My wife, our 27-month-old son, and I stayed at Radisson Blu Hotel, Sisli for two nights in July. The biggest advantage of this hotel is definitely its location. Everything you might need is within walking distance, including a large supermarket and a major shopping mall, making it a very convenient place to stay. The breakfast was average—not exceptional, but it offered enough variety for a short stay. The room was clean, and the overall quality and condition of the room were satisfactory and met our expectations. Overall, if you're looking for a hotel in a great location with easy access to shopping and daily necessities, Radisson Blu Sisli is a good choice.

Honest Review of Our Stay at Radisson Blu Istanbul My family and I stayed at the Radisson Blu Istanbul for two nights, and I'd like to share our experience honestly. We arrived at the hotel around 11:30 PM. Unfortunately, there was no one at the entrance to assist us with our luggage. I had to go to the reception myself and ask them to send someone to help bring our bags inside. This wasn't the welcome I expected from a hotel in this category. The lobby itself looked quite ordinary. The floor tiles were old, heavily scratched, and worn out, which gave a poor first impression. In my opinion, the entrance and lobby should reflect a much higher standard. The hotel has three elevators, and you need to scan your room key before selecting your floor, which is a nice security feature. Our room was on the fourth floor. Overall, the room was comfortable and clean. The bed linens were of good quality, spotless, and I couldn't find even a single hair on them, which I really appreciated. However, the bathroom design was inconvenient. The main bathroom door opened directly into the shower door, so every time we wanted to use the shower, we first had to completely close the bathroom door to make enough space to get inside. Another disappointment was the room amenities. There were no facial tissues in the room, so we had to use toilet paper from the bathroom instead. In addition, the housekeeping staff had forgotten to refill the liquid hand soap before our arrival, and the dispenser was empty. Breakfast was another weak point of our stay. I would describe it as below average. None of the breakfast tables had tablecloths, and the wooden tabletops looked old and poorly maintained. They didn't feel clean, making the dining experience less enjoyable. The service was also disappointing. There were no cutlery sets or napkins on the tables, so every time someone in my family wanted to eat, we had to call a waiter to bring forks, knives, and spoons. There were also no glasses available near the juice station, so we had to ask for those as well. The pancake, waffle, and Nutella stations were not refilled, and I had to request staff several times to replenish them. Overall, the breakfast restaurant felt understaffed. There simply weren't enough waiters to handle the number of guests, resulting in slow service and poor organization. In summary, the room cleanliness was good, and the bed linens met the standards expected from a Radisson hotel. However, the lack of attention to guest service, the aging public areas, and the below-average breakfast experience made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped. I believe the hotel has potential, but several aspects—especially service and breakfast operations—need significant improvement. One more issue that significantly affected our stay was the bathroom ventilation system. The exhaust fan was extremely weak, allowing cigarette smoke from neighboring rooms to enter our bathroom and eventually spread into our room. The smell was persistent and very unpleasant. I believe the management of Radisson Blu Istanbul should address this issue as a priority. It is especially concerning for families traveling with young children, as exposure to cigarette smoke can be both uncomfortable and unhealthy. As parents of a small child, we found this particularly disappointing.
