Reviews for Ness Walk

Great hotel / Great service

Have stayed at Ness Walk several time. We travel a lot and this is one of the bast hotels we stay at. The staff are all amazing, friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and tidy. I have a food allergy issue they could not have been more helpful. The chef makes marmalade that is the best, try it when you have breakfast. We will be back soon.

Staying at Ness Walk was AMAZING!

Ness Walk was out of this world amazing! The staff greeted us with a printed list of places to see in Inverness along with champagne! The five star treatment continued throughout our stay. The rooms were extremely nice and we loved the turn down service! We will be coming back!

Just perfect, again.

What can I say. We’ve stayed a few times now and each time it just feels better. Hadn’t even got out of the car and Kevin the manager was standing there to welcome us back and helped carry our bags in. As you enter the beautiful lounge next to reception you get welcomed with a beautiful glass of Champagne. No standing around in reception to check in, a member of staff joins you in the lounge to check you in. During this time your bags are taken to your room and set out for you. The best way to check in to anywhere I feel. Sitting in that lounge with my Champagne looking out of the big bay window overlooking beautiful gardens and onto the River Ness. You just feel the stress leaving you and you know you’re in for a very relaxing time. Location- 12 minutes to walk to Inverness town centre. 5 minutes to Eden Court Theatre where we’ve visited on occasion to some great shows. Atmosphere-always relaxed with a very welcoming feeling from all staff. Place looks even better when you see the restaurant and bar areas busy creating a lovely atmosphere. Rooms- we’ve stayed in basic rooms and suites and each are as comfortable as the other apart from size of room obviously. Always immaculate with extremely comfortable beds. Views of the gardens and flowing River Ness are amazing. I could stand and look out to that view forever. Fantastic rainfall shower with fantastic Arran Aromatics toiletries to use as well. Well stocked mini bar fridge with coffee machine and kettle and free bottles of water. Tuck in service at night with the best home made whisky and chocolate fudge left on your pillow as a treat. Cleanliness- immaculate! Even though we’ve been going for years each visit looks like the place has just been built it’s so fresh and clean. Noise level - none whatsoever at any time of day. Perfect to relax in. Value - we feel you only get what you pay for and normally look out for some of the fantastic long weekend offers they have. We book these deals around one of our birthdays in Spring and Autumn to celebrate in style. Can’t say enough about this place. I don’t normally recommend anything to anyone as you just don’t know what their taste is and they might be dissapointed but I’m more than comfortable recommending Ness Walk as you are treated like royalty by the staff and management, especially Kevin and Grace. Can’t wait to go again later this year.

Wonderful team

Our third visit to lovely Ness Walk. From the minute you arrive you are treated like a highly valued friend. A welcoming voice greeted us and the gates swung open. By the time I had driven through the gate, one of the team was waiting to direct me to a parking space and to unload our cases. No queuing at the reception desk here. We were invited to take a seat in the lounge and to relax with a glass of champagne before being taken to our room. The room was lovely with a nice ensuite bathroom and separate toilet - a mirror above the washbasin here would be a welcome addition. The food in Torrish Restaurant was excellent at both dinner and breakfast and the hotel’s location looking out over the River Ness lends itself to some nice riverside walks either into or away from central Inverness. But without doubt the best thing is the staff who are consistently smiling, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Whoever we saw greeted us with a smile and great courtesy. Friendly but not over familiar, they get this just right. The Manager is very visible in all areas and leads and guides a super team at this lovely hotel.

Fabulous Ness Walk Hotel, Inverness.

My husband and I together with our daughter and grand daughter spent a fabulous few days at this lovely hotel. Everything was excellent but we must mention Monica on the main desk who couldn’t do any more to ensure a lovely stay which covered several birthdays. The in-house chocolates were delicious. Can’t wait to visit again.
