Park Hyatt Istanbul - Macka Palas

Their level of customer service and attenetiveness has exceed our expectation, would highly recommend it to anyone thats look for a nice, convenice and quite place and area to stay when in Istanbul.

Park Hyatt Istanbul was a great experience for me. The hotel is located in a building that was converted into a hotel, and I love the heritage that is visible throughout the hotel. The room was amazing, with own Turkish bath inside the bathroom. The whole room was spacious. My only disappointment was that I booked this stay through the Hyatt Privé program, where I received $100 property credit. I wanted to use this credit in Cipriani (one of the hotel restaurants). However, the staff advised me that I cannot use my credit in that venue. On the hotel website and everywhere, Cipriani restaurant is advertised as one of the restaurants WITHIN the hotel, so I assumed it was possible to use the credit there, but unfortunately not. It was never mentioned that this credit cannot be used there. I would have appreciated more transparency on this. Overall, it was a good stay.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Park Hyatt Istanbul Maçka Palas. The hotel is stunning, combining timeless elegance with modern luxury, and every detail reflects true five-star standards. The staff were extremely attentive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. The housekeeping service was particularly respectful, discreet, and available at all times, ensuring the room was always perfectly maintained and comfortable. A very special thank you to Murat, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. His professionalism, warmth, and outstanding recommendations truly elevated my entire experience. I would also like to warmly thank the entire front desk team and all the staff (Socialista included) for their kindness, efficiency, and constant dedication to guest satisfaction. My favorite 5-star hotel in Istanbul - possibly the world. From the moment I arrive, I feel as though I am home. I feel instantly relaxed. The staff takes care of my every need. There is no pretense, no trying to impress. They are genuine, professional and kind. What I love about the hotel is the understated elegance. It is not flashy or fake. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully designed. My suite has a Turkish bath and steam room. Service is perfection. I had not been to the hotel in more than a year and they remembered me as if I was there only yesterday and actually gave me my favorite room. I would give the Park Hyatt Macka Palas 7 stars.
