Best views
the concierge team is the best, they went above and beyond helping me, from contacting stores, to getting me a tour to Cappadocia last minute. And the views from the suite were a dream. I definitely recommend this hotel

Amazing hotel with super friendly staff and great facilities.
We spent 5 days at the CVK and this gorgeous hotel was first class with friendly and attentive staff. It was great value for money, and the room and shared spaces were immaculate and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere throughout. We booked. Suite and through that had access to the executive lounge which we visited each day of our stay at least once. Our hostess Suden and waiter Yusuf were amazing, friendly and informative and made our stay all the better. There were great selections of food and drinks each day in the lounge. The hotel breakfasts were also incredible value, and we took advantage of the terrace bar which had amazing views and cocktails. The hotel gym was excellent with a great range of modern equipment, and we enjoyed the pool which is in a strange layout one level down with a retractable roof….so you get some sunshine but it’s not suitable for soaking up the sun….and paying 7 euro each for a swimming cap that we used once was the only dissatisfactory experience of the whole stay.

Breakfast at CVK
Breakfast with a view Thank you to our waiter Talha for being very attentive and super friendly, thus making our breakfast experience at CVK extra enjoyable. The food selection was amazing, coffees very nice. Truly the best way to start into another adventurous day in Istanbul.

Great customer service!
The experience in this hotel was quite special. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We had few minor issues in the apartment we were renting and raised a complaint to the management. We were introduced to one of the hotel managers, Mr. Kamal Saritas, who took our complaints very seriously and acted to resolve them promptly. His attitude made us feel that we were guests at his own home as he took each complaint at heart. This made our stay memorable and we will definitely be staying there again when we visit Istanbul.

Great place. On of the bests in Istanbul. It is highly recommended to stay on with great restaurants and lounge and shopping
