Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres

Costa Mujeres is a beautiful property with a very nice beach. The accommodations were very nice, the food was good, and the service was exceptional. We took advantage of the spa and it was excellent. We will definitely return to this property.

The location is beautiful, the facility is clean and gorgeous. The food and drinks are diverse, great quality and plentiful. Aside from the resort exceeding in those elements the thing that made us have a 10/10 experience was the friendly and very attentive staff at the resort. They were all such hard working individuals who go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Adriana our concierge was the best. She was so professional and helpful, it made everything feel like a premium experience. Adrian from the French restaurant 'Bordoux' made sure our Anniversary dinner was as special and memorable with a surprise dessert and champaign. He even had several staff members to cheer and congratulate us. It was really sweet.

It was our second time staying at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres this November, and this visit truly exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of our room and the beautiful daily bed decorations were amazing.We had the pleasure of meeting new friends like Benji (concierge), who created such a positive environment for us and genuinely cared about our stay throughout the week. It was also wonderful to see Demi again. He helped us during our previous stay and was just as warm and welcoming this time. Last but not least, we want to thank Daniel, the manager of Oceana Restaurant. He is truly an exceptional human being who cares not only about the guests but also about his staff. From the moment you arrive, you can see the impeccable service from his entire team and the outstanding quality of the food. Thank you again, Daniel, for the remarkable work you bring to this resort! If we had one suggestion, it would be for the French restaurant to improve the quality of their dishes, as it wasn’t quite the same as on our previous visit. It was an amazing experience, and we’re grateful to all the wonderful people who work so hard to make this resort special!

Amazing experience and will definitely go back. Staff was very attentive especially our Concierge Adrianna will made our stay memorable. Entertainment was awesome especially Celeste who was very personable & took time to engage with me and my wife!

Our second stay at a Secrets hotel and this one definitely did not disappoint. From the friendly, helpful staff that couldn't do enough for you. To the hotel's grounds that were well maintained, to the room we stayed in.... both were truly remarkable. Each dish was exquisite whether it was served in one of thier restaurants or via room service. I truly can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Preferred club is worth the additional cost for those that value that little bit of added extra luxury.
