Fine hotel, big comfortable rooms, nicely furnished. Location-wise not my first-choice though it is close to Sisli metro station, and on a major bus corridor. Proximity to smart Nisantasi, with its high-end shopping, will be a plus for some visitors. Very comfortable king-size bed, but odd the hotel hasn't been able to source bed linen of a size to fit it. The (expensive) breakfast isn't quite up to scratch. Resolutely self-service, even when it comes to tea and coffee. Big on pastries, nice in salads, but lacking in other areas. Ful may not be a Turkish breakfast staple, but for visitors from the middle-east and Egypt it's a comfort - and easy and cheap to provide. The lifts are an annoying feature - the card-reader is a frustrating hit or miss adventure.

Apart from the strong perfume scent in the lobby. Which I might add the staff refrained when asked. A very pleasant experience. It’s my 4th stay at this hotel

Poor quality for the price you’re paying and poor customer support from management. I had issues with my door requiring the security guard to let me in each time I left and returned and the hotel staff suggested I have someone come fix it at 11PM. I had a flight at 6 AM the next morning so that wasn’t feasible. Then when I woke up I realized my shower didn’t work. The only faucet that worked was the foot bath so I was unable to take a shower before my flight. When I asked the hotel for ar least a partial refund, management basically told me it was untrue. I wish I could go back and take videos of the things that didn’t work so that I could prove I’m not wrong. I also asked twice about shuttle service to the airport because my travel partner received the shuttle the day before for $70 and they told me they don’t offer a shuttle service at all. I got nothing but conflicting information the entire stay and it often seemed like the employees were either too lazy to look into my issues or didn’t care. My advice is for $180 per night you find another hotel to stay at.

Very good hotel with great food, nice rooms, very good meeting facilities, modern equipment, ... but: - Hardly anyone speaks decently English, French, ... ask a black coffee and be prepared for one with milk, ... - The airco only warms and the windows don't open - so warm, especially after returning from dinner when ... - ... the cleaning person left with the card in the current-activator + put on the airco (which I never did as it only warms), resulting in a room way above 37 degrees celsius! - When paying for the drinks at the bar, I noticed too late that the drinks from a non-related table were added...
