Bad location and not safe , bad food and rude staff
I stayed in the suite. I spent so much money the stuff so rude the food was horrible and there is always traffic in the location.

Bitter experience
The hotel looked great at first, but the rude staff completely ruined the experience. The food was a disaster as well. I really wish previous guests had been more truthful in their reviews.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional service by Ohuzhan – truly memorable experience I would like to sincerely compliment Ohuzhan for his outstanding service during my stay at the hotel. I faced an issue during my visit, and Ohuzhan handled it with remarkable professionalism, patience, and genuine care. He listened attentively, took my concern very seriously, and ensured everything was handled properly. From the start, he made me feel respected, reassured, and well taken care of. What really stood out was his thoughtful gesture of upgrading my room. This was completely unexpected and went far beyond my expectations. That kind act turned a stressful situation into a very positive and memorable experience for me. Ohuzhan clearly takes great pride in his work and truly understands the meaning of hospitality. Staff members like him are a true asset to the hotel and play a huge role in creating an excellent guest experience. Because of him, my overall impression of the hotel is extremely positive. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Terrible service
The hotel is quite old. The room service is useless, each time after cleaning they took off all glasses from the room and bring them back after several calls. When we put used slippers in the trash can they return them back. After our complaint the manager came several times, but nothing had been changed. It’s absolutely not 5 service hotel
