Fantastic Hotel. Friendly staff and very good location
Very good location close to Taksim square and about 15-20min walk to Galata Bridge and the promenade (albeit a steep hill to get there and back to Galata Bridge) The Hotel was clean, very comfortable and stylish. Rooms are very well equipped and beds were very comfortable. Our booking included breakfast which was buffet style with a very extensive range of options to choose from. Food was excellent and the service was extremely good. Metehan was very attentive and friendly along with his other colleagues which made breakfast a great experience. I would definitely stay here again if we were to be back in Istanbul

Amazing luxurious stay with superb views and service
It was a fabulous stay in such grand hotel with amazing spa & Turkish bath facilities. We would like to especially commend Zeynep and Resul for their excellent service, helping us to overcome several issues we had during our stay, and ensuring that we enjoy our stay. The room and views, as well as the food, were incredible and we really enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful hotel…
Beautiful hotel, rooms are exceptional and the staff are very helpful. A long standing tradition is a mojito at the end of the day which was made very well by Inan at the bar in the lobby. Would definitely return.
