We had such a lovely stay at Swissôtel Istanbul. The hotel, the atmosphere, the location and especially the staff made our trip truly special. Everyone was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Whatever we needed was always brought to our room quickly, with a smile and genuine kindness. Housekeeping kept our room spotless every single day and the attention to detail was excellent. A special thank you to Ozgur from housekeeping, who was especially kind and caring towards us and the children. His professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. Thank you as well to all the other staff members whose names we unfortunately didn’t catch — from housekeeping to reception and guest services — everyone made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would happily stay here again.
