Every corner feels curated, from the stunning lobby to the spacious suites and breathtaking city views. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the bathrooms are indulgent, and the attention to detail is outstanding. You truly feel pampered without anything feeling forced or excessive. A special thank you to Rooms Director Qadir, and to the incredible Butler Service and Butler Management team, especially Lale and her team. Your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our stay truly exceptional and unforgettable. The level of care and personalised service was beyond impressive. Although we did not use the spa, our experience throughout the hotel was absolutely beautiful. Everything from the atmosphere to the service reflected true five-star excellence. Thank you also for the beautiful Hamam gift items set. It was such a thoughtful and elegant gesture that added a special touch to our stay. We absolutely love Istanbul as well – such a magical and vibrant city. Raffles Istanbul made our time here even more memorable. Raffles Istanbul is not just a hotel, it’s an experience. It’s perfect for those who appreciate refined luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels in Istanbul and a destination in itself.

I was absolutely blown away by my stay at Raffles Istanbul. I’ve been fortunate to visit many top‑tier luxury hotels around the world, but this one truly stands out in every possible way, from the exceptional service to the food and the kindness of every staff member. It genuinely sets the benchmark for what a five‑star experience should be. The hotel’s location is excellent,very central, attached to an upscale shopping centre, and feels extremely secure. The interiors are stunning, with elegant Ottoman‑inspired design and modern touches that give it real character. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite, and as one of our family members was celebrating a retirement, the team surprised us with champagne, balloons, and thoughtful keepsakes in the room. It was such a lovely gesture that made the occasion feel truly special. We arranged our transfer through the hotel and were met with a spotless BMW i5. From the moment we arrived, the concierge team, especially Erdem Gürcan, went above and beyond. He handled our inquiries with professionalism and warmth and even organized a private full‑day tour of Istanbul. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and helped us see more of the city in one day than we would have in three. (A small bit of feedback, the guide seemed eager for us to stop at certain shops, which I understand may be tied to commissions, so it’s perhaps something for the hotel to review with their tour partners.) We also booked a sunset Bosphorus cruise through the concierge, and it was honestly one of the best tours we’ve done anywhere, incredible value, beautifully arranged, and absolutely unforgettable. Breakfast was another highlight. The spread was huge, with both Turkish and international options, and the team kept encouraging us to try traditional dishes like menemen and Turkish coffee. Every single interaction felt genuine, thoughtful, and warm. Our trip started off rough with a flight cancellation, but everything at Raffles Istanbul more than made up for it. I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough,if you’re visiting Istanbul and want something exceptional, just book it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay – True Raffles Luxury We are currently staying at Raffles Istanbul and have been genuinely enjoying our time here. From the moment we arrived, we felt well looked after. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, and the team made a real effort to ensure our family was comfortable throughout our stay. A special thank you to Abdul Qader, the Rooms Director, who personally ensured we were placed in an excellent suite. The room is extremely spacious, beautifully arranged, and offers incredible city views. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out and made a big difference to our overall experience. Housekeeping during the day has been excellent, and the general atmosphere of the hotel feels calm, refined, and private — ideal after extensive travel. We were also assisted by a dedicated team from the butler service, led by Lale, who was part of the group allocated to support us. The team was attentive, polite, and efficient, always making sure requests were handled smoothly and with care. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches for our children on arrival, including the balloons and bed setup, which made them feel instantly welcome. Overall, Raffles Istanbul delivers the level of service, comfort, and elegance that one expects from the brand. It has been a memorable stay, and we would happily return and recommend it to others visiting Istanbul.

At the Zorluh, Raffles Hotel is attached. As we've been to the Long Bar in Singapore we wanted to check out the Long Bar here. But sadly it's only open on a Friday and Saturday. However the hostess was super friendly and took us through to another bar/restaurant where we enjoy a drink and the views.
