CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and our first trip together to Istanbul. This is a beautiful hotel near Taksim Square and public transportation options. We took advantage of many of their amenities including the gym, breakfast buffet and the lovely restaurant upstairs. From our room we had a lovely view of the Bosphorus. Very clean, modern and great service by staff.

Six days during our seven day stay, my wife and I had a dreadful experience by two hospitality workers. Turag is a very unpleasant and arrogant waiter. He is an extreme bully and, in particular, victimises females. Sahan is also a very rude waitress who thinks it is beneath her to clear the table while plates and cups pile up resulting in food spillage and broken crockery. We reported the incident to the guest relations’ management team and we were shocked by their response: “ All staff protect the reputation of each other at CVK Bhosphrous.” House keeping is terrible. The previous tenants’ food left overs had not been hovered upon our arrival. There were remnants of bread crumbs on the rug. Internet and television was distorted each day with very poor reception.

I was very impressed with the hotel - it has a great location, it is beautifully decorated, it has an amazing fitness/wellness/pool area, the buffet and food was exceptional. The staff are extraordinary - Arafeh in particular provided outstanding service in a helpful and friendly manner throughout our stay.

Good service, clean, very central location, good breakfast and hotel very confortable with spacious rooms.

I would like to give special thanks to Ramadan. He was extremely polite, helpful, and professional. He never hesitated to assist with any request, and his attitude truly reflects the high standard of the hotel. Credit where credit is due.
