We have been going to the Hyatt, Incline Village for many years and now bring grandparents, adult children and grandchildren every summer for 4 nights, booking 4 rooms.Hyatt staff are exceptional from the front desk to the room cleaning staff. Although we were aware that the Hyatt private beach would not be available due to renovations in the beach area, we expected the resort fee to be eliminated and the room prices to be reduced. However; neither of those compensations were available or offered. To say the least, we were very disappointed in Hyatt management's handling of this situation so we cannot award 5 stars which is what the Hyatt Incline Village should deserve. Management missed the mark on this one.

My husband and I knew we were off to a good start when we registered at the front desk and Clay greeted us so warmly. I had an issue with something and Lindsay came to the rescue. Throughout our short and more than sweet stay, we were greeted by our names , even though the hotel had a huge conference also in attendance. An added bonus was that despite the numbers, our room was ready 2 hours before required. Nice plus was the brewed coffee at the market store-free refills, too! I would return to Hyatt Regency in a heartbeat!

Very nice hotel. Wish the Private beach is open but at least the substitute beach still nice. Has tons of activities that you can enjoy even if you don't get out much from the hotel

Wonderful customer service and most serene atmosphere around. Perfect 7 night stay. Food was excellent; and the spa and casino were enjoyable.

We have been going to Hyatt Regency incline Village every year for at least a dozen years in the summer with our three boys and the last few times brought our two dogs as well. Very pet friendly, amazing food choices at the pool and cutthroat bar and Grill, very quick shuttle ride to the base of our annual hike up to monkey rock, everyone is very friendly, Casino not too smoky. Will continue coming back.
