Great hotel BUT bring ear plugs
Lovely hotel, great food, the ladies and gentleman serving us were wonderful, but the hotel is across from s football (soccer) stadium and caddy corner to a concert venue. We were given a room blasted be the football crowd Thursday and a concert on Saturday. Neither was discussed with us on check-in. On Saturday, I spoke to a manager at 10:30pm and was told the concert would end at 11pm. 11;30pm it was still going strong. I’m generally not a grumpy old man, but it would have been nice if on check we we told of this and perhaps offered a room in the other side of the hotel. We were offered a room change at 10:30, but as we were in bed thought we could handle 30 minutes, which ended up being 1 hour and 15 minutes. It might be cultural, but the manager who said it would end at 10:30pm also got snippy with. Not at all what I would expect out of a lady or gentleman.

WOW. Excellent customer service, wonderful staff and great location. Furukan at the restaurant, Gulcan at the club and Yucel and the team at the Concierge team just wonderful professionals. Our new location in Istanbul whenever we come back. Excellent Experience.
