Ness Walk

I spent one night at Ness Walk Hotel in early August 2025. Due to a medical situation involving a family member, I needed a room at very short notice. When I turned up at Reception, the staff were helpful, friendly, efficient and professional and a room was soon allocated to me. A welcome glass of champagne was a lovely gesture too. An extra special thanks to Steve the superb concierge who could tell I was a little upset on checking in myself. He reassured me, made me feel welcome and safe (this is the first time I've stayed at a hotel on my own) and made the process very easy. He even made a point of speaking to me the next morning to see how I was. Steve, Ness Walk is very lucky to have you on their team - your care and efforts were exemplary and I greatly appreciate the help you gave me. I dined in the Torrish Restaurant at night - beautifully presented food, well balanced in flavour and texture, it was a very special meal. No issues at all with my room - my ground floor Cedar Room had a lovely little outdoor area and the bed was so comfortable. This place is a little 5 star gem! I urge you to try it if you're planning a stay in Inverness. Huge thanks again to all the team - I'll definitely be back.

First class experience. Immaculate room, tasty food, kind and considerate staff (especially Bella). Congratulations to chef on one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. Highly recommended.

One of our most favorite hotel experiences ever. Superb service, excellent food, comfy beds & luxe sheets. Location was perfect & if you're a cat lover they even have a cat that'll wander in your room to make you feel even more at home. We had one no-so-pleasant encounter with a blonde server in the restaurant at breakfast but other than that people couldn't have been kinder or more welcoming.

Ness Walk hotel is a gem. From the moment we arrived to celebrate our wedding anniversary we were welcomed with kindness care and highland hospitality. The situation, the accommodation, the dining facilities and the food were wonderful. The exceptional quality of the staff is to be commended. Welcomed by the concierge Steve, who guided us to our accommodation he set the tone of friendly helpfulness which was a feature of our visit. When we left, helped by Mark the concierge, who had looked after us and arranged a wonderful trip for us during our stay, we agreed that Ness Walk provided us with a great venue for our special celebration. We will look forward to our next visit.
