I lost my mobile phone, and OZAN did an amazing job reviewing the CCTV footage and identifying the taxi driver in whose taxi I accidentally dropped it. Very impressed by the other staff as well. Very professional, and I am very grateful to OZAN.

I stayed at the hotel while attending a Congress, and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was really nice, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. In particular, I would like to give a special thank you to the Bell team, especially Samet and Alper, as well as Malek Gündüz from the restaurant and Orgun Ergen from reception. They were extremely helpful throughout my stay and made both my work and my time at the hotel much more pleasant. A big thank you to all of them for their kindness, support, and the smiles they shared every day. Their warm and professional attitude truly made a difference!
