Excellent resort
My wife and I had a very pleasant stay here. Manny was notably attentive and kind. The food was excellent and the grounds meticulously maintained. Highly recommend!

Best work trip ever!!!
Hugo's was the best server i meet there this is my second year and i love him he was the best!!!!! Jamie the pool guy was great as well. This was my second time here and it is by far the best time ever!!! Biggest shout out to Hugo's!!!!! the rooms are so nice, the food was better than last years and the people are so accommodating they are all so friendly nice and ALWAYS making sure everything is top notch for everything!!

Secrets Playa Blanca is hands down the best, most luxurious all inclusive resort I have ever stayed at. The grounds are beautiful. The entertainment is amazing. And most of all the staff is exceptional. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful - mainly our concierge Manny who was a dream come true!! We truly felt at home for our wedding week.

We had an amazing experience, thanks to an incredible team! A huge shoutout to Jamie Rodriguez—he truly went above and beyond getting us set up with a cabana, quickly fixing broken glasses, and keeping everything light and fun. So helpful and genuinely funny—he made our day even better. Martini was so welcoming from the moment we arrived and went the extra mile to help us find the perfect drink. That kind of attention makes all the difference! And a big thank you to Eduardo, Christopher, and Messa—they were all fantastic wait staff. Attentive, friendly, and always on top of everything we needed. Highly recommend—this team made our experience unforgettable!
