No service
Extremely nice hotel, awesome restaurant...... With pitiful service . no a/c the first night, ok no problem.... fix it or move us to another room while we are out in the day shopping for the next night..... I will stop here, i almost lost it at 1 a.m. when I say no service I mean no service.... you know when you meet someone and you wonder how they got that job and it just puzzles the snot out of you.... boom!!! now you understand

Horrible experience
I stayed here recently and was shocked to discover no air conditioning functional in room. In addition windows do not open. Staff were unwilling/unable to address issue or provide explanation! Room temperature was 24 degrees through the night. Totally unacceptable!

My family and I had wonderful stay and experience at the Radison Blu Hotel Sisle. A special thank you to Mert and the team at the Spa Reception for taking great care of us. We will definitely visit again.
