Reviews for The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas

Great staycation!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

11/8/25: We wanted a staycation and made our reservation at this property, based on our memorable stay in May. I spoke with Noah over the phone, and he arranged our stay at a Villa. When we checked in, we were greeted warmly by the valet staff. The gentleman at the front desk made us feel like valued guests. He explained where the villas were, and provided the option of calling golf carts from our room to assist us when we needed to leave the property. I met Noah after we checked in, and he was very personable and professional. He made our stay very pleasant and memorable. There was a wine tasting in the lobby, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We also appreciated the apple cider station near the main entryway, which was a nice touch. Nahim was one of the golf cart drivers, and he was very friendly and courteous. We actually rode with him on several occasions during our stay, and when we checked out. He went above and beyond in getting us around and helping with our luggage when we checked out. This was a great property and we look forward to staying here again! The customer service at the Ritz is second to none!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Service was bad and I felt insulted. Not something I expected to see for a hotel of this standard..

Highly recommend

The stay was for a business conference. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The staff was attentive and accommodating. Rooms and halls were clean and constantly being refreshed. This is exactly what you expect from an establishment such as the Ritz.

Spectacular gym and views, not-so-spectacular food options...

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 months ago

The cleanliness was very good, the facilities were fine. I think what I appreciated the most was the view of the golf course, and the gym is excellent! However, there are no casual options for breakfast or dinner — everything is extremely expensive and not worth it when it comes to the food. For a Ritz, honestly, the restaurants are just average, nothing spectacular. If you're looking to relax without leaving the hotel, it's a good option, but if not, I would 100% recommend staying somewhere else

Decent place to stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 months ago

Had stayed for four nights. Amenities wise a great property having an elaborate facility for gym, yoga, swimming, games. Had food at all of their restaurants and had found decent level of hygiene although the tastes were nothing worth mentioning- neither bad nor too great to be written about. Room was clean. Bathroom very clean. Housekeeping doesn’t happens until late afternoon. Balcony is too small to be of any use. Shower area is too cramped to have bath properly. Toilet and commode is too cramped for tall individuals. Bath tub also was not a full length tub. Bathroom amenities provided are negligible. In my room, other than moisturiser and shampoo, conditioner, nothing else was provided. And they still had a prominent display kept on charges levied if any of those amenities are carried along. Was wondering if a guest who can afford to stay at ritz would ever need to carry along such basic amenities! Nevertheless! Had a shoulder injury I was recovering from hence had asked if a yoga mat could be provided to my room so it provides me flexibility to do yoga in my own room instead of walking down to their yoga room. I was instantly denied providing any yoga mat to my room. Not sure still, whether I had asked for something so tough to provide by a brand like ritz. Room not being ready during checkin despite meeting checkin timelines was another minor problem. Overall, an elaborate property but I would like to avoid during future trips.
