World-class, unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the stay was wonderful and the property is second to none. Highly recommend a visit to Ischia and a stay at Mezzatorre!

Stunning location, excellent staff wonderful food. The rooms especially the bathrooms are small and are located some distance from the pool and restaurant restaurant. Buggies are available for transport if necessary, although this is not always convenient. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a romantic stay..

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. This hotel is truly magical. The property itself is stunning, but what makes the experience unforgettable is the incredible staff. Every single person was genuinely kind, attentive, and welcoming. A special thank you to Alessandro and Antonio, who made our stay even more memorable with their warmth and exceptional hospitality. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely well equipped. Having a Dyson hair dryer, a steamer, and high-quality Davines amenities was a wonderful touch and definitely something that sets this hotel apart. The room also includes a minibar, coffee machine, and kettle, which are especially convenient for longer stays. Housekeeping was impeccable throughout our visit. One of the highlights for us was that the hotel is truly pet-friendly. They don’t just allow dogs, they genuinely welcome them. Our puppy received a bed, water, and everything needed to feel comfortable, which made the experience even more special. Both the pool and the beach are fantastic. The pool is incredibly relaxing, and the beach service is flawless, with plenty of loungers always available. One detail we especially appreciated was the nearby bathrooms for both the pool and beach areas, along with showers equipped with shampoo and body wash. Being able to rinse off sunscreen before lunch was a small but very thoughtful convenience. The service at both the pool and the beach was outstanding. Throughout the day, the staff offered complimentary treats such as fresh fruit, ice cream, and refreshing juices. The pool restaurant is excellent, with something for everyone, from sandwiches and pasta to salads and grilled meats. The hotel’s main restaurant was equally impressive, serving refined yet approachable cuisine that was absolutely delicious without feeling overly pretentious. What impressed us the most, however, was the genuine kindness of every member of the team. Everyone at Mezzatorre goes above and beyond to make guests feel special, and that warmth is what makes this place so magical. We are already planning our trip back next year. We can’t wait to return!

This was our second time visiting Mezzatorre and our 6th visit to the Pellicano stable of hotels. We clearly returned because we loved it a year ago but I think our second visit outshone even our first trip of a year ago. We stayed in a beautiful junior suite (room 315) which had breathtaking views of the Bay of San Montano. The rooms at Mezzatorre are not enormous but they are perfectly formed. Everything we needed was provided, including a fabulous steamer to address my crinkly wardrobe. The thing that made our trip so special this time was the welcome we received as returning guests. So many of the team were still there and remembered us (or were kind enough to pretend that they did!) from last year. As a result, we had unbelievably good service, delivered with a perfectly pitched familiarity. The drinks and food at Mezzatorre, as we stated in last year's review, are simply fantastic. Massimo and Ambrogio run a fabulous bar. Despite some super busy evenings, drinks are perfect every time and delivered within minutes of sitting down. I had a perfectly made Cosmopolitan (not too pink) and even had a cocktail made especially for me - after much conferring with Massimo. Restaurant La Torre is similarly knockout and we love Salvatore, who surely has to be one of the most enthusiastic F&B managers out there. His love of Italian food and wine is truly infectious and we ate in the hotel all but one evening, just because he is so much fun. Working alongside Salvatore, we'd also like to recognise Nello (surely one of the nicest, kindest and most efficient waiters), who brought me beautiful fruit every morning, Martina, Victoria, Antonio, David and Alina (with apologies for the inevitable spelling mistakes :-( ) All of the staff members we came across (too many to name) were excellent and we'd like to thank the team for making our stay so special. We had a few things to quietly celebrate and this was the most perfect venue. Mezzatorre is on our 'return' list and we are already plotting the next visit. Grazie mille!

Mezzatorre Hotel & Spa is a beautiful and relaxing retreat. The thermal pools and mud treatments are truly special—an absolute must during your stay. The views are breathtaking, and the setting feels private and serene. Service was warm and attentive, which made the entire experience seamless. A perfect balance of luxury, wellness, and natural beauty.
