CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel

The hotel is quite old. The room service is useless, each time after cleaning they took off all glasses from the room and bring them back after several calls. When we put used slippers in the trash can they return them back. After our complaint the manager came several times, but nothing had been changed. It’s absolutely not 5 service hotel

This is the eighth time I have stayed at this hotel, and I consider it one of the best hotels in Istanbul due to the classy service of all the staff at the reception, especially Ms. Shukran and her colleagues, who attend to every need of the guest. However, this time I was disappointed with the choice of the executive room, as it was small and the bathroom very cramped. They did offer me to change the room the next day to ensure my satisfaction, but I declined, I also thank them for the simple gift, which was biscuits on New Year's Eve. It was a nice touch from the hotel. Overall, the hotel is wonderful, the food is excellent, and all the staff are highly professional and courteous.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and what truly made the difference was the outstanding service from the Lobby Team. From the very first moment, their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were evident. I want to especially highlight Hilal, who represents everything great about this team. Her kindness, genuine smile, and constant willingness to help were simply exceptional. No matter the request, she was always approachable, positive, and eager to assist, making everything feel easy and effortless. That kind of attitude is not common anymore, and it deserves to be recognized. Thanks to the Lobby Team—and particularly to Hilal—the experience felt welcoming, personal, and truly memorable. Service like this is what sets a good hotel apart from a great one. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel because of them.

Great location. Walking distance to Taksim square. Helpful concierge. Modern, clean and spacious rooms in the apartment suites. Muhammad Naushad provided excellent housekeeping service and he spoke some English which was game changing. I would rate breakfast and particularly the egg station a three star. Inefficient process with most chefs seemed like trainees. Def not a five star breakfast experience.

This was our second time at the CVK and enjoyed it on both occasions. Breakfast was great with many options and starts nice and early at 6.30am. Beds were very comfortable and rooms very clean. Really enjoyed the Club lounge.
