Ottoman Hotel Imperial

Lovely, traditional hotel, located at the centre of Sultanahmet. The hotels rooms are comfortable and clean and the food is wonderful and beautifully served. The bright airy dining and breakfast rooms provide panoramic views over the city and tantalising views of the domes and spires of nearby Aya Sofia. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, from Erhan and Jamal welcoming us when we arrived about 22:30, tired and wet, to Sonol who provided a very late night dinner, and Sivgte, who welcomed us into the breakfast and dining rooms with a great smile and good service, and many more of the staff whose names sadly I never learned, who contributed to making the holiday a great experience. Thank you all.

Lovely wee hotel next to Hagia Sophia Great food and service, clean simple rooms at a reasonable price. Special thanks to Sevgi and Sonol, and Eren, very welcoming and helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hi didn’t think it was possible to be this physically close to the Hahai Sofia. Literally stone’s throw! And I don’t even throw that well. This is an absolute gem of a hotel for its location, it’s lovely rooms with al creature comforts and what looks like a mini hamam as a shower! The staff were all exceptionally kind and helpful and I am just in shock at the location! Can not recommend enough. And make sure you eat at Matbah Restaurant. Go look it up. It’s incredible. Fantastic experience and it’s now going to be my go to hotel for all future Istanbul stays. Thank you.

We loved the Ottoman Hotel., fabulous location right in the heart of the old city and steps from all the big attractions. In particular the staff are very friendly and helpful with all our needs and the restaurant staff are exceptional. Sergi was incredibly attentive and it was lovely to see her happy face every morning at breakfast.. she is indeed an asset to the team at The Ottoman Imperial 😊😊
