Great breakfast buffet experience
Our breakfast buffet experience was stellar. Unique food items, custom dish ordering and wide variety of multinational dishes. The service was over the top excellent - our server Ali did a great job. Very satisfied! One of the top three breakfast buffets I've been to world wide.

Very good service from Ali Tugra - unlike other places his English was very good and has a good sense of details noticing what I could need. We had a 4 days conference here - 16 people - Abu Dhabi ports (noatum) - and am happy to say some good words on him n maybe this can help him in his young career.

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel. Clean breakfast is very good. Beds are huge and comfortable Ali Tugra in breakfast buffet was very helpful

Exceptional service at executive lounge
The hotel was beautiful and very looked after and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and lounge was always a superb experience. Today we were helped by Oznur, who ensured we were well looked after and got everything we needed. She went above and beyond to make us and our daughter feel comfortable, and even introduced us to some Turkish fruits we’ve never tried before. Great service, Thank you
