Great hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, nice grounds and amenities, restaurants have good options. There are places for kids to have a great time, but also an adult only pool that was quiet and relaxing

I booked two rooms to celebrate my birthday for a close 1 night getaway with my birthday crew. The resort did everything they could to make it an unforgettable birthday. Went to the spa on the day we arrived and had a wonderful relaxing time. The hotel room was standard but nice. The bed was comfortable. The next morning had breakfast at the hotel restaurant Tia Carmen, food was delicious. We spent the rest of the day at the adult pool. Just how I wanted to spend my birthday. I want to note that the overall reason this stay was wonderful was the staff. Every person that I spoke with was helpful and kind, that makes the experience one of the best I have had at a hotel. One example is at the pool 2 staff members came around with outer pops to give to people. This small thing made this feel like a 5 star experience. My crew and I will be coming back.

We visit here at least once a year and had another wonderful stay or maybe the best stay at Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas, and I especially want to recognize the team for how professionally they handled an unexpected issue during our visit. Unfortunately, the AC in our room stopped working, which was definitely challenging given the extremely hot weather. However, what really stood out was how quickly and professionally the hotel team responded. They took the situation seriously, communicated with us, and worked hard to get everything sorted out. Things can go wrong at any hotel, but it’s how a property handles those situations that truly makes a difference. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and we genuinely appreciated their professionalism, hospitality, and efforts to turn the situation around. Thank you to the entire team for taking care of us and making sure we could still enjoy our stay. We visit this property regularly and look forward to coming back!

my third anniversary visit to the grand Hyatt in Indian Wells during August, which is our anniversary month, which also lets us afford such a luxurious property that we have fallen in love with over the last three years, the best part of it besides being well kept up And clean is the fact that the staff makes you feel like you are the most important person in the world no matter where they are in the hotel housekeeping poolside. It is the best service of any hotel property anywhere in my 73 years on this planet, the food is excellent. The café has the biggest selection of breakfast lunch and dinner if you want grab and go or a bottle of wine or a chilled alcoholic beverage one of our favorite things is breakfast on the veranda early in the morning because in August by 7 o’clock in the morning it’s already 85° but with a nice breeze, the breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are absolutely the nicest rooms you can imagine well kept up. Seems like they update them on a regular basis and even a regular room feels like a suite with a separate sitting area with a sectional couch and a huge 65 inch TV that can also be seen from your bed big bathroom with a great shower and bathtub and something we didn’t expect was daily housekeeping. We had to put our sign out because we typically don’t need housekeeping, but we went to breakfast and by the time we came back, our bed was made they were emptying our trash and refilling the coffee for our Keurig. We were grateful and surprised because you don’t get that kind of service very often anymore of these days. Great stay well worth the money make it a special place yearly and you won’t be sorry.

We travel to the Hyatt resort Indian wells every year during the summer between 2-3 times. The hotel is amazing the pool/lazy river/slides are so much fun. The best part is the pool side restaurant!
