CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel

The rooms are large and well designed (we stayed in the apartments). The people are always kind, friendly and very helpful. The SPA + pool + fitness area is large and very well equipped.

The location is perfect for sightseeing and very close for all types of transportation The atmosphere was very relaxing and chill The room was clean the bed is very comfortable and the view was really nice Regarding the value it was fair except for the lundary. It should have been included with price of the booking It wasn't noisy at all. On the contrary, it was quite and relaxing. For the Services it is ten out of ten and has really good amenities.

Review for CVK Park Bosphorus Our experience at CVK Park Bosphorus was mixed. At first, we stayed in a higher-category room, and it was excellent. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The housekeeping service was also outstanding. Later, we moved to a standard room, and unfortunately, the difference was very noticeable. The shower had a problem, and whenever we turned on the water, it would leak and flood the bathroom area. Taking a shower or bath became very uncomfortable. Even in the most basic room category, I would expect the bathroom facilities to be in proper working condition, especially at a hotel of this level. Another disappointing experience was with the reception. I asked for assistance with ordering food from an outside delivery service, but I was told that they could not help and that I should order only from the hotel’s own restaurant. This made my stay less comfortable and felt unnecessarily restrictive. Unfortunately, I also found the hotel restaurant overpriced for the quality of the food. The burger in particular had an unusual smell, and the taste was not impressive. However, I would especially like to praise the breakfast and housekeeping service. The breakfast was excellent, with a very good selection. When I requested something that was not available at the buffet, the staff kindly prepared it separately for me, which I truly appreciated. The housekeeping staff also deserve special recognition. The lady who cleaned our room was extremely kind, welcoming, attentive, and professional. Her hospitality made a very positive impression on us. Overall, the higher-category room, breakfast, and housekeeping were excellent. However, I believe the condition of the standard rooms, the level of assistance provided by reception, and the price-to-quality ratio of the restaurant could be improved.
