BEST MANAGER İN THE WORLD When i was checking in to the hotel the taxi driver getting me lot of money.He just said 3500 TL anyway i was tired and say give me my stuff because i have a lot of work to do. After that i meet with mr YUSUF.He was very welcome thoughtfull and very handsome. After my check in i just went to the reception and asked for the airport taxi prices then was shocked!! They made a overcharging like a double price on me. After that He just took responsibility he dont has to do it but MR YUSUF was so nice in a 1 hour they refunded my money and İ was shocked again😉 İ felt so confidence and happy cause of Mr Yusuf. İf you have any issue The Right Adress is Mr. Yusuf❤️ Also i was some issue about rooms but he professionality was perfect he took action immediatly and was so happy. Thank you so much YUSUF YOURE THE BEST

Hotel is very nice. Rooms are clean. We really enjoyed , service is 5 star . Staff and a very well trained. They are so welcoming especially Fahriye was very nice. Breakfast was very delicious chef is doing good job. Staff at breakfast was very helpful . Location is very central.

Excellent hotel. Super well located, near many tourist attractions and easy to get around from there. The rooms where well decorated and super clean. I can't say enough good things about the staff, very friendly and ready to help in anything you need. Also very attentive, always making sure we were ok, bringing ut coffee or water while we waited for our tour to pick us up. Shout out to Omar!!! he was the nicest guy on earth

The staff are incredible! Yusef and Omar who work at reception helped me get my money back from a fake taxi driver who took me from the airport to the hotel. The driver over charged me double the charge (3,200 TRY) but Yusef raised a formal complaint for me and I got 900 TRY back!
