The hotel is amazing! The breakfasts are wonderful, and the room was absolutely beautiful! We would definitely recommend booking a room with a Bosphorus view right away — it’s truly worth it. The staff are incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with absolutely any request. A very special and huge thank you to Batuhan!!! He is truly an exceptional person. He helped us so much with many different things during our stay and genuinely made our vacation unforgettable. Batuhan goes far beyond what is expected from hotel staff — he treats guests with so much care, attention, and sincerity that you feel truly welcomed and valued. The hotel is very lucky to have such a dedicated employee, and he absolutely deserves recognition for all his hard work and outstanding attitude toward guests.

We were lucky to stay for the 4th time in this wonderful Hotel, located both in the heart of Istanbul (Taksim) and in the park area, with a stunning view of the Bosphorus. I can say with confidence that the main advantage of this hotel is not the view from the window and not the location, although they are beyond praise, but the staff, thanks to whose professionalism you will come back here again and again. This time we were surprised by an unexpected upgrade of Front Desk Manager - KORAY GULTEKIN. It was he who actually made our stay UNFORGETTABLE. I hope he won't be punished for generosity :-). Thank you, KORAY GULTEKIN, without you this review would not have taken place, because we would not have been in the Executive Lounge! Executive lounge BERHAN MEHMET DEMIR was very hospitable and filled our dinners with warmth and attention, we felt welcome every evening. One of the chefs in the Executive lounge: Neslisah Yusuf, ERSIN or SEDAT (I don't know which of them personally) cooked such a delicious lamb that I almost swallowed my tongue! And this assessment was given by other guests besides me, and we remembered this lamb for a few more days. Talking about breakfasts at the Gumussuyu restaurant, Celal Firat should be noted, which we remember from our 1st stay at the Hotel. Even then he greeted us with a wide smile and put us in a great mood from the very morning. I think the hotel management noticed it, and now Celal Firat - Restaurant Captain! At the same time, he remembered us and was very attentive - it's very nice when you are greeted as old friends! Thank you, Celal Firat !!! I will not give an assessment of the cleanliness of rooms, linen, cosmetics, comfort of rooms - you can easily read about it in other reviews - it corresponds to the declared 5*! But still, I will note once again that the atmosphere of the hotel is formed by its staff, for whom a high level of service and customer satisfaction is the highest goal and the main motivation.

We got a very luxurious room with a full Bosphorus view. You could spend all day just admiring. The bed was large and comfy, but there was only one lounge chair (and a desk one). Sadly, the bathroom was a disaster. The large bath filled only slowly, and the floor plug kept popping out. It leaked anyway, so two inches or less was the maximum, with lukewarm water. The room ended up flooded - luckily it doubled as a shower room, so eventually dried out. The sink had a similar issue with the plug, which was useless. The breakfast was magnificent, with a huge array of excellent hot and cold fare. The hot fare varied daily. We also dined in the restaurant, which was ridiculously expensive. There was a separate ground level bar, accessed by a hump-backed bridge. The wine was very expensive, as was the one small packet of biscuits inadvertently taken from the "mini bar" in our room - it looked as if they were free. Would rush back for the room view and breakfast, but not otherwise. As a final point the staff were most pleasant and helpful.

From the moment you arrive at the hotel, you know you have arrived at a genuine five-star hotel due to the large lobby area. It is covered in luxurious white marble. As a developer, I went out of my way to look at the quality of the finish, and again it was truly exceptional. Marble everywhere, with outstanding attention to detail. The spa area is incredibly pleasant and very well thought out. The gym area was again 6/5. I could not help but wonder whether it is open to outside members, as it did not feel like a usual hotel gym. It was incredibly specialised, with a very large choice of machines. The rooms are very spacious and luxurious, and again the colour choice of the marble bathroom and overall finish perfectly illustrate the hotel’s five-star rating. Breakfast offered a very large selection of everything, including porridge. I strongly recommend this five-star hotel. In short: exceptional quality, luxury, and attention to detail throughout.
