Come here for the rooms and pools!

Room was excellent. Housekeeping greeted us every day. The best attraction is the abundance of pools and lounge seating around the pools.

Luxurious and relaxing experience! I felt I got my money’s worth with the early check in and late check out and was able to enjoy a lovely stay with friends!

Would go back!

Absolutely one of the best resorts I have stayed at. The property amenities and food options are incredible, as well as, the wonderful staff.

Poor value for the price, pools are fun for kids

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

The pools are great for kids and the room is nice and spacious and well maintained but that's about it. For the price they charge the value isn't there. Parking overnight is $40 and they won't let you park in the garage in shade for that price! Food on site is awful, grab and go cafe is ok but restaurants are overpriced and still serve meh worst than diner food. Kids activities are a joke, nothing really to engage kids. If you're going for the pools stay elsewhere and donate day pass. They charge resort fees for the stay anyway. Front desk staff is very uninterested, didn't share anything about activities or amenities - they even charge for s'mores. Disappointed in Hyatt, they're trying to squeeze every extra dollar during your stay.

Unforgettable Family Stay – The Ultimate "Vacay Mode" Resort!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

We arrived on a Friday well before the official check-in time, and to our surprise, our room was ready in less than an hour! The check-in process was seamless, and from that moment on, the hotel staff did an incredible job of making us feel welcome. The Grounds & Pools This has to be one of the best pool resorts in Southern California. My kids were absolutely obsessed—they literally did not want to leave the pool area. It’s designed perfectly for families, and the atmosphere immediately "switches" you into vacation mode. The Room We were blown away by the room. It was incredibly spacious (much larger than we expected!) and spotlessly clean. The kitchen area featured a cool retro-style refrigerator and a high-quality Nespresso machine for great morning coffee. While a small cooktop might have been a nice addition, honestly, after spending three days there, we realized we probably wouldn't have even used it. One of the best parts? The rooms are so quiet and well-insulated that you can easily sleep until noon without even realizing it’s daytime. It was the best sleep we’ve had in a long while. Value & Service Daily parking is $35, which is a bit on the high side, but the level of service and the overall experience truly makes you "forget" about the fee once you’re inside. Not a single thing bothered us during our entire stay. Overall Our kids almost cried when it was time to check out. The only thing that kept them from a full meltdown was our promise that we will definitely be back. If you're looking for a stress-free, high-end family getaway, this is the place!
