Impeccable service
The service at this hotel is exceptional. Both the front desk and the staff working at the lounge were super accommodating to us which was incredibly helpful when we arrived bleary-eyed from a long overnight flight. The bed is amazingly comfortable, and we had a great view over the Bosphorus. The gym and the spa are top notch.

A Visit Back Home Istanbul
A very good Central Hotel with all the comfortness and amenities restaurants that most hotels have but the Staff are the true GEM of this hotel . I would like to praise them ALL from the Securities , CONCIERGE , Luggage People , waiters , chefs , managers but most of All the front Desk Manager BORA KUP …… he went out of everything to make us comfortable and honestly we were treated like a KING & QUEEN ….. he had really made us feel we were at home and with all commodities the hotel can offer . We felt like we were at home . Thanks Again Ritz Carlton Especially to ALL PERSONNEL……….. Be Back Soon . Until next time ……… ARRIVEDERCI

Delicious food and excellent service
Food at the buffet is amazing and service is excellent and attentive. Access to the lounge is pricy but is definetely worth it.

Relaxing New Year’s Day Experience
We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton over New Year’s and decided to begin New Year’s Day with massages. An excellent way to welcome 2026. Ryan arranged our appointments and we were attended by Nana and Nisa. Both therapists were attentive and responsive to our individual needs. We left feeling completely relaxed and very satisfied with the experience. We highly recommend SoulSpa for your next visit.
