Rustic Inn Creekside Resort & Spa

When we arrived at this stay we were bowled over by the fantastic location, beautiful, well equipped, luxurious cabin. We sat on the deck watching the creek ripple past and really enjoyed the fire pits. The breakfast was the best we have had on our trip with fresh fruit, healthy options and plenty of it! The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. A great couple of days spent at this stopover.

Stayed at the Rustic Inn for 3 days and nights 1st week in September. The location is great in reference to Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park. The service and folks at the hotel/resort were fantastic and the included breakfast was wonderful. The grounds are very nice and well kept. (Though honestly not as nice as the pictures show it to be.) My complaint are the rooms. This is a corporate owned property and the rooms need updating desperately. They are dark, old and dated. The carpets are old and dirty and not at the fault of housekeeping. They are just worn. They use a curtain to separate the bedroom from the bathroom area and the curtain was old and had stains on it. The toilet in the bathroom was old and very low. Our bathroom counter had a large crack across it. The finish on our bathroom mirror was coming off. The rooms have seen their day. When you pay $2000. For 3 nights somewhere you don’t expect rooms like this. I honestly would not go back until they were all updated.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!! Location is wonderful! Walkable to downtown Jackson. The cabins are charming and modern. We looked out over the creek. The ONLY negative (and this is minor) is I wish there were hooks on the wall. Breakfast is included and it was plentiful and delicious. 5 stars!!!! Would stay here again! Staff was friendly.

Welcoming, friendly staff. Rustic cabin on the creek = just perfect with the Western vibe. Opened the window on my birthday for the Best Gift Ever = a large elk, rack & all. Then walked along the creek to breakfast and saw a beaver. Wow, what a day! Cabin is dated but comfortable. Good AC. Breakfast buffet with Starbucks Pike coffee; different-daily scrambled and plain scrambled; meats; potatoes; the best strawberries/blueberries; and breads = very good. The bar/restaurant led by the best bartender (Polish) in that same Western decor offered a small menu that actually had something for anyone. Best Woodford Manhattan EVER! The shuttle was a huge bonus. Ubers are few and very high priced. Can't wait to return

We absolutely loved the Rustic Inn! When planning our trip, I had looked at several of the other highly recommended places to stay in Jackson Hole, and they weren’t available for our dates. I can honestly say I’m SO glad they weren’t because Rustic Inn was AMAZING! The property is beautiful and has the perfect rustic, mountain feel. It truly felt like we were in Wyoming and fit the whole feel of our vacation perfectly. We actually stayed in both a King Cabin and a Superior Guest Room with Fireplace, so we got to experience both. While we enjoyed the cabin, the Superior Guest Room with Fireplace was well worth the little bit extra—especially if you love that cozy log-cabin feel. I would also highly recommend requesting an upper-level room. We loved having the balcony and the view! We had both breakfast and dinner at the resort, and the food was delicious. Everyone we encountered on the staff was helpful, friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is another big plus—close enough to easily enjoy downtown Jackson, but the property itself feels peaceful and tucked away from all the activity. Rustic Inn ended up being one of those happy surprises that made our trip even better than we planned. If we return to Jackson Hole, we wouldn’t even look anywhere else. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend it!
