We had an amazing experience! Food, rooms, atmosphere, cleanliness: JUST OVER THE TOP. Norayr was our server and he was great to us, so friendly and provided an excellent service! We are definitely coming back!

Poor guest service
This was not my first time staying at this hotel. All I wanted was to move to a room with a Bosphorus view. When I asked the reception about it, they told me that a suite room was available. I asked three times to speak with the manager, but every single time, it was the same young man coming in and out. How can a hotel like this not have a Front Office Manager available? Or what could possibly be so important that the manager cannot come out and speak to a guest even for a few minutes??? Fortunately, in the end, the young gentleman arranged a room with a view for me at a reasonable price.

Amazing place and wonderful people in Istanbul
Amazing place. Outstanding team. Norayr and Berk who serves at the hotel breakfast are extremely professional and very kind. They greet you every morning with a wonderful smile. They know what you want before you even asks. Thank you for the great hospitality.
