Incredible hotel and service. We used the club lounge during our stay. All of the staff were so attentive and the food was amazing. Everyday at breakfast Boron and Fatih provided outstanding service and went above and beyond to anticipate our needs. Highly recommend the Ritz Istanbul on all fronts. Great location. Great food and great service.

Wonderful stay at this property!!! Gracious service, excellent location walking distance to Taksim Square. Beautiful rooms and my Marriott Bonvoy status was recognized without asking to allow us to enjoy a full Bosphorus view from our room!! A truly memorable experience. Also special recognition as the team sprang into action helping me quickly recover a valuable forgotten item in the taxi taken on the way to this location. Many, many thanks to the team, especially Esma and Yusufcan. We will not forget your efficient help that averted disaster and allowed us to enjoy our stop in Turkey!! We hope to be back soon!!
