We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Rusty Parrot. Our room was beautiful, service is outstanding. All staff was very polite and helpful. Very close to Jackson Hole Town Square where we walked every day. And loved the daily cookies and coffee, candy delivered to our room every night! Nowhere better to stay if you’re visiting Jackson Hole…hope to visit again

We only spent one night in Jackson but it was memorable due to staying at The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa. It is a smaller luxury hotel and one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The location is great as it is away from the busyness of the town square but still just a short walk away. There is a park in front of the building and a river behind it. I never had problems parking on the street right in front of the building. Our room was very well appointed and we loved the small touches like automatic blinds and dimmable lights. We were very torn while here because we wanted to experience Jackson but it was hard to leave the room. We walked to Snake River Brewery for dinner and ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast. It was July 4th and we watched the fireworks from the balcony. It was a great experience and we would love to return in the future.

Our first experience with the Rusty Parrot Lodge in Jackson, WY was a little over a year ago. We have visited the Tetons, Yellowstone and Jackson numerous times over the years as the town of Jackson was our honeymoon spot back in 1999. It was our first vacation destination as a couple so it will always hold a special place in our hearts. We had returned to the area again to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in September of 2024. We have a list of favorites in the area that we always try to return to and after our stay last year, The Rusty Parrot Lodge has quickly become one of them. We had never stayed at the lodge before the fire and rebuild but I can imagine it was just as special years ago. During that first stay we were incredibly impressed with both the accommodations as well as the staff that went out of their way to make sure each and every guest was enjoying their stay. There are many nice luxurious lodges and accommodations to pick from all throughout the Jackson Hole area, however the staff here really does go above and beyond and deserves to be recognized. Last winter we came back to town as a family to ring in the New Year and we made sure to book a couple nights at the Rusty Parrot during our time in town. This stay was also phenomenal in regards to both the comfort of the rooms as well as the staff we encountered. Our kids (teenagers) recognized the high standard of service at this lodge as well and I'm sure they'll return again for years to come....maybe one day with their own spouses. I wish I could remember the particular names of the staff we were in contact with during those visits but I will be sure to make notes during future trips. I feel a bit selfish writing this as I almost hate to share how wonderful this place is for fear of social media and the overcrowding of our favorite spots in this great and beautiful country, but alas The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa really does deserve all the five star reviews and positive praise it is given. I'm mainly writing this review today because we were once again headed back to Jackson and looking forward to another quick stay at the Rusty Parrot just recently to celebrate our anniversary and although we didn't get the experience we were planning, the service and compassion we received from the staff of The Rusty Parrot is beyond worthy of leaving a glowing review. The day prior to our planned check-in we had a family emergency at home and instead of heading from Yellowstone into Jackson for a lovely anniversary dinner and stay at the Rusty Parrot to finish our weekend trip we were headed straight to the airport to fly home early to be with our daughter who had been taken to the ER. After a restless night researching the quickest way home, we reached out to the diamond desk at Hilton in regards to our upcoming stay at The Rusty Parrot prior to catching our new flight as we didn't want to be a 'no-show' and we weren't quite sure what needed to be done to cancel our reservation so last minute. After explaining the details of need for cancellation with the agent, she was in contact directly with the Rusty Parrot and was able to speak with Jennifer that morning while we were on hold. I believe the agent addressed her as the manager of the lodge and happened to be on duty that morning (hopefully I have that correct). Anyway, I'm not sure what was discussed between the two of them but we will never forget how understandable the lodge was in regards to us needing to cancel our stay at the very last minute. Many, many thanks to Jennifer as well as the rest of the staff at this special spot in Jackson for being so compassionate and leaving us with a desire to return to the business again and again. Although our planned weekend away had to end so abruptly, our daughter is feeling much better now and we certainly plan to be back for years to come to enjoy more luxury and attention to detail at The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa in the future.

My stay at the Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the outstanding hospitality of the staff, especially Jennifer. Her warmth and dedication made us feel like family, always going above and beyond to answer our questions and ensure our comfort. From check-in to departure, her attentiveness elevated our experience. Berk and Gabriel also deserve a nod for their friendly service, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere. The cozy rooms and world class food at Wild Sage made this a memorable retreat for myself, my wife, and young two children. Highly recommend
