Warm and attentive welcome. Clean and very good customer service. Overall I was quite surprised and did not expect for the hotel to offer so much in amenities and the dinner prepared by the hotel was great. Overall will definitely be coming back as our new hidden get away.

This is always one of our favorite Hyatt. However, currently going through some major rebuid, the bar and restaurant by the beach is closed. Beware. They need 2 or 3 more jacuzzi, the only one always fill with 50 people, hardly able to get in, we weren't able to in this stay. Otherwise, everything else were fine.

I would say this is so far my worst experience with the "luxury" hotels in US. 1 - The mattress was bad. It dips so bad at the head that we could barely sleep in the first night. The next day we discovered the situation and we had to sleep head-to-foot. 2 - The plumbing system is extremely loud. When our neighbor uses the faucet or the shower, it sounded like a train running in the pipes. The noise was so loud that we could clearly hear it from the patio. 3 - The AC never reaches the right temperature. 4 - We appreciate refrigerator has a clear door. It's very cute. But it's also useless because it is the smallest refrigerator we've seen. 5 - When we check out, the reception did not even bother to ask how was our stay. We would definitely NOT consider this Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino for our next trip to Lake Tahoe.

We stayed as a couple in this wonderful hotel over the Thanksgiving weekend and could not have been happier-- it is a very cozy, warm place in the Tahoe area with clean rooms and gracious service. We had been here once before and were excited to return (they even welcome you at check-in with a glass of bubbly!). Our breakfast and dinner at Osteria was excellent (and husband is a chef and therefore picky), though the food quality at the Cutthroat Saloon should be improved. We participated in the archery activity and LOVED it, and would have gone on one of the hikes if we had had more time! The location is absolutely beautiful, with views of Lake Tahoe nearby. This hotel definitely does a service to the Hyatt Regency brand name.

This resort has the friendliest staff around! The rooms are clean and the food is fantastic! The spa is beautiful and relaxing and the masseuse was amazing - ask for Janice Follmer! Pet friendly too!!!
