Very well organized, attentive and nice staff. Outstanding view of the Bosphorus
Got invited as part of a company meeting for a week. I therefore cannot judge price-benefit ratio but can share my experience. Overall, very well organized place with very attentive and nice staff. Rooms are spacious, very clean and well equipped. Restaurant for breakfast and lunch was great and the chefs cooked fresh and delicious meals. Very wide selection at the buffets. Service staff is very fast and also help with special dietary requests. And the most delightful was the view of the Bosphorus which is very prominent in almost all angles of the hotel. It is a very popular destination for travel groups so do not be surprised if you see a lot of people in the lobby. One downside though: The signage inside the hotel is not good. It happened very often that I could not find the restroom or meeting rooms. The rooms have their name very prominently shown above the entry but if you need to find it in the first place you almost always have to ask the staff there. But this is an easy fix. In summary, I would definitely visit the hotel again when travelling private.

Outstanding Hotel
This hotel is beautiful. Myself and my partner moved to Istanbul from Dubai and this hotel really took us back to our time in the UAE. The facilities are amazing. There is a spa, indoor pool, gym etc. We had access to the executive lounge for our stay and the hosts were very accommodating - especially Ali. There was a good range of food and drinks in the lounge. The view of the Bosphorus from our room was beautiful and the hotel staff prepared a cake in the room as we stated that we had just got married. The hotel is of a high standard and I would definitely visit again.
