We recently had a 40-person conference at the Spring Creek Ranch and working with Samantha Bauch was incredible, a true professional in every way, Samantha was on top of everything from reservations, food and AV equipment, her talented staff of Mariam and Jack were as helpful as anyone could ask, they were truly on top of their game and had everything ready for each day's meeting. Spring Creek Ranch provided all the meals for this conference and the Chef was incredible, I believe his name was Jaycen. Every meal from breakfast, lunch and dinner was truly amazing, and I looked forward to seeing what he would serve the next day. Truly a great experience and the views from the conference room and cabins of the Grand Teton Mountains made it hard to concentrate, just breathtaking. Great job to Samantha and her team and I truly hope we get to work together again very soon.

Beautiful accommodations. Everything was well done from start to finish. Scenery was also unequalled. Although it was ideal for winter, I would be excited to return in the summer. Convenient location!

My daughter booked a horseback ride last minute. We were there on vacation the last few days. She didn’t realize that we were leaving the day she booked the ride. The refused to cancel or refund her money. She’s young & made an honest mistake. The people I talked to were extremely rude & no help at all. I asked to speak to a supervisor or owner. I left several messages. No one would return my calls. They also went against their own policy & hit her account a day before the booking. We plan on visiting here again in the future. Won’t be using this business!

We stayed in one of the condo suites with 2 bedrooms. Our balcony had a full view of the Grand Teton. We had a mini refrigerator and washer/dryer that were both very handy in saving us some money since this was the second week of our vacation. The room was very comfortable, only wish it had chairs to sit and relax inside by the fire. All of the staff were amazing, attentive, kind, and helped with anything we needed. We had some trouble with the wifi access our last night and with one phone call it was fixed within 30 minutes. Pamela was so helpful in making reservations for tours and activities and helped us with our decision to extend our stay from 3 nights to 8 nights working to make sure we were able to stay in the same room. They do have a lovely pool area and a service for food for breakfast and lunch. The food was great with the limited menu. We did take 3 horseback rides at the ranch. Hannah was an amazing guide on the horseback rides and gave us really good recommendations of places to eat and things to do while we were in the area. We loved the location of the ranch up the hills just a few minutes out of Jackson. It was so quiet, not crowded, with spectacular views. It was truly a wonderful trip and stay, it was hard to come home. We will be going back!

We did the horseback ride tour with our awesome guide Sophie and loved it! The horses were so cute and well taken care of. We saw so many great views and enjoyed being in the outdoors. There were so many great views of the mountains and valley. Definitely recommend!
