DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL for the following reasons: 1) Upon booking, total is charged to your credit card except for taxes and the RESORT FEE NOONE TELLS YOU ABOUT. 2) At booking I was told I would get a 10% discount per night if I brought by AAA card and showed it at check-in. I did that and was told "oh no its $10 per day". I asked for the $20 to be applied and they never did it. 3) Upon receiving final bill, I see @ $90 for a resort fee for 2 days stay and called to get it credited because I was never told about it. Instead of using superior customer service, I got a lecture on how the hotel industry operates and that it's impossible that I was not informed. Perhaps its stated somewhere in writing, but a full disclosure would have been appreciated for the $1300 I spent for a 2 day stay. I asked to speak to a manager and he would not give me, the customer, the benefit of the doubt and credit even half the resort fee. Then, he even refused to apply the $20 for the mis-quoted AAA discount because he claimed I was rude - NO, I was upset by how badly I was treated. These customer facing people need a training class in treating customers that have legit complaints.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Jackson Hole and visiting the surrounding parks. The daily breakfast and shuttle to town are great amenities. The pool is in the front of the property on the main road, but the nature preserve makes it worth it to have quiet in the back. Our toddler enjoyed the pool and walking the nature preserve! Would stay here again.

We stayed three nights at the start of a break in Grand Teton and Yellowstone. Rustic Inn is well located being an easy walk into town and a short drive from the park. It is on a very busy road though and you are always aware of the traffic noise, particularly at the small pool area. We had two lodges and they were pretty much ideal - spacious and well equipped. If I am being critical they were a little dated inside and quite dark but all in all they were fine. We did not eat dinner at the Inn but had breakfast there every day - standard buffet - it got busy at peak times but did offer a reasonable selection. Worth adding that the landscaped grounds have been well done with the stream running through them and with fire pits dotted around the site as well. In summary it was a good base for the start of our holiday; I would stay again but would probably try and find an alternative in a slightly quieter location (i.e. off the main road) if possible.

Exceeded our expectations - amazing property, pretty cool rooms, and a great breakfast. Very close to downtown and a great environment to finish the night. Fire pits, beautiful skies, and great drinks! We will be back.

Excellent cabin, very comfortable bed, excellent kitchen and front-of-house staff, very good site and location - but the outstanding feature was the housekeeping! Cleaning, linen replenishment, restocking consumables - all perfect and the best we found on our trip. Well done to the room cleaners. A great Inn and a spectacular part of the US. Thank you for a wonderful end to our trip.
