Swissotel The Bosphorus

We had such an amazing stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus Istanbul and honestly could not fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely cared for and welcome. The atmosphere and environment of the hotel are beautiful, luxurious and relaxing, and you can really tell how much effort goes into making every guest feel special. A huge thank you to Zeynep at the desk, who was so lovely, warm and helpful throughout our stay. She truly made everything feel easy and comfortable for us. Also a special thank you to Emirhan and Hasan in the breakfast area, who were incredibly hospitable, attentive and kind every morning. Their energy and service genuinely made our breakfasts even more enjoyable. The breakfast experience was honestly one of the highlights of our stay. All of the chefs during breakfast were so sweet and welcoming, and they always made sure we had the freshest simits ready for us, which we appreciated so much. You could really feel the care and hospitality from the whole team. Everything was beautifully presented, fresh and such a delight to look at and eat every morning. The hotel itself was spotless at all times, literally 10/10 clean. The facilities are fantastic, especially the pool area, and the rooftop views and lobby spaces are just incredible. Every corner of the hotel feels elegant and well looked after. The doormen were also so helpful with organising taxis for us, and the bell boys were incredibly kind and hardworking too. We really appreciated every single person who helped make our stay feel so special, especially as we were celebrating my 30th birthday. Thank you all so much for such a memorable experience. 💛 deffo be back you have gained a customer for life!

I had a wonderful experience at Swissôtel The Bosphorus Istanbul, and I especially want to thank Bellman Cem for his outstanding service. From the very first day, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. When I wasn’t happy with my initial room, the hotel kindly arranged a change, and Cem went above and beyond to assist me with the entire process. He made the transition so smooth and stress-free, helping me with my luggage and making sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude, professionalism, and warm personality truly made a difference in my stay. It’s people like him who turn a good hotel experience into an exceptional one. Highly appreciated and definitely deserves recognition!

Ozgur, in Housekeeping, was so warmly welcoming and helpful, making my settling in so easy and comfortable. I’ve been here just an hour and everyone has been like this. The views are amazing and just heard the Asr call to prayer - our first. Looking forward to appreciating this wonderful city and feeling so pampered here in the hotel during our stay.
