The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul

My daughter and I had a six day stay at the RC in Istanbul. From the moment we arrived, until the day we left, we were treated wonderfully. ALL of the staff were friendly and eager to help. The hotel itself gleamed from top to bottom. Our room had a view of the Bosporus. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed a breakfast buffet each morning and the staff were always welcoming. They even made sure that I had a cup of orange juice with me to take back to the room. The buffet has everything imaginable including Gluten Free items and Vegan/Vegetarian items. On one of our outtings, my daughter left her cell phone in a taxi. I want to thank ANAKAM for helping us locate it. He took time researching how the phone could be located. I wish I had the name of his female co-worker who also helped my daughter. The good news was we were able to get the phone back! I highly reccomend this luxurious hotel!

Our second visit to Istanbul and we decided to return to the Ritz Carlton as we had a wonderful experience the first time we visited last year. We had a wonderful time yet again, the room was perfect and we had exceptional service from the staff. The highlight for me this time round had to be the indoor pool as we didn’t get access last time due to the renovations at the time. The pool is a good size and has an amazing ceiling. It reminded me of the Venetian in Las Vegas albeit smaller scale. A beautiful Renaissance-era art piece of the Venetian sky. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again if visiting Istanbul.

First of all, I'd like to say don't dwell on negative reviews. If yousee a couple of low ratings out of many high ones, decide to skip this hotel;you're missing out. Two days ago, we returned from the Ritz Carlton Istanbul. And it was thebest experience we've ever had! First of all, I'd like to express my deepest gratitude to YelizYeşilselve! This amazing woman made our stay absolutely fabulous! She's soattentive to detail, so caring, and such a warm-hearted person that words can'tdescribe it! We arrived at the hotel at 8 a.m., very tired after a long flight. Theyimmediately brought us hot coffee to warm us up, showed us to the lounge areawith hot drinks, pastries, and champagne. We were absolutely delighted! We booked a room with a side view of the Bosphorus, and it wasabsolutely stunning! The room was very clean, large, and beautiful. I fell inlove with the bathroom, every detail. It even has both a bathtub and a shower.There are plenty of towels, and they change them regularly. We went for a swimin the hotel pool that evening, and by the time we returned, our towels andslippers had already been changed.On the second day of our stay, our dear Yeliz arranged for us to receivea room upgrade in honor of my mother's birthday. Rooms are booking up atbreakneck speed, so make sure to book in advance. The room was simplymagical—large, with a huge panoramic window—it felt like you were floating inthe sky with the whole city in the palm of your hand. It truly was a fairytale! On our birthday, they brought us balloons, wine, and a delicious cake(it was simply divine!). At breakfast at the Atölye Hotel restaurant on my mother's birthday theybrought us a stunning dessert with a candle. My mother was absolutely delighted. I'd like to especially mention the wonderful, amazing staff of thisrestaurant: our beloved hostess Beril (we fell in love with her), Mr. FurkanÇelik, who is very attentive and caring, the amazing and sensitive Bahar, ourhandsome waiters Burak and Umut, and thank you, dear Selen. We also thankDorukhan Türer for his attention. Honestly, we received so much attention,care, love. This review turned out to be quite lengthy, but in reality, it's only asmall part of the emotions we experienced over three days.During this time, we felt incredibly important every minute. Our amazingYeliz constantly delighted us with surprises and amazed us. Yeliz is amazing, a true professional! If you see her at the hotel, give her warmestregards from Moscow! I'd also like to extend a warm welcome to the hotel reception staff:Emirhan, Mehmet Emin, and Zelal. I saw other guests' comments about the beds above. And I want tochallenge their negative opinions – the beds are simply amazing! You'll feellike you're in heaven while sleeping or just relaxing. We'll definitely be back, and many more. And for those of you who arejust about to book your trip to this hotel, I'm already jealous ))

Stunning views of the Bosporus! Great service, friendly and helpful staff. There was a bit complication with other guests at the lounge, but Eylem and Baran, managers at the lounge, sorted out. Overall great experience as always with the Ritz.

I came here for my honeymoon. Everyone who have interacted with us at this hotel was nothing but kind and nice. It has been truly an exceptional experience more than we have initially thought. Also, check the incredible view from our room. I wanna especially thank Farkan at the breakfast place and a special thank you to Yeliz who honestly is the reason I will forever recommend and come to the Ritz-carlton. 🌹 I don't think you'd regret booking at this hotel.
