Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres

As soon as we arrived at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres, we were made to feel like family. We were welcomed with a refreshing cold towel and a glass of sparkling wine, setting the tone for a truly relaxing stay. Malina, our UVC representative, greeted us warmly. We were extremely pleased with the room she was able to provide us. Within just 10 minutes of arriving, our daytime butler, Duran, reached out to introduce himself. He was attentive, responsive, and consistently made sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. In the evenings, Demi (Demetrio) took over as our nighttime butler. His bubbly personality, warm demeanor, and genuine kindness made every interaction memorable and added a special touch to our experience. We were also especially touched by Eduardo, a butler in Building 3, who was not even assigned to us but still took the time to seek us out and check on our friend who had been injured the day before. That level of care and attentiveness truly speaks volumes about the staff and their commitment to guests. At the Preferred Lounge bar, Carlos crafted some of the best chocolate espresso martinis we’ve ever had—perfectly balanced and consistently delicious. Ruben made my before dinner Cosmos they were perfectly mixed and shaken. Antonio also stood out for his attentiveness; he remembered my drink order and would have it ready for me when I returned after dinner, which made us feel incredibly valued and well taken care of. At the Preferred Pool, concierge Horacio elevated our experience with thoughtful touches like sunglass cleanings and relaxing head and shoulder massages—small details that made a big difference. Onesimo was also wonderful—extremely friendly and genuinely caring. He made a point to check on us daily, even when we weren’t in his section, which truly made us feel seen and appreciated. Jose Garcia, a Preferred Pool waiter, also impressed us by stopping by every couple of minutes to ensure my drinks were always full, providing consistent service. Portofino was our favorite restaurant during the stay. The food was consistently excellent, and Raoul, our waiter, provided outstanding service that made each visit feel special and memorable. We were also inspired by Freddy at Portofino, who has overcome multiple obstacles to become not only an excellent waiter but also a devoted and better father to his children—his dedication and resilience were truly admirable. Each night, we looked forward to stopping by the Coco Café for a sweet treat to end the day. I couldn’t get enough of the cheesecake ice cream, while my husband loved the chocolate ice cream—it quickly became our favorite nightly tradition. I realize this review seems over the top but that is why this is our new favorite resort. The property was immaculate, and the staff were incredibly friendly and willing to do anything to make our stay perfect. The food was delicious, and the drinks were strong and well-crafted. Our only disappointment was the house wine, which did not quite match the otherwise exceptional quality of the experience. We are looking forward to our return visit.

We enjoyed our trip, Cinthia was very welcoming and attentive to our needs. Being able to contact her through WhatsApp messages was very easy and convenient.

-Very hard-working staff -New, clean, beautiful big rooms and facilities with no issues -gourmet food -no reservations needed at the restaurants -no wait times -no issue finding chairs around the pools -definitely on the more quiet side compared to other all-inclusive resorts we've been too -A wonderful, long beach line with fine sand, cleaned daily

The resort was amazing , incredibly beautiful and the service was amazing!!! The staff was friendly the service was top notch. Secret’s truly is first class.

One of the most luxurious hotels I have visited. All the time the team wants you to have the most fun and pleasant. A high-class hotel and Eddie and Miguel completed everything we could wish for so that the stay would be simply perfect
