Excellent hotel.
Excellent hotel, facilities are excellent. Great professional staff at the door, reception desk, concierge and in the restaurants. The staff in the lounge area require training in hospitality, they carry an air of arrogance, they are not attentive or welcoming and appeared to do everything reluctantly. Whether trying to place an order or pay. Shame for such shortcoming tarnish an excellent hotel!

Superb experience
Everything was perfect. The view was breathtaking, the service is amazing and the food was delicious. Chef Mehmet Efir made the best breakfast

Everything was great, clean and tidy, lovely staff, great and varied restaurant, high quality Turkish breakfast.
Their restaurant, rooms, location, Bosphorus view, and the staff’s service were all excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to friends and others.

Great service at the sabrosa restaurant
We had breakfast in the sabrosa restaurant at swissotel the bosphorus. Great service from kemal in the sabrosa restaurant! He made our visit very special. Very positive and professional gentleman. Thank you kemal. :)

KEMAL SHOWED US WHAT A GOOD SERVICE IS.
I love the variety of food in the breakfast buffet. Turkish bread is irrisistable. It makes us feel comfortable, especially Kemal is very accommodating staff in the restaurant.Showing us a good service. Salute to this guy, Kemal.
