Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus

We had a wonderful breakfast experience, and a big part of that was thanks to Gamze / Sümer, were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. The nice table was arranged for us to move with a beautiful view, which made our breakfast even more enjoyable.The hospitality and genuine care for the guests are really stood out. Thank you for making our morning so special. We would be happy to come back!

The hotel was exceptional. I would like to specially recommend Gamie Cihaan who offered excellent service and was very kind and helpful in the breakfast buffet.

If and when I visit Istanbul again I'll most definitely be staying at the Conrad. Close proximity to everything that's worth seeing and stellar service. Okan in the executive lounge is also very attentive.

I can’t fit everything into one review, but this hotel is truly stunning. I stay with Hilton regularly (in fact, this stay gave me enough nights to move from Gold to Diamond Honors), and I can honestly say this is probably the best Hilton we’ve stayed at, including Conrad, Hilton and Waldorf Astoria properties. The hotel has a real sense of luxury. It has the wow factor, the design is beautiful, yet it still feels relaxed and welcoming rather than pretentious. The attention to detail really stands out. Everything is Conrad branded, from takeaway pizza boxes to coffee cups, and the overall design throughout the hotel is modern and elegant. From check-in we were upgraded to a lovely Bosphorus View Room. It was one of the more standard room categories, but it had everything we needed and was finished to a very high standard. Fresh bottled water was replenished daily, and housekeeping was exceptional. Our room was often cleaned within 20 minutes of us leaving. My sister and her two children live in Turkey, and one thing we really appreciated was that the hotel welcomed them to spend time with us around the pool. They were treated just like hotel guests, which was a lovely touch. A special mention must go to Eda on the front desk. My young niece lost the teddy she sleeps with every night, and Eda not only managed to find it, but returned it along with a thoughtful little gift for her. It genuinely made one very happy little guest, and it’s something our family won’t forget. We got engaged during our trip and celebrated with dinner at the Italian restaurant. It was the perfect setting and, considering the quality and reputation of the restaurant, I actually thought it was very reasonably priced. The pool area is fantastic. It’s relaxed, has a lovely atmosphere, and the pool team were attentive throughout our stay. Another thing that really stood out was the number of staff. There always seemed to be someone nearby if you needed anything, and every member of staff we encountered was genuinely warm and friendly. The rooftop restaurant has what I would say are some of the best views in Istanbul, the cocktails were excellent, and breakfast each morning was also superb. Even during the busiest period between 9:30 and 10:30, it never felt overcrowded or stressful. If I had one tiny suggestion for improvement, it would simply be to include a minibar price list in the room. I couldn’t find one anywhere, and even the TV menu didn’t display the prices. It’s a very minor point in what was otherwise a flawless stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back, and next time we’ll be returning as Diamond members so we can also experience the Executive Lounge. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
