Swissotel The Bosphorus

Our first stay at Swissotel The phosphorus Hotel was truly excellent and exceeded expectations on all levels. Location: The hotel is perfectly located, offering easy access to key areas while still providing a calm and relaxing environment. Amenities: The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and convenience throughout the stay. Room: The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with high-quality bedding and all the essentials provided. Services: Service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. Outlets: The hotel’s outlets were well-curated, offering a pleasant atmosphere whether for relaxation or casual meetings. Dining Room: The dining area is elegant and welcoming, creating a great ambiance for meals. The executive lounge at the 17th floor is a must go place with beautiful views and superb service. Ali made our experience during breakfast and dinner a great one. Service (Dining): Dining service was attentive and efficient, with staff ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Busra & Malek were exceptional. The beers were cold. Food was tasty.

A great hotel, all aspects wise! Location, atmosphere, hospitality, services. Excellent buffet breakfast. All personnel is very polite and helpful, while Melek Gundiiz was such a tremendous help when I needed advise on working hours in various city locations, due to Eid. I will definitely come back!
