We started off our honeymoon at the Hyatt, and it was phenomenal. The staff working there was beyond amazing and kind to us! Really made us feel welcome and at home, thank you! We also loved the pool, hot tub, fire pit, and spa! The spa was amazing after our fly fishing excursion. Would love to come back soon! We also recommend the balcony rooms! They were beautiful and the bed was so comfortable!

I wasn’t sure what to expect before our arrival due to the ongoing renovations, but any concerns were immediately put to rest once we got there. The resort was beautiful, and the customer service was outstanding from the start. My wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary, and the team went above and beyond to make it memorable. At check-in we were warmly congratulated, and to our surprise, we were upgraded from the one-bedroom suite (booked with a suite upgrade award) to the Sierra Suite. It was stunning! Sophia, the Assistant Guest Experience Manager, personally greeted us with a “happy 25th anniversary”! She explained that our suite wasn’t quite ready (we had arrived an hour early) and offered us a bottle of champagne while we waited. We used the time to enjoy a wine tasting at Osteria Sierra with Jana Manfredi, the resident sommelier, which set the perfect tone for the rest of the trip. Shortly after settling into our suite, we were surprised again with chocolate-covered strawberries, a cheese plate, and another bottle of champagne from Sophia. It was such a thoughtful way to begin our anniversary stay. Throughout our trip, Sophia and the guest experience team checked in to make sure everything was perfect, and their care made this one of our favorite stays at a Hyatt as a couple. Beyond the exceptional hospitality, the activities team was another highlight. We loved the chickadee hike with Ryan and Shaina, and yoga with Rachel was a wonderful way to start the day. Bike rentals through Big Blue were convenient and gave us a fun way to explore the Tahoe East Shore Trail. We also enjoyed the complimentary access to Burnt Cedar private beach. The shuttle service to the private beaches and into Incline Village was both convenient and greatly appreciated. We can’t wait to return — next time with our kids — and experience even more of what this wonderful resort has to offer. Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe truly made our anniversary unforgettable.

We really like this hotel. Incline Village is great, but there aren't a ton of food options around. We spent a lot of time in the pool. Kind of a bummer that it maxes out at 4 feet deep, but my son still had a blast. We also love the s'mores kit on checkin!

We spent 7 incredible days at the Hyatt. My initial concern about the remodeling project was quickly put to rest on our first day there. I’d never have known it was going on had I not read about it. The hotel shuttle that is provided allowed my husband and I to do everything we wanted. While I explored beaches, he was shuttled to golf courses. I was so happy to get a drive to the express bus route so that I could visit Sand Harbor. Each morning we took advantage of the free hour of paddle boarding and kayaking. I also took advantage of the hikes. It’s the first time I ever felt like a resort fee was used for my benefit. Location was great, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable, room was quiet and oh so clean. Can’t wait to return, I just hope it will be affordable once the renovations are complete.

The hotel is in an excellent location just a block off of the beaches of Incline Village. While the hotel's beach is under construction, you have access to the private Incline Village community beaches which are both within walking distance and packed with amenities. There's also a hotel-run shuttle that runs continuously through the day. The hotel was clean, minus the cigarette smoke in the Lobby pouring in from the attached casino. While it was initially a turn-off, fortunately the rest of the property was non-smoking and the smoke did not travel anywhere beyond the initial entrance. The rooms were clean and seemed recently updated. The staff was top notch, especially the concierge and the activities desk. We will definitely be back.
