Terrible hotel—do not stay
Major security breach, when we arrived after a day out the door to our room was wide open. Further our linen was wet. As female travellers we felt unsafe and were told we can move rooms only after I requested. No compensation or apology was offered. I have travelled a lot and never experienced anything like this. I would never stay at this hotel again and warn all travelers to keep away. Many options in Istanbul. Stay away from this place!

Nice time at Divan Hotel
I had a great experience with very nice time at Divan hotel and I liked its proximity to Taksim area and the surrounding areas and ease of access. I also thank the hotel for its hospitality services. and I would like to thank Hakan and Omer Dvrcn in particular.

I had an excellent stay at Divan Istanbul. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, quality, and great location. I would especially like to thank Nihat from Guest Services for his professionalism and helpful attitude. He truly made a difference in my stay.
