Ness Walk

Today we visited Ness Walk for afternoon tea as a birthday treat, from the moment we arrived to the point of saying our farewells we were treated like royalty. The service from all members of staff was impeccable, everyone so friendly and courteous. The hotel merits its 5 stars on every level, with a well designed layout that flows freely from one area to the next. Despite the hotels obvious class it operates with a relaxed atmosphere that puts you immediately at ease. So much attention to detail has gone into the afternoon tea, it was delicious, the patisserie chef deserves a special mention for the skill and flavour combinations in his creations. Finally we would like say a big thank you to the Operations Manager Grace, she is a wonderful host and goes the extra mile to ensure the visit will be a memorable one. Thank you Ness Walk, we will return.

Once again, a fantastic few days at Ness Walk. What a team! We were looked after so well. A wonderful welcome, lovely champagne while we were checked in and bags taken to our room. They truly are so friendly. We have been coming here for a few years now and always feel at home, nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks to Kevin, Steve, our wee star Grace, who we have come to know well over the years, Monica and Bella on Reception and Calum in the bar and everyone who helped to make our visit special. Will look forward to returning in a few months time

Ness Walk was absolutely amazing! The staff is truly welcoming and always asked how your day went. The bartender even remembered your favorite drinks. The hotel room was luxurious, with a super comfortable bed, blackout curtains, complementary snacks and water, heated towel bar in the bathroom. Truly amazing! The included breakfast was very extensive with fruits, yogurts, danishes, etc to get you started while you waited for your hot breakfast. I highly recommend!

I have never been to a place where all the staff were so friendly and happy. From the moment we arrived until we left we were made to feel special. The in-house chefs creations were a delight with the food a showcase of local produce. The room was fab and the whole setting of this hotel is great. Well done Ness Walk - we will be raving about you and hope to be back.

Thank you Aiden and the Nesswalk team for going above and beyond and arranging a very special celebration for our family to celebrate a milestone birthday. We will remember the evening fondly.
