Excellent hotel, beautiful and first class infrastructure and a level of service from the staff rarely seen and clearly above expectations, even by luxury hotels standards. We will certainly return and had an exceptional time.

Botania Relais&Spa was by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. The staff were incredible. They were incredibly caring and kind and thought of things that I didn’t think I needed by myself. The spa was so calming and relaxing with the hot steam room adding to the atmosphere. Anna and her Team treated us like family which warmed my heart. My husband ended up in the hospital after an accident and the hotel sent a lovely representative to keep me company, provide support and translation assistance. Antonio helped me find my way several times and was always happy to drive and pick me back up. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful, magical place.

Facilities were immaculate! Staff was very friendly, professional and attentive! SPA is very good. We were using it almost every day. Shuttle service very convenient and helpful to move around, taking us to near by attractions, restaurants and towns. We would love to come back one day.

My wife and I just got married in Tuscany and traveled through Italy after. Our final stop was at Botania and what an experience we had! This was truly a magical experience. The staff was warm and professional and the property is gorgeous. The food and accommodations were top tier and we absolutely loved the spa. Make sure you check out the breakfast! We did a couples massage - a MUST! The staff is fantastic and make it hard to want to leave and explore this gem of an island. This is a place that we have already decided we will return to!

Incredible! Beautiful, peaceful property with amazing staff! The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, very large by European standards and we had a beautiful terrace as well. You can reach the thermal gardens easily by walking out the back side of the property. There is a shuttle that will transport you into town during certain hours. We had an included breakfast that had a great a la carte option and lunch poolside was delicious. Would definitely stay here again!
