Always a great experience here. Definitely a top favorite for us! I cannot say how much we love it here- although the main beach is closed because of renovation , another is available.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt—friendly and attentive staff, a clean and comfortable environment, and a very convenient location with easy access to Diamond Peak Ski Resort. Kids love the marshmallows!

The Hyatt at This Incline Village is one of our favorite vacation destinations. The location is beautiful, and the hotel does an amazing job with service, great food and amenities. We love the proximity to Diamond Peak and convenient ski rental/storage. Can’t wait to go back!

We intended to not have the room cleaned for the day, but forgot to put the sign at the door to indicate that… So we didn’t try to hide any expensive belongings and just left the day to ski. Sure enough when we returned the room was cleaned but AirPods went missing. We immediately looked at the “Find My” on the phone and they were already reset and not even shown in the list. On top of that, the neighbors have no clue people are still sleeping at 6:00am in the morning behind those closed doors and were speaking as loudly as they wish in the hallway or in their own room. While I love that it’s a dog friendly property, the owners need to know to pick up after their dog’s business and not count on the staffs to pick up for them. The grass area honestly was gross and I blame that on the pet owners than the staffs tbh. But the property is nice and big and at a very convenient location.

My gripe is with their horrible Italian restaurant . I appreciate this is a tourist trap but even tourist traps offer some value . We paid a fortune to Osteria and still left hungry .
