Do you wish for a relaxing place to stay, alongside some the best dining options, amazing, friendly service as well as arguably the nicest beach in the area? Look no further and book this place here. Upon arrival, we were instantly greeted with some friendly faces who gave us ice cold towels, a light sparkling drink and lead us to the beautiful lobby with a pretty view of the resort. After the check-in process, even though we arrived on-site early, we were allowed to visit the resort, where we first visited the beach and then ate lunch at Oceana, a seafood restaurant which would prove to be one of our favourites during our stay. Once our rooms were ready, we were accompanied by our absolutely brilliant concierge, Ernesto. Ernesto was friendly, helpful and basically our #1 source of information if we had any questions about the site, service, activities, dining arrangements, etc. What we really enjoyed about him is that every time we saw him, he greeted us with a warm smile, and a genuine interest in making sure that everything was adequate for our stay. Another bonus is that every morning, Ernesto would send us a WhatsApp message containing information about the day, containing the day and night activities, drink of the day, restaurants closed, etc. Although we spent more time with Ernesto, we can assure the same level of friendliness is applicable to all the staff on site. We want to give a special shout-out to the entertainment team, especially Shirley and Erika. They went above and beyond for the activities, and, once again, genuinely cared about our stay: remembering me and my family's name after telling them only once, talking to us before and after the activities ended, always having a smile and great energy for all the activities, to only name a few. My brother was feeling slightly down one day, and the next day, Erika went out of her way to bring him water with electrolytes to make him feel better. Thank you all for making our stay even better! All the waiters, pool concierges, baristas at Coco Cafe, cleaning people, bartenders, were all very welcoming, and overall fantastic. We spent our first couple of days trying out different spots at different pools. If you want a more energetic vibe, the social pool is for you, as mostly all the activities take place there. If you want a quieter, more peaceful vibe, a good place to read a book, then the jungle pool is for you. This pool has fewer spots however, so be sure to wake up early to get a spot. For the second part of our stay, we spent pur days mostly at the beach. This was probably the highlight of our trip. The water was a bit more refreshing than the pools, it was a bit less crowded, and most importantly, not too much sargassum. It was perfect for us who all enjoyed reading, listening to the sound of the waves, and taking long beach walks. If thirsty or hungry, friendly waiters are there to take your order with a smile. Now for the rooms. All rooms face the Ocean, and are very inviting and luxurious, equipped with confortable beds. No complaints there. The food was excellent every place we tried. The breakfast and lunch buffet at Market Cafe was fantastic. There are options for every taste: italian, french, mexican, seafood, grill and asian. We wanted to try them all at least once, but depending on what you like, you could have a couple of meals at one place. The only places we ended going more than once were Oceana and Portofino. The Coco Cafe was also a highlight for us, with the friendly staff providing us nice iced lattes, iced matchas and delicious ice cream. To summarize, we don't have anything negative to say about this place. It is definitely worth it, and we are going to recommend this place to anyone we know who wishes to stay at an all inclusive in Cancùn.

Honeymooned at Secrets Playa Blanca and had the best time!! Our service was phenomenal and the entertainment staff kept us on our toes with new activities everyday! My husband and I loved playing sand volleyball, despite the hot sand. The staff always made it enjoyable. Here is our ranking of restaurants: 1.) El Patio - Mexican cuisine with amazing service. I’m a sucker for some good chips and guacamole and theirs was the best I’d ever had! 2.) Portifino - Italian cuisine, again with amazing service. Christobol was amazing to chat with and we enjoyed the food so much! 3.) Bourdeux - French cuisine, the food was so amazing!! The service was also great! But beware it is closed on Thursdays! 4.) Market cafe - The best place for breakfast and lunch no question! The variety of food available was amazing and although we went everyday for breakfast I was always able to try something new. 5.) Himitsu - Asian cuisine, the food was great! You could reserve a room for hibachi but we just ended up just walking in and ordering from the menu and we were impressed! 6.) Oceana - Seafood. The dinner was not my favorite, I got salmon and it was pretty average. They are open for lunch and their shrimp tacos were awesome! 7.) Seaside - The view is awesome and it is a great spot to eat lunch when you’ve been hanging out at the pool. The service and their food weren’t the best we had, but I still have no major complaints. 8.) Coco Cafe - We got a coffee and the cafe every morning and it was decent. I’m a little picky about my coffee so it wasn’t the best coffee I ever had by any means. It did the job and was a nice ice cream stop mid day after sitting at the pool!

This all-inclusive made our trip so memorable! My husbands first all-inclusive experience and they set the bar! Customer service from the instant you step onto property to the instant you leave was exceptional! We were preferred guests and stayed in the preferred king suite with a corner wrap around balcony, hot tub on deck and jet tub in room, with oven views, and the room is EXACTLY AS PICTURED! It is beautiful with all modern finishes and every perk is worth it! Our butler service was great and made our stay seamless the entire time! The hydrotherapy is a HIGHLY recommend! Wish we would’ve done it more days than one! Food is great at every restaurant. We didn’t try the hibachi because being from vegas, we didn’t feel like we needed that experience. Lol. But everyone we met that had gone for that loved it! The resort is huge so it never felt crowded, and there are multiple pool options that has a little something for anything you’re looking for. Jungle pool was our favorite! Seaweed was minimal and we went at a time of year when it’s prevalent, but they did a great job at cleaning it up early morning and throughout the day everyday. We haven’t stopped talking about this resort/trip since we’ve been home and it’s been a week. Everything exceeded expectations in the best way. I’ve had good and bad experiences at previous all-inclusives and this has charted at the top for best experiences for me. Nothing about it feels all-inclusive, it just feels luxury! We can not wait to go back, and whether it is your first or 10th all inclusive vacation, this resort and its guest service will not disappoint!

I love the Secret Playa Blanca!!!!!! It's beautiful ground, the beach, and the service is top-notch . Eduardo & Eddy are our Personal Butlers they are so professional they take care of us from the beginning of the trip to the end. Thank you Eddy & Eduardo ❤️ .Hope to see you again
