Excellent experience

Highly recommend! And their concierge communication and follow-through were top notch! Biking along the trail was a highlight.

Simply unforgettable

This place is incredible, nearly beyond fair description. The property is simply stunning, down to the last detail. The rooms are flawless. The facilities are world class. Even the cocktails were amazing! The star of the whole experience is that one of the great wonders of the world is literally metres away. The falls - and all eve experiences available to enjoy them - are breathtaking. The bird life is astonishing, and you even encounter some very interesting and unique animals. What a place! A true bucket list experience.

Worth the Price for a once in a lifetime experience!!!

I’ve stayed in many 5-Star hotels over the years and while this is not the most modern the service is second to none! From start to finish EVERYONE we interacted with was great!!! While you pay a premium for the right to stay in the park, it is completely worth it. - Early & Late access to the falls (you can watch the sunset which day trippers cannot) - Great food (breakfast was phenomenal) - Excellent service (from check-in, concierge, front desk, restaurants, housekeeping, etc.)!!! - Super clean rooms - All the amenities you require. Definitely recommend for at least a 2 day stay!!!

An amazing property in the national park

The experience starts at check-in. Wonderful staff and amenities. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast had an amazing spread with tasty offerings. The pool was spectacular and the staff very attentive and helpful. And best of all, it's right across the road from the falls! Highly recommended.

Luxury Experience at Unbeatable Location

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Unbeatable location inside the park, with access to the trail before and after the park opens. Hotel itself is a luxury experience, except for the many mosquitos in the room at night (with window tightly shut)! The service is excellent, and the accommodations very comfortable. I made pre-arrival bedding requests: they were acknowledged before and upon arrival, and perfect set up in the room! Note that this (Brazilian) side of the Falls has only one trail, so there is not much to do once you have done that 45-minute to one-hour trail. Unless you are content to sit by the pool and just relax, I'd recommend just a one night stay.

We stayed at Hotel Cataratas at the end of our 17 days in Brazil. A perfect ending. Our room was charming and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel neglected to make arrangements for our transport from the airport (which was included in our LL package), but they made up for the error many times over during our stay, including a complementary guide when we visited the Iguassu Falls on the Argentina side. The location of the hotel also provides access to the viewing trails for the falls during hours when the park is closed to other tourist. A real bonus that is not available to those staying in the hotel in the Argentinian park. Next time I stay at Hotel Cataratas I'll coordinate my trip with a full moon!
