Swissotel The Bosphorus

What a wonderful experience in this beautiful hotel! First of all, the location and safety is outstanding. Only 45 minutes to an hour from the airport, very Close to the Galapa Port, shopping area and other attractions. The rooms are very, very spacious and extremely Clean. The lobby Was absolutely Beautiful With the most exquisite view of the Bosphorus. We really enjoyed walking around the gardens, the pool, the stores, the Beauty Salon and the Spa. I had a massage during my stay and my friend had a wonderful haircut! The breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. Lots of space in the restaurant, no waiting time whatsoever, fresh food, and a huge variety… Beautifully displayed! This Beautiful Hotel definitely has it all! The excellent service provided by many many employees will always be our hearts, they made us feel very welcome every day at any time! Serkan the head Concierge manager was outstanding providing first Class customer service… He was very knowledgeable, gracious and professional. Also, I want to mention Samet and Alper for helping us during our stay. What a great group of individuals!! The quality of the Hotel, the amenities, and the excellence of the staff is priceless! This is probably one of the best hotels I ever experience. I definitely will come back.

I would like to go to sleep. It is 10.40pm. I cannot because, for the second night in a row, there is very loud music from the Asis Restaurant just outside my room - on the fifth floor of the west wing. I can't imagine that anybody else in the rooms around me can sleep either. I suggest, dear reader, that you try another hotel when you come to Istanbul - if you place any value on sleep that is. I will be returning to the JW Marriott next time I come. It's lovely. And quiet.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and I am absolutely delighted with the quality of service, the hotel's elegance, and the wonderful views of Istanbul. The staff are responsible, polite, and welcoming—they perform their duties to the highest standard! I will keep coming back here—and only here—again and again.
