A sunny, golden dream, sea-scented, a sky-blue dream, a Mediterranean dream. And the sentinels of your enchantment will literally prove to be historical passages: the Aragonese Castle, the Guevara Tower, the Cartaromana baths, the Sant’Anna rocks. Ischia’s delights are all to be found here, at the Hotel Delfini.

Lovely idyllic location with spectacular views but lets itself down badly despite some staff trying their best. Hotel looks tired and in need of upgrading in many, many places. To get more money they appear to let locals in on the weekend to sell more at the bars etc. this is to the detriment of hotel guests as all sun loungers are quickly taken up with locals either leaving their scooter helmets to reserve beds or the many locals we witnessed being ferried in on the water taxi from their boats. We actually shared a ride on more than one occasion when they were leaving at the end of the day. Because it’s a small hotel the weekend influx swamps the beach bar staff and we were left waiting for over an hour for lunch. Not the staffs fault as the team there were great at all times but they simply cannot cope with an extra 70/80 non hotel guests arriving Also hotel booked an 18th Birthday party (more money) so we were left wide awake til 1am whilst the disco wound down. This was in addition to the adjoining hotel having external parties pretty much every night Give it a miss.

We stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. The room was simple but clean, and housekeeping came daily. Breakfast was nice with fresh croissants and coffee. Staff were kind and helpful whenever we had a question. The location is great—just a short walk to the center. Overall, a relaxing stay that matched the calm vibe of Ischia.

I stayed at this hotel in Ischia for a few nights in June. The location is really close to the sea, just a short walk to the beach every morning. My room was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and the staff were generally helpful. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day. For the price, it met my expectations. It’s not a luxury place, but if you’re looking for something affordable and close to the sea.

The hotel’s location right by the sea was fantastic and offered beautiful views. Our room was simple but clean and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. Staff were friendly and gave great local tips. For this price, finding such a spot in Ischia felt like a real deal. Definitely would stay again!

The view from the hotel is amazing and it is brilliant to be able to use lounges and get direct access to the sea from the hotel. OK location, but you can not really walk anywhere and the food available nearby is not good. You can take a water taxi into town which is fun, but doing this several times a day is expensive. The buses arrive out front but don't come often as do taxis but they are expensive. The staff do their best but you can tell they are under resourced. The breakfast is a very limited buffet style served in a hot dining room and was ordinary. The showers are these old vertical spas and don't let air in so the shower recess was mouldy which was a shame. The coloured tiles everywhere are fabulous and the rooms spacious, but the hotel is generally tired, so until they get new owners, I couldn't recommend it. The hotel does not do laundry so we had to take a big bag in to town which was really annoying. We wanted to stay at the Hotel La Madonnina Ischia which was full and will stay there next time should we ever go back.
