Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus

The location was nice and the view of Bosphorus breath taking. The hotel had a strange vibe and in a good way reminded you all the good memories of the people and places you're ever been. The room we stayed in was very good and worth every penny we payed for it. And thanks to meticulous and tireless work of the members of cleaning crew such as Ms. Güllü stayed clean and fresh during our stay. The overall staff members of Conrad were polite, friendly and helpful without any imposing presence. I would like to mention also Mr. Bülent K. for he has been most helpful and friendly especially when we needed a fast ride. We will certainly stay at Conrad during our visit in Istanbul.

Had the best pizza ever, recommended by Yunus! The entire experience was amazing from start to finish. The manager, Aykut, made sure we were comfortable, while Azra gave us such a warm welcome and showed us to our seats. Even when we were indecisive about where we wanted to sit, she was incredibly patient and accommodating. The restaurant itself was beautiful, the atmosphere was great, and the service was exceptional. To top it all off, there was one gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, but he surprised us with a special anniversary dessert at the end. We had such a wonderful time and truly felt welcomed. Definitely an experience worth remembering. Highly recommended! ✨

She was always friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail. My room was kept exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great Location, second time staying here. Awesome customer service, Hüseyin and Numan chef were very helpful with food recommendations for the kids, Ibuse an Cihan made sure everything was good.

the bathroom was very dirty no excuses from the team... You can hear the elevators system during the night The kettle in the room was moldy at roof top restaurant, after my diner, the waiter and manager didn't accept to serve me a tea!
