Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus

I spent three days here for relaxation, and it was a wonderful experience. The breakfast environment was great, with a beautiful view in front of the Bosphorus. The people working there — Darya, Sumer, Nisa, and Ilknur — were amazing. I would like to give special thanks to them for their kindness and excellent service

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your esteemed hotel from Last February 17th to February 21st, and I would like to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding hospitality and exceptional service I received. Thanks to your team’s care, I have just safely arrived back in South Korea. First and foremost, I would like to extend my deepest appreciation to Utku from the Concierge & Bell Service. Throughout my stay, Utku took great care of my luggage, ensuring its safety at all times. Despite my multiple requests, he always assisted me with a warm smile, which I truly appreciated. Additionally, he went above and beyond by contacting my privately booked airport transfer driver on my behalf, saving me from a difficult situation. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help made my stay all the more pleasant. I would also like to express my gratitude to the Executive Lounge team for their excellent service. In particular, there was a female staff member who had studied in the United States and spoke exceptional English. Though I regret not knowing her name, she provided outstanding assistance during my visits to the lounge. Her warmth, professionalism, and fluency in English made my experience in the lounge truly memorable, and I sincerely appreciate all her help. Beyond these individuals, I was deeply impressed by the professionalism and dedication of the entire Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus team. Every interaction I had was met with the highest level of hospitality, and I am incredibly grateful for the care and attention I received. Thank you once again for making my stay so special. I look forward to returning in the future and experiencing the world-class service that makes Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus truly exceptional.
