During our recent stay at Ciragan Palace Kempinski Istanbul, we encountered a minor issue in the breakfast area. What could have been a small inconvenience was turned into a truly positive experience - thanks entirely to the exceptional dedication and professionalism of Mr. Erbas. Mr. Erbas went above and beyond in every sense. His personal approach, genuine care and commitment to ensuring our comfort transformed the situation completely. He not only addressed the issue swiftly but made us feel truly valued as guests. His outstanding service left a lasting impression on us. Because of Mr. Erbas and the incredible team around him, we left the hotel with a deeper appreciation and a warmer feeling than when we first arrived. Our expectations were not just met - they were far exceeded. We’ve already booked our next stay and look forward to returning soon. The Ciragan Palace Kempinski Hotel is a perfect destination - whether you’re looking for a city escape or a relaxing time in the sun, with a welcoming atmosphere and truly exceptional service. Thank you again, especially to Mr. Erbas. You made our stay wonderful.

This hotel is stunning. It combines modern and antique styles which makes it even more unique and luxurious. I enjoyed everything in this hotel- design, service, restaurants, food, location, quality and etc. There are a few nice hotels in Bosphorus but i would prefer Kempinski in my next trips. Thanks to all staff and I will definitaly come back.

My stay at Chiragan Palace in Istanbul was absolutely unforgettable! The majestic architecture and exquisite interior design create an atmosphere of true luxury and comfort. The service is exceptional — the staff is attentive and always ready to help. The breathtaking view of the Bosphorus from the hotel is simply stunning. Breakfasts are a real treat, offering the most delicious and diverse selection to start the day perfectly. The rooms deserve special praise: luxurious design, incredibly comfortable beds, and impeccable housekeeping make the stay truly relaxing. Chiragan Palace is the perfect choice for anyone who values quality and style! We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Busra, the Guest Relations Supervisor, for her warm welcome and big heart. She is truly the best! Thank you for your attention, professionalism, and kindness. Busra made our stay exceptional and unforgettable. Much love and respect! I would like to sincerely thank Saadet from Guest Relations for the warm welcome and exceptional hospitality. The informative tour she conducted was both engaging and insightful, providing a wonderful introduction to the hotel. Additionally, the beautiful photos she took captured the experience perfectly Special thanks for help to Emre for very beautiful and sweet compliment.

Wife and I stayed here the last week of June -2025. Arrival: Very helpful. The place is busy. It is not a quiet, small, boutique hotel. This place is humming. But they took us in right away and got us to our room. I booked a room with a side view of the Bosphorus. This might be my only visit to Istanbul, so I really wanted a full view. The desk check in person quickly showed me a full view room, no. 358. It was more expensive but not as expensive as on the web. I booked it. They offered to help with anything else. Room: Fantastic. My wife and I like having a glass of wine on the balcony and this was one of the highlights of our stay. Again, it is a busy hotel. It must have been party season, because every night there was a big party. Beautiful young people everywhere and loud techno music. I just read another reviewers review and they hated the parties. I understand that position. We didn't mind. The kicker for us was walking up early and having a coffee on the deck. The in room coffee machine is above average from many of the upscale places we stay in. Also, it was packed with coffee and creamers. The room is large and I could not hear any other guests except those on the ground partying. The bed is as good as the multi thousand dollar bed we just bought for our home. The curtains were blackout. Room temp and lights easy to control. Bathroom is really small. Drawback. But the shower is powerful rain style. Wonderful bathroom products. In fact, after our stay, we were hiking and rafting in Georgia for two weeks and we took all the Cirigan Palace shampoos and Gels. Service: The daily cleaning person was super responsive. They also bring fresh fruit every day, plenty of water, coffee pods, and SWEETS. Their baklava is other worldly. We fell in love with it. Tipped her well for her daily service. I told turndown service on day one that I needed a bucket of ice and voila, it was there every night. General service in the hotel is very responsive. Need a cab? You will get it quickly and they will instruct where to go. Concierge was also helpful on occasions. Spa: Excellent. Very nice facility with a very good steam room and Sauna. The massage was reasonably priced. (We just left Bodrum Edition and a 60 minute massage is 300 Euros. Crazy. Abuse of the well off.). The massage therapist did some different stuff. She did a little bit of Thai style massage which I generally don't like but this time it really helped me with some tight spots and I heard some interesting cracking. Nothing broken. Just more limber. Well worth it. They have Hamman. However, we had just done the Hurrem Hamman, which if you are in Istanbul, is a MUST. I repeat - MUST DO. Location: This is an interesting one. It is in Besiktas, a very nice neighborhood. But it is about a ten to fifteen minute walk to the busy commercial part of Besiktas. You are also about 10 minutes to Ordnikoy. But Ordnikoy is limited to what you can do there. From the Besiktas Ferry Terminal you can go to Kadicoy for only about 78 Lira or 2 dollars. I love that area. We did a foot tour with a woman named Ayfer, on Withlocals. One of the best things we did. Back to Cirigan. Every time you go somewhere you will need a cab. It can get old. I walk a lot and I don't mind the walk to the the Besiktas roundabout, but for my wife, it became tiring. We visited the Peninsula Hotel in Beyoglu and there is so much to do there. But is it much more expensive and quite busy outside with construction going on. But from the Peninsula, you can walk under the tunnel and you are near the Galata Tower and the Iskalal (sp.) walking street. The Peninsula has an amazing view from the 5th floor bar. Go for a drink and the trio of dumplings. Incredible. Also has a mescal Negroni there. Really nice. Also Krop knives are one block away. Go get a cool kitchen knife or a traditional "onion" knife. We also visited the Four Seasons and it was very quiet but a tad bit better location than Cirigan Palace. Entire Facility: The Cirigan Palace is a large hotel. Again, not boutique. We love the cigar bar. There are some nice shops inside. My wife got her hair blow dried or air dried or something crazy for a reasonable price three times. The grounds are gorgeous. The pool is very nice with excellent pool side service. Restaurants: Breakfast was included for us. You must get the breakfast. This may be the best breakfast buffet set up we have ever had. It really is spectacular. Close contenders are Esperanza in Cabo and Ritz Carlton Mandapa Bali. We also ate at the bar at night and it was outstanding. We did not eat at the other restaurants, including its well noted Turkish restaurant. (we did eat at Turk Fatih Tutak - WOW.) Hope this helps

Our stay at Çırağan Palace Kempinski was truly unforgettable. The palace is stunning, but it was the incredible service that made it so special. A big thank you to Fadi, who made our stay extra memorable with his kind attention and professionalism. Naci from Bellini Restaurant also provided outstanding service that added to our dining experience. And special thanks to Ceren, the Lady in Red, for her warm hospitality and care throughout our visit. We’re so grateful and can’t wait to return!
