This review is for the staff and management of the hotel. It is a beautiful hotel right on the Bosphorous. Possibly one of the most luxurious Hammam in Istanbul. Great rooftop and interestingly enough one of the classiest Indian restaurants in Town. I celebrated a birthday here and the staff had gone overboard to welcome me with a cake, chocolates, wine and balloons intact! Class act! Great lobby bar with the best views of the Bosphorous. But I found the management really professional and helpful. Special shoutout to Sahila, the supervising manager who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. I had an incident with the credit card/ATM machine there and the empathy she showed was unique and heartfelt. Definitely give this place a try!

I am currently staying at your property, where I booked a suite. I usually prefer to enjoy breakfast outside and experience local places, but this morning, as my children were tired, I decided to have breakfast at the hotel, fully aware that it would be charged. This turned out to be a mistake. We were charged almost full price for two children aged 5 and 7, who only had a croissant and a glass of milk. This is clearly disproportionate and very difficult to justify for a hotel of this standard. As for the buffet, it was far below expectations: very limited selection, lack of variety, and nothing that could justify a price of around 2500 TRY for an adult. However, the most unacceptable part was the service. I had to wait nearly 20 minutes just to receive a simple coffee. I then asked three different staff members for tea — and never received it. This level of disorganization and negligence is simply not acceptable for a five-star hotel. I travel frequently and stay in high-end hotels around the world, and as someone from Switzerland, I am used to high service standards. What I experienced this morning was clearly far below what should be expected. This experience was extremely disappointing and seriously damages the image of your establishment. I sincerely hope that management will take this feedback seriously and respond appropriately. BR, Hicham KENITA
