Top notch resort
Gorgeous resort. We’ve been to many resorts in Mexico and this one is absolutely top notch. Our butlers Cinthia and Miguel were outstanding, they went above and beyond. Special shout out to Cristian at the Portofino. Also the waiters at the pool and beach were amazing, special shout out to Fredy and Mauricio. We were so very impressed with the high quality of service and friendliness of everyone. We will definitely be back!!

Great Resort with Great Staff
Stayed here for a week. Resort was phenomenal. Resort has excellent amenities and a gorgeous beach. We did book for the preferred club and it was well worth the money. Preferred club has its own lounge, bar, pool and beach. It also came with Butler service and we had 2 butlers. Eduardo and Luis were extremely attentive to our needs. We had couple of requests and they both exceeded our expectations. The preferred club was well worth the upgrade. Staff at the whole resort were extremely attentive and friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to go back. Got to give a special shout out to some of the other staff at the resort. Cesar and Alejandro at the preferred club bar were excellent. The drinks they made were on point and when I had a special request for a specific liquor Cesar was able to get a bottle for me the next night. I really appreciated that.

Once is not enough
Our suite with a swim out pool off our deck, overlooking the beach was amazing and the food was delicious. Would come back often.
