From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, every member of the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. I'd especially like to recognize Aykut from the Front Office, who stood out with his friendly personality, positive attitude, and exceptional level of hospitality. He made the check-in process smooth, answered every question with patience, and always greeted guests with a sincere smile, making everyone feel truly welcome. I would also like to thank the entire Front Office team, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and all the other hotel staff. Everyone worked together professionally and was always willing to help whenever needed. Their teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to guest satisfaction made my stay comfortable and memorable. It's clear that the hotel has a team that genuinely cares about its guests. Thank you all for the wonderful service—I look forward to staying here again and will gladly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We were unable to be provided with all the rooms we had purchased in advance. One couple received a downgrade, staff were matter of fact about the change not seeing it as an issue. The hotel promised to refund the difference (suite to exec room) for the nights we were affected, but this hasn’t happened 4 weeks after returning home.

Wonderful location and amenities. The spa and the Turkish Hamam is a must. Rooftop terrace for breakfast is unbearable

A good place to stopover in Istanbul. Fabulous views from the roof terrace restaurant. Food and alcohol quite expensive. Rooms comfortable, though ours had nowhere to sit except on the bed. Staff always very helpful.

The location is very good and a stunning view at the rooftop restaurant. Hop on hop off bus is nearby as well as lots of restaurants around the area. Mr. Tuncay gave us a lot of suggestions what to do in Istanbul and was really helpful.
