Ciragan Palace Kempinski Istanbul

Stayed at the palace for a special event and WOW. The rooms were stunning, food was fantastic and staff were thoughtful and Kind. I definitely recommend the breakfast buffet… One of the best breakfast buffets ever in my life. This is very small detail, but the shampoo and conditioner is the best smelling shampoo and conditioner I’ve ever smelled… It took some home with me and still sometimes when I use it, it takes me back to the palace. Don’t miss this hotel. Perfect luxury experience in Istanbul.

Didn’t have to ask for anything, it seems they read my mind and knew what I would need even before I knew I needed it . Attention to detail, everything was luxurious and top notch

Beautiful hotel with the best location in Istanbul overlooking the Bosphorus. From the first step in the property we were met with smiles and real professionalism. Melike Karaaslan-Guest relations supervisor really helped us to pick the best room at the hotel. Every worker was genuinely friendly and helpful. We had excellent service from the restaurant captain Mehmet. Also, Yagmur, Sidal and Yasemin were friendly and very competent in their jobs. We were very happy until the night before we went to the front desk and asked for a bill. The “supervisor” Esra was extremely rude and her English was difficult to understand. When I tried to get her name and position, she got very defensive and belligerent. She was yelling something about privacy. She is not qualified for the position as supervisor at the front office. It was a shame that our wonderful stay at the beautiful hotel was tarnished by our horrible experience with.Esra.

A five star experience in every way. Not located extremely close to the Old Town if that’s what you’re looking for. But the history, service and location on the Bosphorus.
