We came to incline Village when I was growing up and decided to take my kids here to experience it. The Hyatt exceeded all of our expectations. The grounds were amazingly kept well. The staff was very friendly and polite and welcoming. We ordered extra pillows and housekeeping brought it right away. We stayed in a walkout patio with access to the pool, which was perfect for us with our kids. We were able to sit on our patio while they went to the pool if we were having a drink first. We had dinner at their Italian restaurant two nights in a row because it was such a huge hit with my family. The staff there is amazing.

One of my favorite properties (and I am a Globalist). From the pre arrival information, to check in, to concierge to breakfast! Just amazing! You will have access to 3 great beaches! Come to the breakfast before 9am and there will be no crowds.

Miss the days when the Hyatt Incline was a hotel I look forward to visiting. . It has become so dated. We are willing to pay for a high end hotel, but what we arrived at was not that. Our room was old, oddly “remodeled” When I pay over $1000 a night for a balcony room, I would not expect a small bathroom, a shower curtain, an old dated tub, a balcony that is 12 inches from the one next to it and an air conditioner that does not work. We left a night early. Something needs to be done to fix this hotel. It’s using its location to gain prices they are not worthy of.

Stayed two nights on points with Hyatt. The hotel is older but the service quality is excellent. Rooms are small in the main building but clean and beds were decent. Small bathrooms though if there’s two people. Didn’t eat at hotel restaurants since breakfast wasn’t available. Drink service is good. Casino is outdated. Slot machines are dated with no new editions. Blackjack was 25 a table with one table being 100. No one was at that table on my visit. Please upgrade the casino. Pool is not large but has a great summer vibe. DJ and food and drink service. Also hot tubs with one being adults only. Lounge chairs with cushions was nice. Beach access was closed due to renovation. Hotel should have provided credit to those staying here for this inconvenience.

Stayed at the Hyatt for a business CJ ference but came 4 days early. Great place for families. A lot of activities. Not much to do in incline village beyond the lake but beautiful scenery etc. We were glad we had a rental car because the shuttles were not as convenient to go to store etc.
