Shangri-La Bosphorus, Istanbul

We arrived on Friday 9 Oct 2926. We are a family of 4 ( my sister and her two daughters). Our first impression was that of admiration….the elegance and beauty of the main lobby and then the friendliness and hospitable attitude of the staff from the check- in desk to the staff of the concierge desk. We even were greeted by the manager on site, Mr. Sinan, who was extremely helpful when we were confronted by a small in-house comments which was immediately resolved professionally. All services from having our early morning swim in the gym, followed by our delicious breakfast and our repeated enquiries at the reception were all handled professionally by the staff with open arms. We would like to specifically mention the following staff: 1- Dina 2- Ozgen 3- Cansu 4- Mellisa Shangri La hotel- Istanbul will always our first choice in any future visit to beautiful Istanbul. Wish you sustained success, Nawal (room 127) and Amal (125)
