Good hotel
Really nice hotel with kind person. Breakfast is good. I recomend dinner at the restaurant Izaka terace-really nice view and good food. Weiter mr.Burak was really nice and helpful. Spa is really good. Christmas decoration is wonderful.

Wouldn’t return.
Nice looking hotel with good location. The breakfast buffet is great. And Celal who works there is extremely polite, happy and helpful every morning. However, we booked a Bosphorus corner suite, and wasn’t impressed. Lighting was terrible it was an old system and none of it worked properly. Very dated inside. The minibar and mugs/glasses were never replaced daily and counter left dirty. Would get up to make a cup of tea and have no spoons/mugs. Turn down service included never turns up you have to request. There is an airport style security metal detector gateway that you have to walk through in the reception lobby EVERY TIME you enter the hotel. This feels very intrusive and removes all elegance of staying at this 5* hotel like it’s unsafe. It ruins the experience of the lovely lobby. For those reasons I wouldn’t stay here again there are better options for the money.

Avoid this place!
When I first entered the room, I had to clean the hair and body hair on the bed left from previous guests. In the morning, housekeeping came in twice without knocking properly and without even saying “housekeeping”. Then at checkout, I had to deal with the front desk staff who almost charged me for minibar use even though I hadn’t touched anything, and without warning me beforehand. Don’t go and ruin your mood. And as if all this wasn’t enough, they offered me complimentary room upgrade for my next stay — like a joke.

The cleaning was always of high quality, and the room was shining with cleanliness, always a pleasure to come back to. We are truly grateful for her hard work and care.
