The pros: 1. Location can't be beat. You exit and you've got immediate access to the lifts and gondolas. 2. The ski staff was excellent at selecting rental skis. If you're a renter, you're in good hands. High quality and the right fit for each skier. 3. 80 Proof - their speakeasy. It's "kind of" hidden and has phenomenal atmosphere. Our bartender wrote the menu and was incredible. A really fun experience; just top notch. 4. Gym is great. Plenty of equipment and even little bonuses like protein powder available. 5. Sustainability seems pretty decent. The staff assured me that they do recycle there, which is great if true. They also provide refillable aluminum bottles of water and water refill stations throughout. There's still a lot of plastic for take-out from the restaurants, which seemed unavoidable. The middles: 1. The spa is absolutely excellent for massage (get Socorro if you can - she is fabulous), however, it's pricey and check your bill when you leave as we had a few over charges/mistakes. They also have a schedule of classes and none actually occurred as scheduled while we were there, so that was a bit of a bummer. 2. Hot tubs and pool are ok, but only ok for the level of hotel this is and there are a LOT of children. Kids play in the hot tubs and leave toys there and so on. If you're there with your kids, this is fine. If you're adults only groups, this might be less endearing. 3. Housekeeping is hit or miss. When they're good, they're really good and the pillow menu is great. However, we had some days where the cleaners were loudly yelling and talking over us while we were there and that was a little off-putting and they also used a room fragrance scent they sprayed on everything from towels to the bed a little too liberally and gave one family member with sensitive skin a flare of eczema. 4. The ski valet was also hit or miss. When they offer to help, they're great, but we rarely received any offers of help and a few times, they were affirmatively rude, pushing and rushing to get past guests. They're great at selecting ski rentals, though. Good expertise and knowledge. The Cons 1. As above - sometimes inconsistent service. 2. We had a tough time at one of the restaurants, Steadfire, in terms of mistakes being made on almost all the food orders we placed with them. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, just make sure you double check everything there. After one event, we spoke to the manager and he was courteous and helpful, however, the mistakes kept continuing. Unfortunately, there aren't many options for restaurants there. The only others are more light fare with reduced hours or drinks and apps.

Our family had a truly exceptional stay at the Four Seasons Jackson Hole. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and seamless. Kendall took wonderful care of us throughout our visit, ensuring every detail felt personalized and effortless. She also arranged special touches for our son, which was very thoughtful. The room service team was outstanding as well—prompt, friendly, and consistently delivering excellent meals. We also enjoyed one meal at Steadfast Grill, with good steak. The real highlight of our stay was the skiing experience, which exceeded all expectations. The ski valet team was fantastic—special thanks to Carlos and the rest of the staff for making our ski-in/ski-out days incredibly easy. Having our gear ready, warm, and quickly retrieved each morning was a luxury that made the entire trip smoother. The Jackson Hole Mountain Sports School was equally impressive. Our 4-year-old son took lessons with Kirra, who was patient, energetic and understood what he needed. Under her guidance, he made tremendous progress and genuinely loved every minute on the snow—something we’ll always remember. The only minor note is that the base area and public areas of the hotel, including the restaurants, can get a bit crowded with skiers who aren’t staying at the resort. Even so, the Four Seasons team did a pretty good job of prioritizing the in-house guest experience, and we always felt well taken care of, thanks to Kendall. Overall, our stay was exceptional in every way—beautiful property, world-class service, excellent food, and unforgettable skiing. We would return in a heartbeat.

From check in to check out it was a great experience. The ski rental folks were helpful and friendly and you cannot beat the ease of ski in ski out. The bar tender in the speak easy needed help but he was wonderful and talented. I have to say the stand out was housekeeping, they were fantastic and attentive. Everything you expect from the four seasons. Great stay!

We booked a three-night stay over the Thanksgiving holiday. We knew it was before ski season officially opened, which meant that not all shops and restaurants in Teton Village were open. For us weather nerds, there was no snow on the ground when we arrived, but we got a good dusting of snow two days into our trip. Getting to the resort was an easy and scenic drive from the airport. We chose a mountain view room, and we were very happy with it. Our room was quiet with no noise from any direction. Concierge was really nice and helped us with our objective of seeing Grand Teton. We ate at Steadfire Chophouse three times – breakfast, Thanksgiving dinner, and regular dinner. All three meals were excellent. We also dined at Ascent Lounge, and we were pleased with that too. I enjoyed a coconut-milk based soup at Ascent that I am still thinking about. It was delicious! We loved the sweet treats in our room as well. The resort has a very talented pastry chef! Housekeeping was on point with excellent attention to detail. I will make an extra note of how well the hotel staff works together as a team. All in all, a great stay.

We’ve been here several times in summer and shoulder seasons and always assumed that Christmas at the four seasons Jackson hole would be magical. But I’m afraid there is nothing going on whatsoever. It’s as if the hotel thinks that just existing is enough. No fire going in the fire place in lobby/lounge. No live music. Ascent lounge understaffed and shocked that they are not open during the day over Christmas break. The only chance for a mid day skiing break/drink at the hotel is the handle bar, which on Christmas Eve had a line all the way to Teewinot lift. All of the village action is happening down towards the mangy moose.
