Hyatt Regency Indian Wells Resort & Spa

This is one of the best places to stay with kids. The pool area was fantastic, the kids loved everything about it. Rooms are clean and modern, staff is super friendly and welcoming. We had a great time. Go to the pool area as soon as it opens and save a chair in the shade. There are plenty of spaces to sit along all pools and the lazy river

The hotel provided an excellent experience with exceptionally friendly staff. The room exceeded expectations size, and the beds were comfortable. The children enjoyed the sofa bed and found it very satisfactory. The of a small balcony was a pleasant touch. Undoubtedly the highlight for the children was the water park, featuring slides and a lazy river. Breakfast, which was included, was of high quality, although the additional charge for cappuccino (while "regular coffee" was included) seemed somewhat. dinner at Carmocha was also outstanding. However, parking at a cost of USD 32.00 was not complimentary. Overall, this was exceptional stay that I would highly recommend others. This will certainly not be our last visit this hotel.

Great Experience! Great Pools, Rooms, and so much to do! Stayed for one night, our room overlooked the pool area. Big open space with a balcony. The waterpark was fun for all ages, I loved racing my son the duel waterslides. A little hot but what do you expect in the dessert.

Upon entering room wall was stained with yellow substance and toilet seat was dirty. I informed front desk but that never was relayed to housekeeper to clean. Also if you do go make sure you ask not to place you on same floor with all high school kids.

My family and I stayed in a Villa. It was beautiful and much nicer than expected. Customer service was excellent. Our stay overall was relaxing, enjoyable and fun! Kids loved the lazy river and slides.
