The WiFi was of a very good standard - easy to scroll online and also enough signal to make calls/use various devices. The bedroom had USB sockets and an iron and hairdryer so you could afford to pack lightly for a short trip. The room was a bit small but it served its purpose. The breakfast was of a very good standard - varied and also flavoursome and well presented too. They offered the option of choosing from the breakfast menu but there was also a buffet to go alongside this. The fresh juices were just perfect. It would have been nice to have a selection of coffee (eg flat white/latte/cappuccino) to choose from and also a slightly larger cup, but they always offered a second coffee so it wasn't an issue overall. It was expensive/on the pricier side but on a par with other similar hotels in this particular location. The pool was small and not somewhere I would think to go for a dip/swim. There are also no extra facilities such as a spa/indoor pool which was disappointing as this would have been ideal on the one rainy day that we encountered. The staff were amongst the friendliest I've encountered on holiday and went above and beyond at every opportunity - thank you. Would highly recommend!
