Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino

Excellent stay but remember no food or too Service or any form of food after 9pm not much Uber Eats or any thing only late night snack and the area around it had not Restirant yo serve food at 9 or later

First and foremost - I did not come across anyone who was not helpful. As always, there were a few people that were memorable. Sophia Sloane was kind and welcoming as she helped us secure our desired accommodations. However, anyone could be happy when they get what they desire; she delivered a level of transparency and professionalism that helped me make an informed decision for my family and I. We are grateful for her guidance. Second, we met Max at Cutthroat’s Saloon. Max was a fantastic team member that provided an exceptional level of service all while being warm and personable. This goes a very long way - we appreciated his efforts and the Fish & Chips were great! Leti took care of the housekeeping and made sure that our room looked incredible upon our return to the hotel. We met her on our way out and got to speak with her briefly - such a sweet lady. She apologized as she didn’t believe that her english was communicating what she wanted to say. Kindness and consideration somehow has the ability to transcend words. I told her that her english was far superior than my Spanish. Gilfredo and Maria respectively were great during our breakfast. They navigated the busy morning rush with grace and attentive service. Lastly, I have to mention our bittersweet encounter with Ryan from the bell desk. I only say bitter sweet because we enjoyed our stay and this would mark its close. Ryan was a great guy, kept the conversation going while loading up our luggage. He engaged with my youngest daughter as she loves to ask questions…lots of questions. He was great. To the Hyatt Team in Lake Tahoe - thank you for helping my family make some great core memories. It truly means the world to us. Lastly, I firmly believe that people come in for the first time because of the name on the building. We often return because of how the people and names inside made us feel. Thank you for executing on the vision.

Amazing Resort, Hotel Staff and activities! The Hotel grounds and beach are exceptional. There is no place like Incline Village!

Wonderful Family hotel. 4 heated pools, 3 are kid friendly. Service was 5 Star!

Our stay at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe, was great beyond the expectations. Pros: 1. Amazing Location and resort atmosphere. 2. Rooms are clean and management takes care of routine cleaning services everyday. 3. Staff at front desk and porters are quite supportive and address customer's needs. 4. Got complimentary guided hike. 5. In-house cafe's and restaurants are great and equipped with some vegetarian options as well. 6. Room services are great with on-time delivery of required items. 7. Clean pools, fast elevators (like not very slow) and good availability of other amenities. Cons: 1. Prices of the food items available in their restaurant is generally high - but looks like its because of the quality of things they provide with great presentation. Overall, I would say it's worth staying here and we would like to come here again someday.
