We loved this property. Most staff were wonderful, very helpful and accommodating to our needs. A special thank you to the following who made our stay wonderful: Lindsey-Guest experience Supervisor Shayna- Front Desk Adam- Bell hop Chris- Amenity delivery Text team Rebekah/JR/ Benjamin- In room dining Josue/ Semiyah-Tahoe provisions Max-Cutthroat Saloon Bradley- Concierge Beach bus team **Room for improvement- the valet team needs to be proactive and provide assistance to guests- especially to female or elderly Most were just standing there, and do not extend help in opening car door even when they can see your hands are full. Very disappointing specially for a five star hotel! Also, explaining onsite benefits, amenities and activities would be helpful. as well as informing in advance regarding the ongoing property renovations.

It's a very secluded location with limited options for food. The resort doesn't have the greatest quality of food, especially for the cost. I'm not a regular at ordering room service but I was definitely deterred by the $20 + service charge when ordering anything to the room. Overall it was too expensive for what was offered.

Overall it was a good experience. The room was clean albeit some items in the bathroom were dated, old and should be updated. The onsite restaurants: breakfast was yummy and some of the dishes served for dinner were yummy too. Prices were high so we were a little disappointed with a few of the dinner dishes not being as yummy as they could have been. For a family with teens, there’s honestly not a whole lot for them to do onsite. There was some miscommunication among the staff with different answers coming from different employees. We did have some exceptional customer service from Cristian (dining), Hans (Adventure desk), Christine (pool dining), Elaine and Pablo (housekeeping), and Osvaldo (dining). These individuals provided above average customer service and really added a wonderful touch to our stay. In summary, this location would probably be better suited for those with younger kids. We did appreciate the cleanliness of the room and hotel overall.
