Superior Scottish Hospitality - Found Here!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 19 hours ago

Can there be a hotel in the UK that matches the amazing reviews that you read in this forum ? The model that the staff and management of this hotel have put into action is indeed a leader in hospitality, customer service and the maintenance of the highest standards. So what makes it so special deserving 5 stars? The hotel sits in the most scenic location and in the gated facility it is immediately impressive. Service from the entry gate until the time you depart is consistently helpful, sociable and professional. The hotel is relatively compact combining a reception/dining hub of Scottish historical style but extends to comfortable guest room accommodation with 21st century facilities. There is an International 'feel' to the hotel in keeping with its clients from various countries and countries. This makes for relaxed atmosphere that clients enjoy as supported by universally helpful staff. For those looking for pools, saunas and spa treatments, this is not for you. Instead, this is a gem of a hospitality location where fine food, engaging staff, superior comfort and relaxation provide impact and great memories of your stay. Thus the customer-focused management works in a way that cannot be matched by many other 5 star hotels offering a broader range of facilities. Finally, does the hotel provide value for money? The recommendation of multiple clients may answer this question and uphold the adage 'the quality of the stay are long remembered after the cost is forgotten'. Written with grateful thanks to all the staff at Ness Walk.

Exceptional !

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Well what can we say, from the concierge meeting us when we arrived in the car park to the lovely friendly staff checking us out. This visit has been nothing short of luxury, 5* service and accommodation. The food was excellent, breakfast was fresh vibrant fruits and the most golden eggs to order we have ever seen., Dinner we tried the tasting menu which was delightful with some Malbec wine. The staff were exceptional, friendly, polite and professional. A real credit to the management team. It’s well worth the money!

Best Hotel Stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Stayed at the Ness Walk with a group of 12 for a golf trip to courses surrounding Inverness. Our group had an absolutely incredible stay. The Ness Walk team couldn’t have been more accommodating and truly went above and beyond. Front desk staff, waiters/waitresses, bartenders, housekeeping - all top notch. The food and drinks were superb and it was very affordable. Best stay at a hotel that I have ever experienced. We’ll absolutely be back.

Afternoon tea to celebrate a special birthday.

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

I was gifted an afternoon tea with my children by extended family to celebrate a significant birthday. It was our first experience of this hotel and we were made to feel very welcome, including disabled parking being made available on request. The staff were friendly, professional and welcoming and accomodated our food allergies in a very reassuring way. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. All in all, a delightful afternoon.
