Ness Walk

Excellent stay, beautifully appointed hotel and very friendly team at the hotel. Lovely experience from the welcome drinks to the dining advice and service all round.

Quite simply this hotel does absolutely everything right. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed; with spacious, luxurious rooms and a warm and welcoming lounge. The food in the restaurant is superb - both for Dinner and Breakfast. What makes this hotel stand out however are the staff. Every single member of their team deliver the same exceptional level of service. They are without exception warm, friendly, professional and above all they genuinely care. I had an unexpected visit to hospital whilst staying at Ness Walk and the care, kindness and compassion shown to me was beyond measure. Whilst all the staff were unbelievably kind and caring I must single out Monica on reception. Monica truly went above and beyond anything I could have expected in order to accommodate me for an extra night. But not just that, she treated me like a friend and made sure that I had everything I needed and was ok. Gracie (Operations Manager) is a complete gem. I watched her interact with many guests and she greeted returning guests as old friends, and they her. She is clearly highly regarded by both guests and her team. And rightly so. To find a hotel of such a high standard where the staff are outstanding but you feel as though you are amongst friends is a very rare thing.

I can't praise this hotel enough, fantastic room and even more fantastic staff. Beautifully decorated for Christmas and the breakfast was delicious. Special thanks to both Steve and Scott for their warm hospitality and expert knowledge. We nearly didn't have the turn down service but I'm so glad we did, the chocolate truffles left in the room were divine, please make these available to buy! Would absolutely love to stay here again.

The Ness Walk hotel is truly a hidden gem. We were taken care of from the moment we walked up the drive way (greeted warmly by Mark), all the way to our check out. The front desk were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Upon arriving we were invited to sit down in their lovely front room with a glass of complimentary champagne while we gathered our thoughts after travelling. We were then escorted to our room and given a thorough run down of all the amenities—which was a godsend for a travel-addled mind. The restaurant downstairs is a must! Food and atmosphere was stunning. And the highlight was the whisky fudge left on our pillows from the evening turn down service when we returned to our room. The city centre is a lovely 15 min walk along the river bank with beautiful views of Inverness castle. We will absolutely be staying again!
