Set just a few miles north of Dallas, in the hills of Irving, Texas is The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas. Although this hotel is close to the active city life, guests will feel as if they are in a secluded destination, where they can enjoy as much or as little activity as they desire. Spacious guest rooms offer an extraordinary range of views and are situated in either the nine-story Resort tower or the low-rise villas adjacent to the golf greens. Top of the line amenities, elegant decor and comfortable furniture create a perfect retreat for guests.

Had stayed for four nights. Amenities wise a great property having an elaborate facility for gym, yoga, swimming, games. Had food at all of their restaurants and had found decent level of hygiene although the tastes were nothing worth mentioning- neither bad nor too great to be written about. Room was clean. Bathroom very clean. Housekeeping doesn’t happens until late afternoon. Balcony is too small to be of any use. Shower area is too cramped to have bath properly. Toilet and commode is too cramped for tall individuals. Bath tub also was not a full length tub. Bathroom amenities provided are negligible. In my room, other than moisturiser and shampoo, conditioner, nothing else was provided. And they still had a prominent display kept on charges levied if any of those amenities are carried along. Was wondering if a guest who can afford to stay at ritz would ever need to carry along such basic amenities! Nevertheless! Had a shoulder injury I was recovering from hence had asked if a yoga mat could be provided to my room so it provides me flexibility to do yoga in my own room instead of walking down to their yoga room. I was instantly denied providing any yoga mat to my room. Not sure still, whether I had asked for something so tough to provide by a brand like ritz. Room not being ready during checkin despite meeting checkin timelines was another minor problem. Overall, an elaborate property but I would like to avoid during future trips.

While it was a short stay, seeing the increidible renovation was awesome - it was more of a transformation from the old tired property. The guest rooms were warm and welcoming and the beds super comfortable, absolutely spotless hotel with great service. Knife Italian restaurant was also fabulous, with a great combination of steak and italian. The homemade bolegnese was an awesome dish and lots of varied options on the menu. I hope to return to this wonderful property soon!

The Ritz Las Colinas has become my favorite hotel to stay in when visiting DFW. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the customer service is beyond amazing! I met my best friend at The Ritz earlier this week and we stayed in a pool side villa. Jason C. in reservations was AMAZING!! and made sure our stay was phenomenal from start to finish! Thank you Jason for everything you did to make our stay such a memorable experience 🩷The Club Lounge is the best I've ever seen. Beautifully displayed delicious light food, snacks and drinks are available all day and until 10pm. The hosts in the Club Lounge are also very polite and helpful. The pool side villas are amazing! I could have stayed on the patio with the sun lounge bed for days as it was so comfy and so very peaceful. The pool attendants took great care of us and we always had drinks in our hand as well as delicious food from the pool side restaurant. I seriously could live there. Disregard the bad reviews. They’re probably from competing hotels. I’ve never had a bad experience here and every time I stay they treat me and my family like royalty. I love this hotel 🥰

Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas nails relaxed luxury. Gorgeous property with a simple, elegant vibe, classy without feeling uptight. The star? The massive pool, a dream escape from the August heat. Service and setting strike the perfect balance of beauty and comfort.

I had not visited this resort since its rebranding from a Four Seasons to a Ritz Carlton. I was not disappointed. The places where they remodeled were tasteful and well done. They did not alter the best part of this property, the pool, which I was happy to see! My room was not ready upon arriving at 2PM, however the hotel was close to sold out the previous night so I understood. My Titanium status was recognized and I was upgraded to a room with a pool/golf view (which is the better view). The grounds are wonderful and what they did to upgrade the restaurants & cafe on site were well needed and done well. The only drawback was the pool service seemed to be a bit worse than when it was a Four Seasons. Not that they weren’t trying, I think they were just a bit short staffed. Overall I loved my stay and will return.
