W Ibiza

You really can’t go wrong with the W hotels ,we’ve previously stayed in the London,New York and both Dubai hotels and always a great experience. Loved the adults only roof top infinity pool, and hardly anyone around so nice and peaceful with nice views. The other pool very nice as well . The breakfast was amazing . The Italian restaurant does the best pizza that all four of us agreed was best we’d all had . The staff are so nice here ,especially Zachery from Paris . Although we had visited Ibiza many times before I’d never been to this area and it is really was lovely so many nice restaurants on you doorstep. The only reason I gave the hotel a 4 star is they sent a email before our arrival asking if they could do anything which I replied as we were with friends celebrating my husbands big birthday and got no reply ? But other than this it was a perfect weekend away at the W

Rooftop pool and bar, very good Gym good Lounge area with the steps, very good Proximity of beach, great Staff brilliant Breakfast amazing So, what is the issue? The Rooms!! Extremely badly designed. How not to configure a hotel room. No shelving in the toilet. Why? Could be for towels, sanitary items etc… Cushioned seat where the curtains gather. Reduces view so pointless. Over sized chair. Unnecessary. Gap between cupboard and wall. Scruffy and looks shabby. Sink in the corridor. Why narrow the corridor even further. Solution: Put up shelves in the toilet area. (Easy and cheap (e&c)) Put hooks on or side of the main door (e &c) Get rid of curtains and put blinds. Get rid of oversized chair. Pointless Keeping comments constructive. Hope someone reads this. Still staying here for a week.

Had a great experience at W Ibiza because of the concierge Maria Gorgoni. All her suggestions were great and truthful. She steered us away from tourist traps. Great customer service, checked in with us every morning. Made our stay at W very enjoyable.

My daughter and have just returned from a four night stay and the W was definitely was a great choice, for a short getaway. Highlights: Centrally located and just a stroll along to the multitude of restaurants at the marina. Breakfast was a fantastic experience, with excellent service from the team, a delicious selection of high quality a la carte items. Juices were freshly squeezed, the coffee flowed …a perfect start to the day and running until 11:30 am, which was also welcome. We never had an issue with loungers by the pool. Always available and very comfortable bed design. Loved the ones submerged in the pool too. It’s the wonderful W team working across ALL divisions that make this hotel really special. Everyone is proactive, friendly, well trained, on-board and they genuinely care about guest experience. For this reason I could bit rate our experience anything other than 5*

AMAZING experience! The hotel was incredible, the rooms really well appointed, food and beverage exquisite but the best thing was the staff. Always welcoming, always warm and service above all. It made a trip with 5 couples for a birthday weekend a dream we will never forget. The hotel is very well located right in front of the beach, but with two swimming pools and great atmosphere. You are walking distance to the marina to get to Formentera by ferry which is super convenient. The rooftop pool is to die for! THANK YOU to all the team of W Ibiza!
