Reviews for Six Senses Kocatas Mansions, Istanbul

Beautiful, relaxing hotel

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 week ago

Outstanding hotel. Seckin and Kayra assisted us with check-in, check-out and minor requests. They were polite and efficient. Food- the inclusive breakfast was delicious. You got to pick from a menu of all sorts of Turkish foods. Restaurants for dinner were good, but a little pricey. Spa- you taking a golf cart up to the spa. The views from there are stunning. The infinity pool was warm and nice to get into. The staff on the property were kind, friendly, everything you could ask for. The rooms were spacious and had all the accessories you needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a couple days to relax. This is not a good hotel to see the old city or go onto tours. It is too far away from the attractions.

Exceptional Service at Six Senses Istanbul

I recently stayed at Six Senses Kocataş Mansions in Istanbul and was truly impressed by the outstanding service. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Kayra and Seçkin Yoğurtçu. Kayra was warm, attentive, and always ready to help, which made us feel genuinely cared for. Seçkin, as the Front Office Supervisor, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and enjoyable, showing both professionalism and kindness. Their hospitality and dedication perfectly reflect the Six Senses spirit and made our experience truly memorable.

My recent stay was excellent, largely thanks to the outstanding service from Mr. SECKIN at the front desk. His check-in process was efficient and warm, and his professional, attentive assistance throughout my stay was commendable. He is a true asset to your team.

Highly recommend

Spent 2 stunning nights at this marvelous resort. A bit outside the hustle and bustle of the city center, I was so thrilled to experience this hotel and its perfectly manicured grounds. It was a grand start to my time in Turkey for my August travels.

Not in the city center, but exactly where I needed to be

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 month ago

I stayed at this hotel in April, which I personally consider the best season to visit Istanbul. I chose this property because it’s not right in the city center but located in Sariyer, a place where I could truly clear my head and relax. Another reason was the proximity to the Bosphorus, almost at arm’s length, which made the stay even more special. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, with excellent service in the restaurant. I particularly appreciated the calm atmosphere, it was never crowded and even the space itself had such a pleasant fragrance, which made mornings especially enjoyable. The room was clean, but the air conditioning didn’t work very well and the temperature remained cool. Still, the overall impression was very positive, and the cleanliness of the room stood out. The spa deserves special mention! Amazing view to Bosporus from the swimming pool A wonderful choice if you want peace, fresh air, and the Bosphorus just steps away.
