Radisson Blu Hotel, Istanbul Sisli

A hotel is a 7 storey building in the form of the well with grand foye and roomy halls and corridors. There are plenty of lifts so never queues. Excelent and exiting location within a vicinity of shops, cafes, undeground and a bus stop. A very big and popular shopping mall Cevahir is just 5 minute walk. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.Cleaning service is amazing. Every day they clean the rooms , provide dazzling white towels and sheets. Tea coffee facilities are common - a kettle and tea , coffee bags. The view from the room was inside the inner yard but it is traditional for Turkish development and architecture. When I arrived ( It was quite late ) they helped me with my rather heavy suitcase and brought a welcome complement - a dish with fruits and nuts which makes me feel like at home. The staff was incredibly friendly , speaking a very good English , asking me if I needed anything . On the 1 st January a waiter brought me in the room a deliсious cake and wish me a Happy New Year. Spa facilities appeared to be above my expectations! Very clean , a spacious Finish sauna , a steam room and amazing Turkish hamam made me feel so exited and happy! To make me more exited I found three swimming pools - two are next to the Spa ( inside and outside one) and the third is outside on the 5th floor. Working hours are fantastic from 7 am till 22.30 pm. There is a gym but I do not use it as all my attention was drawn by the wonderful Spa facilities. Breakfast was enormours buffet table with wide choice of Turkish and European dishes from different types of eggs ( scambled, sunny side up , boiled , with tomatoes) saussages, a planty of Turkish pastry , vegetables , fruit , cereals. I am on gluten free diet so I could find some dished gluten free. Also there was a menu dishes , for example, full breakfast or salmon with poached eggs and Turkish tea and coffe. Check in and check out were very quick and efficient but be ready to pay a 100 dollars deposit for a mini bar. I did not use it but money will be back in three days after my leaving as they said. On the whole I had a great time in Istanbul meeting a New Year there with a fantastic stay in the Radison Blu hotel.It is not cheap but it is worth staying there. I can recommend for everybody specially Spa lovers.

From the minute we stepped inside the Radisson Blu in Sisli Istanbul, my wife and I could tell that this was a five star hotel! Over the four days that we stayed there, we really came to like this place. The facilities are superb especially the breakfasts! What was remarkable was the personal attention that the restaurant management gave to their guests. They made you feel so special, epecially Ercan and Erdi. Nothing was too much for them! While the touristy sites are not exactly on the hotel's doorstep, they are within easy reach. The Metro subway is a short distance from the hotel and a lovely shopping mall, the Cevahir, is close by. For our next visit to Istanbul, Radisson blu will definitely be our hotel of choice.

Excellent service. FATIA was excellent.l he was patient, always had a smile, assisted with everything we needed even though there was a language barrier. We will definitely come again because of him mainly.

Overall the hotel is great the housekeeping is very good and helpful and Zumrit is really helpful. Location is in the middle of Sisli and everything is near by.
