Great hotel
Outstanding hotel with the highest levels of service from everyone. We have stayed at other Park Hyatts and this was as good as the best ones. From breakfast to the concierge the quality of attention and effort was amazing.

Park Hyatt stay
excellent service, well trained staff, excellent location, so clean, great breakfast, beautiful rooms, Macka Park Hyatt is the only hotel I stay in Istanbul. I am extremely happy with everything. xx

Another Great Stay
This is our 4th time staying at the Park Hyatt Macka Palas. And the stay was again absolutely amazing. Şenol and rest of the staff made this anniversary trip truly memorable. The breakfast, fully equipped gym, and friendly staff have kept us coming back. Can’t wait to return in the coming months.

Loved the staff, the large hotel rooms!
Absolutely loved the staff, the large hotel rooms! The staff went above and beyond, Five star. The rooms are very large, accommodating and have everything needed. I loved the separate filtered water sink in the bathroom. The location was not that convenient for public transportation usage, but nothing they can really do about that.

Another unforgettable stay
This is my second visit of this hotel in 5 months. I can say everything here is perfect together with very warm personal touches from all the staff I encountered. This is a boutique hotel so their staff can take care of the guests in all around. I really appreciate their services.
