This is a review for two short stays. Excellent location in the heart of Jackson. Self park was easy, with free overnight street parking. Impressive lobby, great western decor. The snack, water and tea stations were convenient for heading to the parks, included with the $38 daily destination fee. Maybe could use some fruit and decaf teas? Very nice rooms and upscale bathrooms: cozy, clean, good amenities. Comfortable bed & pillows. On the downside, surprisingly small and scratchy bath towels and very thin walls…snoring and a vibrating phone next door woke us up. As a platinum Bonvoy member, I appreciated the pre-arrival room upgrade from a king to a premier king and offer for a late checkout (didn’t need it). They gave us a $50 daily credit towards breakfast in the Bistro, enough to cover breakfast for two. The food was good and the servers were pleasant and attentive. The concierge and front desk staff were all outstanding and helpful, with the exception of one associate (long story). Daily housekeeping and turndown were on point during our first stay, but they strangely skipped us during our second stay. I had to file missing stay reports with Marriott Bonvoy in order to get the night credits & points, which was a hassle.

Gratitude

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 weeks ago

On our move from Indianapolis to Seattle, we planned to have a celebratory evening at the Cloudveil. A couple of days before our arrival, we shared that we were celebrating our move after a long-distance relationship. The Cloudveil noted this and provided a couple of upgrades. We were excited learning this. Beyond the celebration, every staff member we encountered was professional, happy, and service-oriented. We can't be grateful enough for the wonderful experience at the Cloudveil. We just wish we could have stayed one more evening. Sendng gratitude to a wonderful staff. --Joe

Fabulous Stay

I'm a fan of the Autograph Collection. Concierge/front desk were very helpful in making restaurant recommendations and reservations. They were friendly and informative. Valet is behind the hotel. The bedding is fabulous and comfortable. Bistro was tasty for breakfast -- Jackson omelet, bagels with lox, eggs and toast were all well prepared. Jacuzzi was lovely after a day of hiking. Lovely (and yummy) donut display for National donut day. Didn't make it up to the Terrace Bar (rented out for an event). Best of all, my son left one AirPod in the room (figured it out at the airport) and housekeeping and the front desk were able to locate it and mail it back. Outstanding service.
