Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres

We first visited Secrets Playa Blanca April 2025. We exclusively book adults only resorts, and after staying at several Sandals , Iberostar Grands, 2 previous stays at Secrets Maroma and 7 times at the Valentin Imperial Maya, we can without a doubt place Secrets Playa Blanca at the top. A 10 night stay ,last April ,left us wanting to return so that’s exactly what we did December 2025. We were worried that our second visit would not live up to the high bar set by our first visit but our worries were quickly set aside. This resort is aesthetically beautiful invoking calm and relaxation. Service sets this resort apart from other 5 star resorts. While we have had extremely good service at other resorts, the staff here anticipate your needs and deliver before you even think to ask. Our butlers,Leticia and Gustavo , took excellent care of us without ever being intrusive. Victor, our beach concierge, remembered us from our first visit. He is such a personable guy . You can’t help but smile when you see him. Every member of the staff here from housekeeping to food service go out of their way to make you feel welcome and cared for. They ask daily if there’s anything you need to make your stay more enjoyable. They really go above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience possible.This resort does so many things right. If beautiful rooms with comfortable beds, good food and drinks, pristine pools with luxurious loungers, powder soft beach, and an exceptional service staff in a beautiful tropical setting is your ideal vacation then don’t hesitate to book this resort. We are booked for visit #3 this April.

My Husband had a recent business trip and we had such a wonderful trip. The resort is beautiful and the service is amazing. The beach is absolutely breathtaking with the most beautiful water. We had the best time. Thank you to leticia, Gustavo, Eduardo and Freddy. They made sure everything was perfect with such attention to detail. We will be back!

We are a returning Irish family of three—my husband, our adult son, and myself who have now enjoyed two wonderful holidays at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres. Our first visit was in August 2025, and we were so impressed that we returned for another 10-day stay in December as preferred guests. From the moment we reached out to Letiticia, our butler from our first trip, we were met with prompt and thoughtful responses that set the tone for another exceptional experience. During our December stay, Letiticia, along with Gustavo and Alfred, provided an excellent, attentive and personalised service, handling every request from golf reservations to restaurant bookings with genuine care and efficiency. Breakfast each morning was a delight, thanks to Edgar and his colleagues at the preferred breakfast restaurant. Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel truly welcome, and it was wonderful to be remembered from our previous visit. We spent most of our days relaxing on the beach, where Freddie, the beach concierge, and the bar staff were always helpful and courteous. Dining throughout the resort was consistently excellent, with Bordeaux, Portofino, and Seaside Grill standing out as our favourites. What truly sets this resort apart is the exceptional friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. Every interaction contributed to a restful and memorable holiday. Thank you all for making our stay so special—we cherished every moment and look forward to returning again!
