This hotel is lovely in atmosphere but what really stood out was Monica’s hands on problem solving when our flight out from London to Scotland Inverness was cancelled and we were diverted to a different airport in the middle of the night. Monica’s hospitable spirit, quick thinking and solution oriented approach, booked us a chauffeur that drove us from Aberdeen to Inverness in order to keep our itinerary on schedule! This trip was planned over 10 months ago. Therefore, without Monica we would have missed our privatized 18th wedding anniversary whiskey celebration at Dalmore! Thank you Monica for making our dream a reality!

Our stay at Ness Walk was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. The building, rooms, and grounds are beautiful and maintained to the highest standard. Breakfast was top-tier, with fresh fruit every morning and a spread fit for a king. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and delicious. What truly makes Ness Walk special, however, is the staff. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and treated us more like family than hotel guests. The bar staff created such a warm and inviting atmosphere that we honestly did not want to leave. Hannah and Euan deserve special recognition. They are two amazing people who made our experience one we will never forget. They were professional, funny, knowledgeable, and clearly love what they do. Their knowledge of the local area and recommendations for places to visit were exceptional and helped make our trip even more memorable. The entire Ness Walk team deserves recognition for its extraordinary service. The property itself is outstanding, but the staff are what truly make Ness Walk such a special place to stay. We will absolutely be back.

We are in a run of four hotel stays over four weeks and so it is easy to become jaded from the whirlwind of check ins and check outs. This hotel was an experience on another level, and so prompted me to write this review upon our return home. It is an oasis of calm and class in a busy city. From check in, through to the wow factor of initial sight of the room, to the food, and of course the service including and importantly in the bar where they won extra appreciation for stocking Titos vodka! A final point is that breakfast was very good too. We are returning back to Inverness in January and had no intention to stay on our next visit, but on returning home have instead immediately re-booked because this hotel is special.

Conveniently positioned, a short walk from the city centre, with a peaceful river view position. Comfortable and spacious room, furnished to a luxury spec. Excellent hotel restaurant, particularly for dinner. Superb service from all the staff, but in particular, Monica (and her husband), Laria, Archie and Blair. Thank you.

Probably one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in the UK, from start to finish the staff and service was some of the best I have experienced, from being met on the car park to assist with parking, welcome beer while checking in and then being escorted to our room I really think you would struggle to find better, thanks Ness Walk we will 100% be back
