Loving our stay
A wonderful place and staff were amazing, especially Bella at reception, she took the best care of us. We celebrated our anniversary and my birthday here and she organized everything for us. Couldn't thank her enough. We look forward to next stay already and we will recommend to our friends. On my birthday Meao Meao came to my room, it was special.

Exceptional, friendly staff and experience
Amazing hotel with the most friendly and efficient staff who make you feel so welcome. We booked the two night stay with tasting menu & Whisky tasting and we booked the afternoon tea and it was all above expectations. The tasting menu on the first night was so good, everything was excellent. Breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, cooked breakfast everything you need. We booked afternoon tea for our second day and the Gluten Free one was amazing, best scone I’ve ever eaten. Too much so got to take some cakes back to room & took them home to enjoy. Whisky tasting was great hubby loved it, been in whisky industry for 40 years and found a new one he really likes Dalmore 12YO. We will be back 🤩

Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful team at the Ness Walk hotel.
We have just returned from a two night stay at Ness Walk hotel to celebrate my husband's birthday and what a wonderful stay it was. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Sue, we were made to feel welcome. Our room was excellent - large, very clean with all the home comforts you could imagine, including robe, slippers and beautiful Arran toiletries in the bathroom. We enjoyed the tasting menu on our first evening at the Torrish restaurant. The food was outstanding and we chose to include a wine pairing, which definitely enhanced the experience. On our second evening we enjoyed a Whisky tasting, which introduced us to some new distilleries we hadn't tried before. Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful team at the hotel. Particular thanks go to Sue, Mark, Monica, Ewan and Hannah, who really went out of their way to look after us.

Excellent stay
