From check in to check out our stay was exceeded our expectations. The staff is very helpful and attentive. Everyone we experienced just wanted to make sure we were having the best stay. Big shout out to the entertainment team and the dining team. The concierge team is very helpful. The grounds were very clean and the pools were great. Jungle pool is the most chill followed by the infinity pool. The social pool is where you want to be if you want to let loose and have some fun. There are a good amount of activities and areas so that you can either relax or have some fun. We liked it so much we extended our stay an extra day. Would definitely come back.

Wow. The most amazing experience. The staff were so personable and made us feel at home. If you’re thinking about visiting don’t think twice. We are already planning our trip back.

Our stay at Playa Blanca was fabulous to escape the cold weather on the East Coast. The food was 4 stars for an all inclusive resort. The hotel is very clean and modern from our hotel room which was great as the junior suite with a jacuzzi to the restaurant with the intentional decor. Our concierge Manuel was GREAT and was very attentive with making sure we had the best stay. He was very welcoming during our entire stay to helping us find a restaurant to recommendations on what to do at the hotel. Highly recommend this resort for a tropical getaway!

We just stayed here, and I truly cannot say enough amazing things about the staff and our experience so far. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel incredibly welcomed and genuinely cared for. Our building concierge Manuel “Manny” was extremely kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. He sent us daily texts through WhatsApp updating us on daily activities, drinks, etc. We also were able to contact him throughout the day with any questions or concerns we had with very quick responses. My Fiancé also lost his sunglasses in the ocean and we were not wanting to spend the $100+ on a new pair from any of the stores so he helped us find a cheap pair to buy. He was such an amazing kind soul acknowledging us every time we passed his office. A massive shoutout and heartfelt thank-you to Casandra, our romance concierge, who went above and beyond to help my fiancé plan the most romantic private dinner. She stayed in constant communication with him for two weeks, kept him updated every step of the way, and even emailed and helped reschedule and adjust the dinner location the day of (due to high wind)—all without any stress. Her attention to detail and kindness were truly incredible. Another huge shoutout to our photographer, Fernando, who was so kind, warm, and made us feel completely comfortable while capturing our special day so perfectly. It was such a fun and memorable experience. The following day Wendy and Fernando helped us go through all of our photos and created the most beautiful video that captured everything so perfectly. I highly recommend Dream Arts Photography, the on-site photography team. Our waiter Daniel (oceana) also deserves special recognition. His knowledge, calm demeanor, and attentiveness were truly outstanding. He always shared a bit of history behind the food or drinks we were enjoying, which made the experience even more special. When my fiancé had to return to the room, Daniel stayed with me and kept me company. He was checking in with us throughout the dinner without ever making us feel rushed. He made sure we felt cared for the entire time, and that level of thoughtfulness meant more than he probably knows. Compliments to the chef at Oceana for the amazing food, and honestly to every single staff member we’ve encountered—from those who helped with setup to everyone who played a role in creating such a special moment for us. Everyone has been incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and full of wonderful ideas to make our stay extra special. Coni and Marteen our pool servers who were very attentive throughout the whole day and served us with whatever we needed when we needed it. We never came across any inconveniences in general or rude staff throughout our whole stay. Obviously everyone’s experience will be a bit different but I couldn’t recommend this resort more. This resort truly knows how to create unforgettable moments. We are so grateful for this experience and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic, top-tier getaway. 🤍
