Park Hyatt Istanbul - Macka Palas

Our stay at the Park Hyatt Istanbul was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel strikes a wonderful balance between luxury, comfort, and genuine hospitality. Every member of the staff we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The front desk team was professional, friendly, and always eager to assist with any questions or requests. The bellmen were exceptional, providing attentive service and making every arrival and departure seamless. The wait staff throughout the hotel were equally impressive—courteous, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing a great dining experience. The food was consistently very good, with a variety of options that were both flavorful and well prepared. Whether enjoying breakfast or another meal at the hotel, the quality and service never disappointed. The property itself is beautiful, comfortable, and ideally located for exploring Istanbul. Combined with the excellent service from every department, it made for a memorable stay. I would gladly return to the Park Hyatt Istanbul and highly recommend it to anyone visiting this incredible city

Modern and luxurious hotel located in renovated building. All staff were very friendly. Provided early check in + upgrade. Hotel is very quiet and relaxing. Gym room is big with complete equipment, even beyond normal machines. Breakfast was delicious with wide selection. I’m sad I only was able to stay for 1 night due to my work trip. Will plan to return in the future with my family!

The Park Hyatt Istanbul delivered an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon check-in, Ruhi from the front desk personally escorted us to our spa suite and walked us through the spa and bathroom — a level of personal attention that immediately set the tone for the entire stay. The small details are what truly set this hotel apart. On our first evening out, the turndown service team noticed I had a book on my bedside table and placed a personalized Park Hyatt bookmark in it for me. Such a small gesture, but it genuinely wowed us — that kind of thoughtfulness is rare. Our spa suite featured a private steam room in the bathroom — something we have never experienced in any other suite before. Truly unique. Breakfast was included for us through our Hyatt Globalist status and AmEx FHR booking — exceptional selection and outstanding morning service. The location is incredibly convenient if you want to stay on the European modern side of the city, with luxury boutiques such as Rolex, Omega, Louis Vuitton, Prada, and Brioni within walking distance. The Kabataş tram station is just a 10-15-minute taxi ride away, making it very easy to explore the old city — Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, and Spice Bazaar are all very accessible by tram. The hotel's spa, pool, fitness center, and coffee shop are all beautifully done. The building itself carries a rich history that adds to the overall charm. If you are considering staying in this part of Istanbul — stop looking and just book this hotel. You will not regret it!

An elegant hotel in an elegant location. Staff couldn't have been more helpful -- very welcoming and accommodating. The room was beautifully-appointed with an outstanding shower and very comfortable bed. Hotel is in upscale shopping district.

I really liked that this hotel was boutique and quieter than other businessy-type Hyatt's, it was definitely more relaxing. The highlight was the spa treatment for us, we had amazing massages and hamman from two Bali therapists (Dewi and Wkra) who were just incredible that we fell asleep as so relaxed. And breakfast was really nice too. I don't usually love big chains as we prefer local hotels, but this one was pretty good so we would come back.
