CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel

We came to CVK Park Bosphorus with high expectations and are paying close to $1,000 per night for a large suite. Unfortunately, our experience has fallen far short of what any guest should expect at this price point, and I feel obligated to share it. The most serious concerns involve safety and cleanliness. Our shower had exposed electrical wiring as well as visible mold. We also found blood stains on a bed frame. A persistent odor of sewage and garbage is present not only in the hallways but inside the rooms themselves. Even after changing rooms, the smell remains, and I wake up each morning with burning eyes, which I suspect is caused by allergens or poor air quality. In addition, the room we received did not match the description at the time of booking. When we raised these issues, staff were dismissive and at times rude. Our attempts to reach a fair resolution were met with resistance rather than a genuine effort to help. The only compensation offered was complimentary breakfast, which does not address any of the problems we reported. Moving between rooms has cost us valuable time and energy on a trip we had been looking forward to.

The location was good. i found the concierge very helpful and friendly. the room however was very smelly from old smoke, the smell has permeated all the pillows, bedding, curtains etc. and was most unpleasant to stay in. I did address this at the time. we also found the restaurants and drinks at the hotel very overpriced.

On all levels this hotel ticks the boxes. We stayed in the suites and they were extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have enjoyed. Too many chooses and not enough stomach space. Just the Turkish sweets buffet alone is worth getting the breakfast. The location of the hotel is excellent however it is at the top of a hill and can be quite a hike back. Lots of taxis around if walking is not your thing. Highly recommend staying here.

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for 17 days, and I can genuinely say that we enjoyed every single moment of our stay. Everything was truly exceptional and exceeded our expectations. From the excellent breakfast service to the swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath, every facility was beautifully maintained and provided a truly relaxing experience. The massage therapists were also extremely professional, skilled and knowledgeable, making our stay even more enjoyable. What impressed us most, however, was the outstanding level of service provided by the hotel staff. Every member of the team was professional, attentive and clearly very experienced in their role. Their warm, respectful and courteous approach made us feel genuinely welcome and completely at ease throughout our stay. The team regularly contacted me to make sure that my wife and I had everything we needed and that our room and overall experience were always perfect. That level of personal attention and care made a huge difference and is something we truly appreciated. My wife and I are Iranian, and something that made our stay particularly special was discovering that more than ten members of the hotel team are also Iranian. It gave us such a lovely sense of warmth and familiarity and made us feel even more at home. I would especially like to express my deepest gratitude to Ms. Arefeh, Mr. Sasan and Mr. Mohammad, as well as every single member of staff at this beautiful and luxurious hotel. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, hospitality and for making this one of the most memorable holidays we have ever had. You truly made this summer and our holiday incredibly special for both me and my wife, and we will always remember our time here with wonderful memories. Thank you so very much to all of you.
