The Wort Hotel

We arrived at The Wort on Christmas Eve and stayed for 5 days. I cannot rave enough about this hotel. Natalie at the front desk was so sweet and she was helpful to my parents as well. The Christmas Dinner they serve at the hotel is delicious as well. Everynight we were brought water and chocolates. I love the hotel keeps the western charm and made you really feel in the west. The Silver Dollar is a great addition to the hotel with great food and reasonable prices. Again everything about this hotel is top notch, but I think the staff makes it the best! BRAVO on your fabulous customer service.

The Wort Hotel was everything I wished for and more! The service of the entire staff was above and beyond. The housekeeping staff came twice a day and always kept our room clean and tidy . Loved the million dollar bar and restaurant. Mia the front desk manager helped create a fantastic itinerary with all the activities, restaurants and shopping to create the perfect trip. Thanks for all your recommendations.

This is one of the most comfortable hotels we have stayed in. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the “Old West” charm of the furnishings did not disappoint and made our goal of a “traditional Christmas” away from home a success. From the warm smiles and greetings upon our arrival to the friendliness and well wishes upon our departure, everyone of the staff were warm and friendly. Great location in Jackson. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby area was beautifully adorned in Christmas cheer. The Silver Dollar Grill and Bar were both excellent. Definitely recommend.

We’ve stayed at the Wort many times. They do not disappoint. Great addition they made in the Silver Dollar bar. Service was impeccable as always. Great combination of history and comfort. It always feels like you’re coming home after skiing, snowmobiling, or whatever outdoor winter activity you enjoy. They’re definitely our place in Jackson.

The hotel offers several thoughtful and comforting spaces, including a designated comfort room and two inviting areas in the lobby where one can sit quietly by the fire with a book. These spaces added a sense of calm and refuge that was deeply appreciated. In the evenings, the availability of complimentary coffee and hot cocoa was a wonderful touch and contributed to the overall feeling of warmth and hospitality. The hotel has a cozy, cabin-like ambiance while still feeling refined and beautifully decorated, making it especially fitting for a Christmas stay.
