Sarah Lima gave me the Absolute Best Massage that I have ever had! Perfect pressure, and felt Terrific after! Warming table to lay on, and cool and comfortable air in the room. A MUST go when at the resort!

This past week (late July/early August 2025), my husband and I stayed here two nights, midweek. We also reserved a room for our 26-year-old son so that he could hang out with us on one of the days. My issue isn't with the hotel itself, which is lovely. My problem is with their business practices. I reserved the rooms on the hotel's own website and received confirmation emails that included the room price along with a breakdown of fees and taxes. When we checked in, however, the price was higher. I understood we would be paying 17 bucks a night per car in additional fees, but even accounting for that, we were still paying $50 more in other taxes and fees than our confirmation emails said we would. Yes, they have a $40 a day resort fee per room, but that was already included in the email's breakdown. The reception clerk was pretty blase about the whole thing. He knew immediately, without looking, that the confirmation email had a small warning that the quoted price was an"estimate," so apparently, this situation happens often. He gave us the card for the "rooms director," Patrick Bardenett. We emailed Patrick our confirmation emails and left two voice messages, but we never heard from him. It's $50, so not the end of the world, but the situation left us feeling confused. The hotel was probably half full. It's a pretty place, and the rooms are spacious. But I do not think we will return.

The pillows and the bed was like what I think a cloud would be like. I've been here before and the service and accomodations were great.

This is a beautiful property! Rooms are big and pool isn’t too crowded. I love the pick your own citrus. I would definitely stay again!

A beautiful hotel! Super friendly staff, and lovely large rooms. Loved the pool area, which always had plenty of lounge chairs
