Remarkably good experience. The staff were absolutely tremendous and made our stay fantastic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Short walk down the river to several bars and restaurants

A perfect hotel in a peaceful but convenient location to enjoy the attractions of Inverness. We stayed here for four nights and it was fantastic. The staff were without fail helpful, professional and friendly and a credit to the hotel. There was only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Inverness for some great restaurants and the onsite car park was very secure and well managed. Our Laurel King room was on the first floor and was spacious with a comfortable bed and shower with great daily servicing and turndown service. The other highlight in addition to the staff was the food which whether at breakfast or dinner was excellent. The breakfast really stood out for the breadth and freshness of choice and whether having the full Scottish or the Eggs Benedict everything was freshly cooked, delicious and ample portions. The drinks and cocktails in the bar were reasonably priced but I was surprised that when I asked for a few crisps in a bowl, there was a charge of £5! To be fair I checked on the bar menu after and this was listed but was not something I expected from a 5* hotel. If we ever return to Inverness we will stay here.

The Ness Walk is all you could wish for. Good food, comfortable bed and a beautiful location by the River Ness. The staff are kind, welcoming and attentive. Special mention to Grace, Stephen , Euan and the Breakfast Manager whose name I have unfortunately forgotten. You and the rest of your colleagues made our stay the most wonderful of experiences. Our sincere thanks to you all.

One of our best stays ever, from the moment we arrived we were welcomed with delicious whisky and our lovely room. All of the staff were exceptional and the location is perfect. One of the most comfortable beds ever! Wish we had longer.
