BEWARE - Wild Dunes Vacation Rentals are now being managed by third-party
Wild Dunes Letdown: A Longtime Guest's Honest Take After 15 wonderful years vacationing at Wild Dunes, this year marked a disappointing shift. The resort has outsourced its vacation rental management to a third-party company—a change that was not clearly disclosed on their website. We stayed in Unit 23 Back Court and immediately noticed the decline in service. The thermostat was locked, leaving us unable to adjust the temperature in our own rental. When we reached out, the management company was polite but ultimately unhelpful, stating they couldn't do anything about it. In years past, Wild Dunes' direct management was responsive and solution-oriented, often going above and beyond to resolve issues. That level of care is what kept us coming back. Unfortunately, the new management model falls short. From now on, I’ll only book properties still managed directly by Wild Dunes. The difference in service is too significant to overlook.

I must say when I stumbled upon your website I was skeptical of the amazing price you offered for this resort. Our trip was truly magical, we drove from Jacksonville, Florida with our son to meet my brother and his family for the first time. First off, when we arrived at our room which was perfectly placed above the spa and across from the Laughing Gull and pool, we were pleasantly surprised to find a balcony that stretched around the entire corner of the building. Our stay was even more enhanced with the breakfast meal vouchers for each morning we were there and the personalized greeting card. I will definitely be returning and will be using Luxury Link again.
