We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Istanbul last week. It was an exceptional experience. Excellent service is a given at a hotel like that, but the staff went above and beyond. Ms. Riham was so welcoming, with a gracious touch to recognize my birthday with a beautiful welcome cake. She was gracious and attentive, and she made us feel so welcome; we left with a truly memorable experience. The staff at the breakfast restaurant, Furkan and Nisa, were amazing. The hotel location is convenient for the Dolmabahce Palace.

Always the best!
we visited for Hamam experience and we loved it!! Erna and Nopi are the greatest practitioners. Everything was clean and atmosphere amazing..maybe add a calm music would be a great addition.

The hotel is wonderful and I had the most amazing massage with ERNA, she is the sweetest and also het hands are the perfect hands to relax you but also stretch you.

The best stay!
The hotel staff was unbelievable! Everybody been over backwards to our stay pleasant. Yucil and the Concierge team was stellar. They arranged for the world’s best tour guide Gokhan. We had 3 meals at the hotel, anll were excellent. The highlight of our visit was our Hammann- Turkish bath. Nisa and NaNa were experts and my husband and I can’t stop thinking about how wonderful the experience was and how sweet Nosa and NaNa were. They are 6 stars out of 5 :) the highlight of our trip!
