We loved our stay here. Very comfy beds, cute cabins, great complimentary breakfast choices, friendly staff, outdoor spaces for kids to explore. Very convenient to everything we had on our agenda. Can't wait to return!

**Great Summer Stay Near Jackson** We stayed in a Superior King Creekside Cabin during the summer and had a great experience. If you're planning to spend your days exploring Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone, wildlife watching, hiking, or other outdoor activities, Rustic Inn is an excellent place to stay. One of the things we liked most was the location. The property is just outside downtown Jackson, which gave it a quieter and more relaxed feel while still being very convenient. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle into town, which is less than a mile away, so getting to restaurants and shops was easy. Our creekside cabin was comfortable, spacious, and fit perfectly with the Western atmosphere of Jackson. It also included a pull-out sofa, making it a good option for families. The grounds are attractive and well maintained, and we actually thought the property looked better in person than it does on the website. Housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The included breakfast buffet was a nice perk and made mornings easy before heading out for the day. The breakfast staff and Bistro staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We also had dinner at the Bistro and thought the steaks were very good. The pool, hot tub, and sauna area are nice places to relax after a day of sightseeing. They are located closer to the highway side of the property, but the traffic noise never bothered us. The lounge chairs were especially comfortable, and we spent a few hours there one afternoon. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to both couples and families. I actually preferred being slightly outside downtown Jackson rather than right in the middle of it. If your trip is focused on outdoor adventures, it's a great location. If you're looking for nightlife or a bachelorette-party-style weekend, you may prefer staying directly in town. One thing worth noting is that Rustic Inn is a very good four-star property, but it is not an ultra-luxury resort. Guests who typically stay at places like the Four Seasons may find the accommodations and amenities less elevated. That said, for a comfortable, well-maintained property with character, friendly service, and a great location for exploring the area, it offers excellent value. Overall, Rustic Inn was a great summer base for our Jackson trip, and we would happily return.

Definitely a great place to stay. Convenient to the town square for shopping and close to the Tetons. We have stayed here over the past 4 years and would definitely recommend. The rooms are nice and clean. Property is so pretty. The staff were wonderful. We have seen a huge beaver the past two years in the evenings which was fun to see. Parking has been right outside our room which was convenient. Breakfast buffet was great and is included.

This was our second visit to the Rustic Inn and we were looking forward to a quiet evening after a long journey to get there. We checked into our room to the din of road equipment asphalting the driveway to the rooms at the rear of the property. The work continued after 5 pm and the smell of asphalt was overwhelming, preventing us from sitting out on our deck. When my husband told the front desk, Jesse, the manager, offered us a substanial credit toward dinner that night, turning what could have been an unpleasant experience into a positive one. While we could not use our private deck, we sat in front of the inn away from the fumes and enjoyued cocktails and an excellent dinner.Good staff can make or break a hotel experience. We'll be back.

We spent 4 nights here, earlier this month. This place is a unique, in-town resort property. Well maintained and excellent amenities. Note: the couple somewhat negative reviews for stays in early May of this year were nothing like what you should expect; they were bizarre, given our experience. Yes, you will have everything at the Rustic Inn for a special Jackson Hole experience. And, yes, the breakfast is great. The staff is friendly. And the housekeeping is exceptional. Enjoy!
