Didn't have much prejudices before visiting as a Hilton Team Member, but was not disappointed. Rooms are spacious, very clean even under UV filter, beds are very comfortable, bathroom is absolutely spotless with bathtub, shower and rainfall all available in the same setup. Bathroom amenities are very high quality and smell amazing, left me and my partner's hair looking beautiful. Our room was on the 12th floor with a partial Bosphorus view, half of the view looks over to the Beşiktaş neighbourhood while the other half sees the entire Asian side and the strait, looking great every hour of the day. Exceptional breakfast with all the options being of high quality, pastries are fresh and tastes great. Front desk is very helpful, assisted us through the problem we had with our bank in a breeze, of which I want to thank specifically to Mr. Emre for his fluent French and indisposed helpful attitude and Mr. Serkan for assisting through our departure down to our last request. I really didn't have one single thing I can say negatively about my stay, I am really happy I picked here for my partner's vacation. Thanks to all of Conrad's team members, including housekeeping which left our room spotless every day.

Hotel is located in a great area accessible to many local and tourist attractions. The service and amenities in particular are exceptional. We were really well treated by Volkan Dilek but in general everyone was very friendly and approachable. Given we had a big family group this was great to experience.

The trip was perfect thanks to nice and beautiful hotel. The food was perfect and there was so much to choose from. The hotel staff was very kind and helping, especially Ms Hatice Tanisik, she was very attentive for our wishes. All in all super hotel

It was an amazing experience. The room was clean and spacious. Food was delicious and the terrace has an amazing view. Also special thanks to Ata for his care and help. The location of the hotel is also very convenient… We’ll come again!!!!!!

A hotel of history. Room is not quite spacious but offers all necessary things for a Conrad. Upgraded to the executive floor as a Hilton gold member. The lounge has the best service we have even seen. Those working there are just fantastic. They answer all your needs and always are ready to provide you the best service. The location is uphill somewhere in Besiktas. Easily accessible to transportations (bus, ferry and tram) nearby on foot. Breakfast is pretty Turkish. Love the Simit (Turkish bread ring) they bake fresh every morning!
