If you’re skiing within the area such as: Diamond peak or Mt. Rose, I highly recommend staying here! Friendly staff, no wild crowd - just peaceful and calm. Within 8 mins drive to DP and 15 to Mt. rose. Shuttle service to DP every 30 mins. Pool and jacuzzis are a nice way to end the evening! Would highly recommend.

Loved our stay. We tried all the different adventures tours offered by the hotel and had a blast. Staff is very welcoming and always smiling. Ryan Mckanzee was our tour guide for Chickadee Ridge Trail and that tour alone is why we would go back alone. But we also did archery, yoga and pasta making and all of them were equally as good. Breakfast is good and dinner at the restaurant was also nice. We got a complimentary upgrade on our room with an amazing view of snow covered mountains. We will definitely visit again.

Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe sits in one of the most beautiful locations you can ask for directly on Lake Tahoe with a stunning mountain backdrop and lodge‑style architecture that really sets the tone. The setting alone makes the stay feel special. My room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and easily one of the nicest I’ve ever had at any hotel. Everything felt well‑maintained and thoughtfully designed, which made it easy to relax. The staff delivered warm, professional service throughout my stay. Every interaction felt genuine, and hospitality was clearly a priority. Breakfast was pricey, but I have to admit it was delicious. The restaurants and bars on site offer plenty of quality. The biggest downside was that most of the amenities were closed during my visit. Definitely call ahead to confirm what’s available I found myself with very little to do on property. If I didn’t have my own car, it would’ve been a challenge to fill the time. Overall, the resort has an unbeatable location, excellent rooms, and great service. Just be sure to check amenity availability so you know what to expect before you arrive.

My wife and I spent the weekend in Tahoe and really enjoyed the location and accommodations. The room was very clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. We especially appreciated the hotel’s sustainability touches—providing reusable water bottles for guests instead of disposable bottles, along with refill stations throughout the property, was a great idea. We also liked the large TV in the room (looked to be around a 65" Samsung). And the nearby beach was a highlight—watching the sunset there was beautiful. A couple of issues did come up: the fan in our room had a constant humming/buzzing noise and was pretty annoying (fortunately, I was able to turn it off). I’d also suggest adding more lighting in the room, as it felt a bit dim at times. Lastly, the kids in the room next door were quite loud, and the noise carried through.
