The hotel is excellently positioned with views to Maiden's Tower. The breakfast is top quality and the staff were very attentive and helpful. Plenty of local bars and restaurants as well as the big park at the end of the street.

This hotel is spectacular. It’s in a fantastic location within the Nişantaşı quarter, which feels more local and is full of great restaurants and shopping. Taksim Square is within walking distance, but if you plan to visit major sites like the Hagia Sophia or Blue Mosque, I recommend taking a taxi—it’s quick and inexpensive. I especially loved how walkable the area is. It's close to the ferry terminals, which made it easy to cross over to the Asian side of Istanbul. If you're someone who enjoys exploring a beautiful city on foot, this location is ideal. However, if walking isn't your thing and you'd prefer to be right next to the main tourist attractions, this may not be the best fit. We didn’t mind the walk at all—it was a lovely experience strolling through parks and along cobblestone streets o all the way to Taksim Square, Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia. Every department—security, valet, concierge, check-in, management, housekeeping, and the restaurant staff—made us feel truly welcome. It was one of the best experiences we've ever had. I highly recommend this hotel and would book again without hesitation. In addition, when we checked in, we were warmly welcomed with Turkish tea and rose petal Turkish delights. I absolutely fell in love with the Turkish delight—it was so delicious that they even prepared a box for me to take home. Such a thoughtful and memorable gesture! Also, they upgraded us to a corner suite with a view of the Bosphorus river. The personalized service is exceptional and stands out compared to other hotels we've stayed at. Thank you for making our stay magical. I can’t wait to return next year!

Mr. Kadir gave us a very courteous and friendly welcome in the evening. Spending the night in a historic building was a wonderful experience, and I also appreciated your approach to environmental protection. The concierge service was also very helpful and made it easier for us to understand the city.

We had a very pleasantly unusual experience. Our stay was for two nights only in an upgraded one king bed suite that was not the most expensive room, for the following day and a half we thought the hotel staff got us confused with some celebrities. Breakfast was served to us like in a five star restaurant. The hotel staff were top notch and very courteous. Room was super spacious, clean and well equipped. It is a high class hotel at very reasonable price. Highly recommend it. It is not that close to the Sultan Ahmed area with all the main historical sites, but that can be solved with great public transportation or taxi.

A special thank you to Manager Mr. Ibrahim, who not only ensured our stay was flawless, but also went out of his way to care for our friends, whom we had encouraged to stay at the hotel instead of spending the night on their docked cruise. He arranged a beautiful room with a view for them and took care of every detail with grace and efficiency. He also kindly handled our late checkouts, accommodating our schedule without hesitation. Every morning, Ms. Necla made breakfast feel like a special occasion. Her attention to detail, warm conversation, and kindness toward my daughter made each start to the day memorable. Last but certainly not least, the extraordinary concierge team of Mr. Senol and Ms. Ilayda, who are true professionals in every sense. Both were incredibly helpful with arrangements before and during our stay: from spa bookings to restaurant reservations, always providing swift replies and detailed information to help me plan ahead for our group and our guests. Ms. Ilayda was consistently cheerful, responsive, and gracious, never without a smile and the warmest attitude. Mr. Senol supported us not only prior to our arrival but throughout our entire stay, always quick to respond, no matter the time of day! His recommendations were exceptional, and he was always ready to offer thoughtful suggestions to help make our visit unforgettable, both within the hotel and around the city. Their dedication, insight, and genuine care went far beyond anything we’ve experienced, even compared to the top hotels we have stayed in in New York, Paris, London, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Hong Kong. Thanks to this extraordinary team, Park Hyatt Istanbul has become our one and only choice in the city.
