Must try
Excellent place to stay with family or for business trip. Number of pools and slides are just amazing. Lots of things to do in and around the hotel. Parking is not free but everything else is great.

STAY ELSEWHERE!
Unsatisfactory experience. Called the hotel repeatedly, approximately 6-7 times in succession, but was unable to speak with a live person due to an automated bot greeting. Requests for assistance from the front desk went unanswered, despite multiple attempts. Subsequent calls to inquire about concierge and valet services also yielded no response. This property requires improvement in its communication and guest service protocols. Last, this property charges $16 for self parking even if you don’t spend the night (I visited a friend) this is a HUGE turn off for a desert property.

Pool is great for kids and teenagers. Good food pool and restaurants . Nice location. Rooms are a nice size. Floors need to be taken care of, staples need to be hammered in the wood floor steps.

Lazy river is great
Highly recommend this place for a family stay. The lazy river was absolutely the highlight — my kids and I spent hours there and loved every minute. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. The only minor issue was that the AC unit in our room was unusually loud. It wasn't unbearable, and we still slept fine, but it's worth noting if you're a light sleeper. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back.

Worth a visit
Self-parking can be challenging during busy times. The room is spacious and quiet. I had a good experience. I just wish the hallway is not so long lol.
