Solid, but there are other options.
Solid and friendly, but inconsistent service. The best thing about Secrets Playa Blanca is that even when busy, it never seems crowded. There are not enough lounge chairs by the pools, though. I don't think it offers anything tangible for the price premium charged over comparable resorts, however.

Impeccable!
I wanted to reach out and applaud the service we received at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres recently. The resort was beautiful and service during our stay was all around impeccable. However, I would like to make special note of a few individuals in particular: Eliceo Ramirez - Lobby Concierge Antonio Madrazo - Head Butler Gloria Naal I left my carry-on bag in the lobby by mistake and they were phenomenal in communicating with us and ensuring that it was securely packaged and mailed safely back to me in the US. Please recognize Eliceo Ramirez, Antonio Madrazo, and Gloria Naal for their outstanding customer service! I cannot express my thanks and appreciation enough!

Beautiful resort, lots of conferences and ok food
We had our first trip to this resort although we have stayed at several other Secrets resorts. This resort is beautiful! Especially at night with so many areas to sit with fire pits and lovely music. We had Miguel and Martin as our concierge, really liked the daily What’s App messages with the day’s activities. The Preferred Club pool area was so amazing! Very nice chairs and service. We loved the staff at the resort. We felt so welcome and loved our daily chats. The food overall was ok. Often quite over salted. There were numerous conferences going on and felt that it took away from the cozy, romantic feel that we previously enjoyed at Secrets.

100/10 Recommend Secrets Playa Blanca!
This was our first time at an all-inclusive resort and it certainly will not be the last. Everything here was top notch and I would highly recommend to anyone. The food was amazing, the staff were all very friendly, the area was extremely safe, and there was not a child in sight.
