Best hotel in Istanbul
Great location in Nisantasi, amazing rooms, and by far the best hotel gym I've ever experienced. Mustafa Dalay at the concierge desk, was extremely professional.

Not bad not great
Nice location overall Staff and hotel was nice but the room was very dated and had a strange smell. The bathroom was very nice but the curtains, carpets and walls were dated.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Park Hyatt Istanbul. The room of course was spacious and immaculate throughout the stay. What really elevated the entire experience was the lovely staff. I am a novice traveler, in fact this was my first major trip outside the USA. Upon learning of my anxiety regarding navigating the city, Concierge Senol advised me on routes as well as called for Ubers/taxis multiple times on his phone, tracking the drivers and remaining in constant communication with me during the trips throughout my entire stay. He made me feel safe and cared for. Mustafa was another standout at the front desk, with a check-in made more time-consuming due to my multiple reservations and neglect to bring my physical American Express card to claim my FHR benefits. He went above and beyond channels to ensure I received them, pre-ordered a to-go breakfast for my very early checkout, and made time each day for a few minutes of conversation about my adventures-- as did Senol, I might add. These two exemplified the PROACTIVE discipline and warm hospitality of truly every staff member I encountered. I unequivocally recommend the Park Hyatt Istanbul.
