My family of 5 had a great trip to the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells. The waterslides were awesome for the kids and it was easy to let them roam around safely and use the lazy river and pools. There is plenty of food and drinks available although it was a pain when we were carded at the bar (we are in our mid-40's) and our ID's were all the way up in our room. There should be an ID check at the front desk and some sort of system so that this is not such an inconvenience, especially when it is 115 degrees out. The restaurants on-site have great food and atmosphere. The "market"/ coffee shop is fantastic for starbucks and small bites, plus has any items you need that you may have forgotten to pack. We stayed in a double queen with pull out and it was comfortable for the 5 of us. We were, however, disappointed when we inquired about staying a 3rd night (sunday) and the rate was more expensive than the 2 nights prior, especially being a Hyatt member.

Hotel was nice, upgraded room was beautiful and clean but surprisingly the food at the restaurants and room service was below average

The remodel to this hotel was great. Rooms were nice and so was the pool area. Gym was clean and a good size. However, the hotel lacks dining options and entertainment. We went in brutal summer months and there was nothing offered to adult guests inside the hotel. The food at Carmocha was good but the cocktails were too sweet. I was disappointed with the lack of staff and service. The valet and employees at the bar could benefit from customer service training. The hotel temperature was hot- the set temperature was not cool enough and the elevators had no AC. I will not be returning.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience during our 4-day, 3-night stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with friendly and professional service. The staff were courteous, accommodating, and always ready to assist whenever we needed anything. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy for us to relax and enjoy our stay. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, and everything was conveniently accessible. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality. Every detail was handled with care, and we felt genuinely valued as guests. The service, cleanliness, comfort, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable hotel experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
