A beautiful hotel in a lovely area
Lovely hotel in a nice, peaceful area with plenty of shopping and small cafés. Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, great spa, well-equipped gym, great restaurants - overall an amazing hotel experience! A perfect mix of old-world charm meets carefully crafted contemporary style and sensability.

Great property at a great location
Great location. Fantastic breakfast at the greek restaurant. Great staff at the front desk. Only down side for me was that the standard suites were small.

Their level of customer service and attenetiveness has exceed our expectation, would highly recommend it to anyone thats look for a nice, convenice and quite place and area to stay when in Istanbul.

Amazing location
Park Hyatt Istanbul was a great experience for me. The hotel is located in a building that was converted into a hotel, and I love the heritage that is visible throughout the hotel. The room was amazing, with own Turkish bath inside the bathroom. The whole room was spacious. My only disappointment was that I booked this stay through the Hyatt Privé program, where I received $100 property credit. I wanted to use this credit in Cipriani (one of the hotel restaurants). However, the staff advised me that I cannot use my credit in that venue. On the hotel website and everywhere, Cipriani restaurant is advertised as one of the restaurants WITHIN the hotel, so I assumed it was possible to use the credit there, but unfortunately not. It was never mentioned that this credit cannot be used there. I would have appreciated more transparency on this. Overall, it was a good stay.
