Tranquility, good service, attention, the feeling as we were at home. Beautiful
Our experience, as always, was excellent. All personnel extremely kind, attentive, and thoughtful. I do not mention their names because is possible that I might forget one, instead I include them all, restaurants, mantainance, personnel for transpsortation and security, and especially Carolina and Paloma. My only suggestion is to make a deep cleaning to the units, for example twice a year. Also I think the gardens need more attention, I saw some plants infected. Any way, PacifilcaGrand is parte of our family.

GREAT... very friendly service all around. Designed to keep you here not really for explorers. Very kids friendly lots of food perks when you buy the all inclusive package.

7 days with a Badger
One thing that never changes after over 10 years of being members at this resort is the exceptional service. We’re so grateful for the hardworking staff who made our stay memorable—special thanks to Jose, Astrid, and Antonio from the Snack Aqua Bar for keeping us happy from noon to sunset. Laura, our housekeeper, was amazing—keeping everything spotless gave me peace of mind, especially traveling with our 9-month-old. Inocente from El Faro, Perfecto with the luggage, and front desk stars Jonas and Alfonso were all caring and attentive as always. The only big downside was a persistent badger that repeatedly entered our balcony at night, damaging baby items, formula, and food. Despite our efforts and alerting the staff, the proposed solution—a cage in our balcony—was unacceptable to us. We ended up securing the space ourselves. When we raised this with Benjamin, the guest experience manager on our last day, we didn’t feel heard or fairly compensated. Sadly, this experience discouraged us from upgrading to a larger timeshare, even though we had been considering it.

Wonderful place
Beautiful resort at end of bay ixtapa. Clean. Friendly staff. Have been going for 40 years and improvements just keep getting better. Great for families. Chill vibe. Love the palapas on beach. Something for everyone. Good shows in theatre's. Kids programs are fun.
