Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus

I would like to thank Ebru and Mustafa for taking good care of me in the executive lounge. The service I received is excellent and will not mind coming back to Conrad hotel again.

My husband and I were guests of the beautiful Conrad hotel in Istanbul. We were also guests in the Executive lounge where Ebru & Mustafa treated us very well during the evening reception. They are very friendly and welcoming.

Our favourite place to stay in Istanbul. I have to praise the service. Everyone is friendly and very professional. Need a taxi? The doorman has your back. He knows the rate and asks afterwards if everything was ok. The big advantage of this hotel is the service. We were lucky to have status and the service in the executive lounge was „first class“: Asel on the reception went out of her way to make our stay the best. Mustafa and especially Ebru took care of us and made our stay special. Ebru showed us how to prepare the raki, like the Turks drink it. Delicious!!! She will be a very good waiter and we will come back to check on her progress. Come to the Conrad if you want that colonial feel of an established hotel. You may find more modern hotels, but few with this service standard.

Very nice hotel close to the Dolmabahce Palace Naval Museum, and pedestrian area with many shops and restaurants. They have an amazing breakfast buffet, with all sorts of fruit, Turkish specialties, pastries, eggs, salad, olives, breads and more. Our servers, Cemie and Emirhan, were very attentive, and humored my attempts at speaking basic Turkish. Water in shower and light switches in room a little janky, but we figured it out. They have a nice pool, a great mezzanine terrace with beautiful views of the city and the Bosphorus. Also a nice rooftop restaurant. A little pricey, but good food and drinks. My one real complaint is the check in process. It took us about a half hour to finally get our room

What a beautiful hotel!!!! The views are incredible too. From the moment we checked in, we were treated with such great hospitality. The breakfast was incredible too. Have never experienced so many breakfast options on a buffet. Nisa and Hamdi went above and beyond, as did the entire staff. First time to Istanbul, but hope to return one day.
