Beautiful hotel with a friendly and professional staff. My room was clean and spacious, and the food was delicious. Great stay. Would come back any time.

Lovely Hotel. Fantastic Service. I came for a few day prior to a conference with my family. The hotel was perfect for both leisure and our conference.

From the moment we arrived at the Hyatt Regency Incline Village, we felt welcomed and well cared for. Every staff member we met was kind, genuine, and clearly proud of the property. We stayed one night (October 6–7) in a King Bed Resort View room booked through Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts. It was our first night of this trip to the lake, and the perfect start to a week in Tahoe. The room was comfortable, thoughtfully designed, and had a beautiful view of the resort grounds and mountains. Dinner at Osteria Sierra was unforgettable. Our server, Ciera, was incredible—friendly, knowledgeable, and full of great local recommendations. The Burrata, Steak, and Elk were outstanding, easily some of the best we’ve had in years. Breakfast the next morning was just as good, and the blueberry pancakes were phenomenal. We met Executive Chef Alan Kubler in the lobby the next day and were struck by how kind and down-to-earth he was. At check-in, Tristan was warm and professional, and the concierge on October 7 was equally helpful and friendly. Later, we joined a hatchet-throwing activity with McKenzie, who was fantastic—his energy and enthusiasm made it such a fun and memorable experience. Even though our stay was short, it exceeded every expectation. The service, food, and hospitality were all exceptional, and it’s clear that everyone here takes real pride in what they do. We’re already looking forward to coming back to the Hyatt and North Lake Tahoe again soon.

From the time I pulled into the lobby until I checked out, everyone was very friendly and helpful. Everyone was smiling and welcoming, I was offered a welcome beverage and asked if I need anything to make my stay feel comfortable. Front desk staff and car valet team are super nice and accommodating. Thank you, Hyatt Regency, for making my weekend stay extra special.
