Radisson Blu Hotel, Istanbul Pera

I got a free room from Turkish Airlines stopover program. The room was on the second floor and it was facing a parking lot, which is my only concern. I just made sure the curtain is securely closed! I was out the entire day sightseeing anyway. The free breakfast at the top floor made up for the room view. They have plenty of breakfast choices! Wake up early so you have plenty of food to prepare you for long walks. I took a taxi 240 liras to go to the mosques, and just walked around. Took the tram to Karakoy for a food walking tour with ferry to the Asian side. It was sunset when I walked back to the hotel, around 26mins walk from the ferry. Get their Turkish hamam at the hotel, it was the highlight of my stay.

A decent hotel. Not sure if it should be awarded 5*. Was turned away from Spa because there were kids in the jacuzzi and told to come later to the Spa. Not sure why kids are allowed in the jacuzzi in the first place anyway and the policy doesn’t make sense. Also there was hair everywhere and steam room wasn’t working. The room and room cleanliness was good.

We had dinner at The Steak and More Restaurant and had an enjoyable experience. Yunus Emre looked after us and recommended the local food we wanted to try aswell as a good recommended Raki for authenticity. The food quality was good as was the personable service and views from the rooftop location.

Great location with fantastic views over the Golden Horn from the bedrooms. Roof top bar providing sunset drinks and photo opportunities. Room was modern with air-conditioning, providing everything you need. Wide range if breakfast items catering for everyone. Staff very helpful, particularly as my wife was unwell on our last day. Zara ans Eren assisted with extra late check-out, very considerate.

Good afternoon! I would like to leave a review of the Radisson Blu Hotel Istanbul Pera 5*. We stayed at the hotel from May 20–25, 2026. The hotel is in a fantastic location (Istiklal Avenue, Galata Tower, and Galataport are within walking distance); our room had a view of the Golden Horn. The breakfasts were excellent, again with a beautiful view. We celebrated a relative’s birthday, and I would especially like to mention Manager Zara — her dedication and customer focus. Thank you for the wonderful celebration arrangements! We look back on the trip with warmth.
