The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul

Great experience overall, but the best part was the people. A special praise for Eylen Maria and Samil who treated us better than family. I can't wait to come back and stay here again.

Wow!! Our family had the most wonderful stay at the Ritz Istanbul. The attentiveness and kindness of the staff was beyond anything we’ve experienced at any hotel, and we have traveled a lot. The room was so spacious and comfortable, it felt incredibly luxurious. The Club Lounge staff stiff out in particular (Baron, Eylem and Furkan), doting on our children and surprising us with a san sebastián cheesecake upon checkout (because I had mentioned loving it)! We are so grateful to the hotel for providing such a first rate experience for us during our time in Istanbul. We certainly hope to return!

Loved everything about it great service all the way from the time of checking to checkout. Safa was absolutely amazing, The staff at Breakfast Bahar, the lounge staff I forgot the lady manager’s name unfortunately. The Spa the manager Ayter, and Melisa greeted me with beautiful smiles and they were very welcoming and Rasti that gave me the treatment for the hammam was amazing.

I have mixed feelings regarding my stay. On one hand the hotel's location is amazing, with great views of the water and a feeling of tight security. The service was warm and attentive. On the other hand the room felt a tad small and outdated for the hotel's standard; the shower pressure was disappointing. However, the amenities were well stocked and towels fluffy. Breakfast selection needs a massive improvement I must say. It felt more like a cafe than a 5 star spread. Special thanks to Bora - truly appreciate his sincere hospitality. It was genuine and from the heart.
