Great hotel with fantastic staff
We stayed at the wonderful Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus again last week and, as ever, this hotel exceeds expectations. It's a beautiful hotel with great amenities, comfortable and quiet rooms and the friendliest and most helpful staff you could wish for. Huge thanks to Omer, Derya and Umut for their fantastic service at breakfast, to Mustafa for his attentiveness in the Executive Lounge, and Zuleyha in housekeeping for her meticulousness and friendliness. I must add how wonderful it was to catch up with Dilek in the Monet Cafe - she's a real credit to the hotel. Finally, I can't leave without thanking Engin for sorting out our stay and ensuring it ran like clockwork. This hotel is impressive and staying here is a real pleasure, but the biggest asset they have are the staff. It's why we keep coming back.

Great location and friendly service
Went as a first time visitor for a week long stay with family. Hotel is in a fantastic location perched on top of a hill in Bestikas overlooking the Bosphorus and the city. Service overall was excellent especially in the executive lounge where we enjoyed breakfast and cocktail hour daily. Okan was very friendly and learned our preferred drinks quickly. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful with calling taxis and arranging meals. A special thanks to Mert at reception for making extra keys for me when I locked myself out of the room. Can't wait to visit again next year.
