We had an incredible stay at Conrad Istanbul with my wife and child. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly outstanding. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team, not only the concierge and reception staff, but also everyone from housekeeping to the restaurant team. Every single person made us feel welcome, cared for and genuinely appreciated. A very special thank you to Kenan, Azra and Melek, who made our stay extra special. Their warmth, professionalism and sincere hospitality really stood out. As someone who is a General Manager of a hotel in Ibiza myself, I know how much effort, dedication and teamwork it takes to create this kind of guest experience. What we experienced at Conrad Istanbul was remarkable, heartfelt and truly genuine. Thank you for making our family stay so memorable. We will definitely come back.

I’m very happy with my stay at Conrad, special thanks to Miss Gamze (Hopefully i spelled her name correctly) at the front desk for her wonderful customer service and Ebubakir (house keeping service) who take great care of us during our stay! Hotel environment is very nice and location is super. Overall outstanding and highly recommended!!
