Ottoman Hotel Imperial

Great location. Building is worn out. They turn off the heat during the day! €45 for two glasses of cheap tasting wine, a big rip off. I would never stay here again.

Location: Right behind Hagia Sophia and minutes away from all the attractions in Sultanahmet. You can enjoy early mornings/late evenings walks in the area in peace. Property: Lovely legacy property with great views. Food: Hotel has a Michelin restaurant. The complimentary breakfast is just amazing with great variety. Access: As the entrance is on the street behind Hagia Sophia, taxis from/to airport may not be able to drop-off/pick-up at the hotel entrance. The hotel does provide complimentary golf buggy drop-offs to the taxi. Staff: Always very helpful and considerate.

Family of four visiting for 4 days . The hotel has a great location close to the great attractions in Istanbul . The interior with an oriental perspective. Excellent rooms and the service from the staff second to none. From the reception to the servants in the breakfast room to the hotel management that helped us out if a little problem got us taxi picked us up at the arrival with a taxi etc. Can be recommended if you go to Istanbul. Go for one of the bigger rooms as they are more comfortable.

Very Nice, good atmosphere, not too loud, my brother slipped in the shower, destroyed the glass door, and bruised he’s arm but nothing major. they took really good care of him, really good first aid, very calm during the incident. waiters were really good too. Sevgi and Tuncay gave really good service at the restaurant in the mornings as well in evening, always saying good morning or good evening depends what time it is. Always checking up on my brother and ready with another glass of juice for him. Always laughing a little with each other and smiling which I like and personally thinks ads a really chill, relaxed and happy vibe in the morning, nothing loud.

A wonderful hotel in a perfect location, just steps from Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sophia, with plenty of restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The breakfasts are delicious, and the service is truly top-notch. Special thanks to the restaurant manager, Sevgi, who is incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming. Overall, the entire hotel staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable. I had a fantastic stay—thank you!
