Great stay and friendly staff.
We spent four nights at the Ritz Carlton in Istanbul and it was great. Our room was super spacious, beautifully decorated and had an awesome view of the Bosporus. The staff were really helpful, too. The only downside is that if you want to explore the neighborhood, it's pretty hilly and it gets a bit crowded if there's a soccer game nearby.

from the minute, we checked in Derya made us feel so special and acknowledge my birthday the special gesture of the cake made my birthday etra special. Restaurant service was also very good. Derya is amazing. Our stat was perfect we will be back❤️

Terrific 5 star hotel near Dolmabahce Palace!
Wonderful hotel. Staff friendly and accommodating. Great location! We stayed on the Club Floor and had excellent service from Fatih Boren. We dined at both the Turkish restaurant, Atolye, as well as the Italian, Limore. Highly recommend both. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Beautiful hotel with excellent service.The staff is good and service is extremely good. Always ready to help. Three restaurant all are good and expensive. Breakfast is lavish Only disadvantage little far from main area. Always had to take taxi

An amazing hotel with an incredible staff. Atakan at the Bell desk was wonderful! He was extremely attentive and made our trip memorable with incredible service. Yucel, Riham, and Berk at the Concierge were also wonderful, helping us arrange day trips and dinners, making fantastic recommendations. The spa team was extremely attentive and skilled. A truly memorable experience all around thanks to the entire staff! We could not have had a more enjoyable trip. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
