The location is great, that is why we booked this hotel. I was underwhelmed w/ our room though. The bathtub did not drain well when taking a shower, kinda gross. For almost $800 a night, i just expected a nicer room.

Best hotel to stay in Jackson, Wyoming. The hotel has so much character, large, comfortable rooms. and friendly staff.. The front desk staff, bellmen and concierge make you feel right at home. Walking distance to so many delicious restaurants and fun bars. I highly recommend staying here if looking for a hotel in the town of Jackson.

My family with my wife’s brother’s family and our 4 adult boys stayed here for 3 nights. Very nice place. Well maintained and the staff very friendly and helpful. You definitely cannot beat the location of this hotel. It is right in the heart of downtown. You can walk to almost anything, especially in the summer. The rooms were very clean and in working order. Decent size rooms as well. Beds were very comfortable and a/c worked well. The rooms do have a mini-fridge which was nice. Bar was good and food was decent. All in all, a great stay and we would go back.

The mattresses are uncomfortable and the air conditioner makes a lot of noise. Otherwise, a great place to stay. Food was great! Housekeeping did a great job!
