We will return!
What a fabulous hotel. Our room, with balcony, overlooking the Bosphorus was superb, immaculate, beautifully designed with a well-equipped and very lavish bathroom. Sadly we only stayed one night before continuing our journey but we will definitely return. We only have good memories of our stays with the Shanghai-La Hotel Group and think that one of their USPs is their exceptional customer service and warm welcome from all members of the team. You are really made to feel as if you are a most welcome guest.

Perfect experience
Fabulous experience !! All the teams were absolutely incredible and made our stay outstanding. Location is great with boat shuttle in front of the hotel. The experience was perfect, would definitely love to come back!

Excellent stay from check-in to check-out
The hotel is in a great location; walking distance to a number of restaurants and shops. The hotel staff was fantastic, from the moment we checked in until we checked-out. The food at the breakfast buffet was delicious and the facilities (pool/gym) were great. The room was always clean and the turn-down service in the evenings was greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Shangri La Stay
Shangri La Bosphorus İstanbul stay was great. The employees were very helpful to make the stay comfortable. Receptionist Sudem Yazıcı was very kind to show every option to make tke stay satisfactory.
