Customer service that excels, thoughtful, kind staff, beautifully appointed. After hiking the West Highland Way, I took a few days here to pamper myself. I was so pleasantly surprised to find such a high level of attentiveness and genuine care in hosting their customers. I loved my room with walk out garden view, and even the bartender humored me to try the Scottish absinthe. I don't think I will ever forget the faces and kind words of the staff during my stay. A true gem through and through!

First class all the way. Peaceful setting along the River Ness just a short walk from the city center. The room was very comfortable and the staff went out of there way to ensure we had a delightful stay.

We have stayed at hotels all over the world, and the Ness Walk Hotel stands out amongst them all. The beauty of the location, the fantastic service from the moment you walk in and showing us our room (shoutout to Grace!), recommendations for a beautiful walk and things to do (thanks, Monica!), and fantastic food. The location is also what made the difference because it is far enough from the city center (about 1/2 mile) but close enough to get to, while being in the middle of nature along the river and enjoying the beauty and serenity of the surroundings.

We stayed at Ness Walk on our first trip to Scotland and Inverness. We loved the hotel--everyone was so nice and helpful to us. A special thank you to Steve and Mark--they helped us plan sightseeing trips and getting to Glasgow after the fire. Also a special thank you to Helen and Monica for helping us plan our day to day activities. This hotel was our favorite place on the trip. The hotel was fabulous, but the people working there were wonderful and we would go back here to stay!

I throughly enjoyed my stay at Ness Walk. The staff is friendly and professional and the location is excellent. It’s just a short walk to the town and the walk is along side a swift moving river. I left behind a personal item and the reception staff went out of their way to assist in the return of the item. Our room was spacious and had a nice view of the courtyard and the river. Breakfast was included and it was delicious!
