The property is at great conditions, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is great, the rooms are spacious and quiet which allows you to relax after a long day, location is also very good

Professional staff and excellent in service , warm welcome during check in , efficient housekeeping , beautiful and spacious room overlooking the Bosphorus , tasty breakfast . I loved everything in the hotel . Thank you to Jad at the front desk , his service was done with love and simplicity , that’s what we called hospitality . Well done

Blown away by the staff and level of service. Being a shangri-la hotel, I expected the comfort of the rooms and overall quality of hotel. What really set this apart was the staff in this hotel. Every single person i interacted with was beyond expectations. I would only ever stay here from now on when visiting Istanbul. Location is wonderful, breakfast on the water every morning was an amazing way to start of each morning. Can’t wait To be back.
