Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa

My review is specific to the incredible customer service I experienced from Patrick. The hotel is a beautiful quaint property located in a tranquil spot in indian wells. I come to indian wells often because my husband and I like the serenity the neighborhood provides along with the beautiful backdrop of the mountains. Patrick went above and beyond to make us feel valued and appreciated, and that experience matters especially when you are paying about $1000 for a couple day getaway. The food was good--they were able to accommodate my special diet and my husband said the massage he got was great. Drinks were good too and if you are inclined you can pick fruits from the property a make freshly squeezed juice from them. they have activities as well.

Such a nice and relaxing 3 night stay. My husband and I were celebrating his birthday and our anniversary and it was our first visit to this resort. From the moment we arrived to the end of our stay every single staff member we encountered was wonderful. Great service with just the right personalities to not make this a stuffy place, yet still luxurious feeling. Our waiter, Gio, stood out for being so warm and welcoming and for surprising us with anniversary wishes and a delicious dessert. The Bellman, Greg, was just phenomenal as well in personality, service, and going those extra miles to accommodate us with an unexpected shopping day for our home with no where to store it safely until we departed. My husband and I really enjoyed our conversations with him and look forward to our next stay in the future.

Just loved this hotel and wished we could have stayed longer than the one night we were there. We had a huge room overlooking the Hideaway pool with all the comforts and amenities you would expect. There are 2 pools - a larger one with bar service and music and a smaller, unsupervised hideaway pool at the back of the resort which was peaceful. Pool towels provided on each subbed and plenty of sunshades. The hotel wasn’t overly busy when we stayed so it was lovely and quiet. We spent afternoon relaxing by the pool and then decided to eat in the restaurant in the evening. Wow!! The food was exceptional and my husband who is coeliac and struggles to find good places to eat was able to have the most delicious meal which was gluten free. When we informed the waiting staff of his dietary requirements one of the staff who is also coeliac came over and fully explained the menu and gave huge reassurance. The service throughout the meal was outstanding. If we ever visit Indian Wells again this is where we would stay. Had a lovely, albeit short, experience. Thank you for a relaxing stay which is what we needed.

Quiet. Clean. Modern amenities in the room. Beautiful property. Love all the fruit trees and landscaping.

This resort was the perfect place to stay after the WSAA payments conference at another close by property. Tommy Bahamas is quiet, has nice a comodations, the onsite restaurant has great entrees and the bars offer a great variety of wines and spirits! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We will return to this property again and again.
