This resort is top notch and we will definitely be back! Eduardo and Eddy out Butlers were amazing and we will come back just to see them! Good and service was amazing. Go and see Angel and the Burdeaux. You won’t be dissappointed!

Amazing place with amazing people working there, everything we ate and drank was amazing, customer service is top notch, shout out to Sherlyn, Pedro, Nayely, Celeste (Concierge) , Hugo, the staff in Coco Cafe. We felt what vacation should be like. Everything was amazing. Highly recommended.

Serenity and Exceptional Service
I came here with my wife for a vacation, and the gorgeous property and exceptional service blew us away. Special shout-outs to: Alberto and Rojelio, our wonderful mixologists at the preferred bar, Frederico our breakfast server, Adrian our pool server, Sue and Martini, our pool hosts / entertainment crew. You feel a sense of serenity from the moment you gaze out over the ocean from the front lobby that never leaves you. The food quality at every restaurant is fantastic. We ordered numerous things, and everything we had was delicious. The entire property is beautifully maintained, and the staff consistently made us feel welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. Everyone from the gardeners to the cleaning staff says hi and acknowledges you. It’s lovely. Whether we were relaxing by the pool, enjoying a meal, or having a drink at the bar, the service was attentive without ever feeling intrusive. This was exactly the kind of relaxing vacation we were hoping for, and the combination of the incredible setting, great food, and genuinely wonderful people made it especially memorable. We would absolutely recommend this resort and would happily come back again.
