Ness Walk

I stayed at Ness Walk during my trip to Inverness, and even though it was brief, it left a lasting impression on me. As a solo traveller, I often hope for a place that feels safe, welcoming, and a little bit special, and Ness Walk was all that and more! From the moment I booked, Monica at reception was simply outstanding. She was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her genuine care and attention made me feel like more than just a guest, she made me feel truly seen. Monica is a rare gem and an absolute credit to the hotel. Steve welcomed me with such kindness and warmth. He gave a very thoughtful orientation of the room (which was beautifully designed and very comfortable), and shared wonderful insights about the area, which made me feel instantly connected to Inverness. His warmth and helpfulness were deeply appreciated. Grace added a lovely energy to the whole experience and made the hotel feel like a home away from home. At the bar, Hannah and Calum were fantastic! They crafted delicious cocktails and made me feel completely at ease. Their service was impeccable. Dinner at the restaurant was also a highlight, the food was beautifully presented and full of flavour. It was clear that every dish was made with care and creativity. Thanks to the chefs. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality from every member of the team I encountered, including Kevin,The Hotel Manager. Every interaction was warm, professional, helpful and intuitive. I have stayed in many leading hotels, but Ness Walk has something truly special and it is the kind of place that stays with you long after you have left. Thank you to the incredible team for making my stay feel so memorable. I will absolutely be returning the next time I am in Inverness.

Very friendly quaint hotel with an incredible helpful front desk staff. Mark & Bella welcomed us and helped the 3 of us plan some fun in the town. Bella booked us at an amazing Thai Wellness center for Thai massages!!!

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel staff was wonderful and made it extra special. Grace was so lovely and gave us so many wonderful recommendations. The hotel is right on a river and a 10 minute walk to heart of downtown where all the bars and restaurants are. The rooms were well equipped and had very comfortable beds and pillows. The morning breakfast is a “can’t miss” and most of the food is all sourced locally and is amazing. Would love to come back here someday.

This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The room was comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The service was AMAZING! The staff was so friendly, very attentive and gave great care to making sure we were enjoying our stay. The very best part of Inverness is Ness Walk! I would come back solely to stay here again!

You would expect me to say things about location, quality of rooms and food, ambience, etc which were all amazingly perfect . But what we ( group of 8) were most impressed with was the service . From the moment we stepped on the property we were treated like we just came home . Mark and Steve, the concierges , Bella front desk , welcomed us to our living room and in a very natural way made sure our needs were covered . It continued with the housekeeping staff and the restaurant staff . Perfect and consistent . As for location a quiet spot on the Ness river within walking distance of town and right on a river walking path you could hike for miles . The rooms were perfectly appointed . Can’t say enough about this wonderful experience.?
