Radisson Blu Hotel, Istanbul Pera

Very good location but unfortunately for us was a very short time there. Fatma at the front desk was very kind and even though we did not buy a pkg included breakfast she offered a voucher . All employes that we encountered were extremely nice. Hotel super clean with a very good matress. Next time we will stay at least 3 nites.

Honestly, we had such a great time at this hotel! The whole team’s hospitality was top-tier and really made our family vacation memorable. We did run into a couple of little hiccups with our initial room setup, but honestly, the way the staff handled it was incredible. They were right there to help with every single request, no matter how small. They moved us to a new room that we absolutely loved, and the whole process was so smooth. But the biggest shout-out has to go to Zara! She was an absolute star and went above and beyond for us. She wasn't just instrumental in helping us resolve our room issue; she gave us awesome, local tips for enjoying Istanbul, helped us track down the perfect kid-friendly places to go, and patiently answered a million questions. Seriously, she's a shining example of outstanding, personalized service. If you're heading to Istanbul, we can't recommend this place enough. The service, especially Zara's, is truly outstanding.

Great location, helpful staff with a fantastic view from the rooftop restaurant. 2 night stay for vacation and it was a good choice.
