CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel

This hotel is beautiful! I’d like to thank all the staff for their cheerful welcome from outside the door all the way to Mariam the concierge for her assistance and Zeynep for her quick clear and fast checkout to all the porter staff for their help with the luggage. I had a problem with the iron and the guest services quickly sent me another one, too. The location is perfect, a little walk to Taksim yet a quiet area. Highly recommend!

Excellent hotel, excellent team, In summary very good

I recently stayed at CVK Bosphorus and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is beautiful, well located, and offers great comfort. I did encounter a few issues during my stay, but they were handled quickly and professionally. A special thank‑you to Eefee , Almira, who took over the situation and resolved everything with exceptional care. Mustafa was also very helpful throughout. I also want to mention the lady who checked me in and the girl with glasses at reception — both were kind, welcoming, and attentive. A lovely touch was the surprise organised by Almira for my daughter, which she absolutely loved. These thoughtful gestures truly made our stay memorable.

I recently visited the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel, and overall, it is a very nice property. The room we stayed in was absolutely great, and the vast majority of the staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. The front desk team was simply amazing. I specifically want to highlight Meriem at the concierge desk, Almira in guest services, and Suden. Their warmth, professionalism, and dedication to hospitality truly elevated our experience. Unfortunately, we did have one glaring issue at the lounge to watch FIFA finals. We had made a confirmed booking the day before. When we arrived two hours early for our reservation, the lady working there, Aicha, was very unprofessional. Instead of accommodating us properly, she gave us the absolute worst table available. Her handling of the situation was so poor that we ultimately decided to leave. It was the worst experience of the trip and definitely left a sour taste in our mouths regarding the lounge service. Despite that specific negative encounter, the hotel itself is beautiful, and the rest of the team does a fantastic job. I would still highly recommend staying here based on the quality of the property and the wonderful service provided by the rest of the staff.

One of the worst hotels in istanbul ,, Receptionists are standing here like they come from another world ... By making apparently lush of hotel they are receiving high charges from people ... Look at their rooms so dirty ,no cleanliness at all like 2 star hotels ... Their bedsheets are so dirty .... Furniture rough and dirty . Poor house keeping service .. People only see the rooms in which they have to spend time , they dont see lush of reception and hall way .. Breakfast was not good ,hardly find anything to eat , poor standard ,, kindly never try this hotel ..
