Best horseback riding experience
We had a blast horseback riding at Spring Creek Ranch!! I myself was so anxious, but our guide, Abigail, was absolutely wonderful. She was so patient, kind and made our experience truly so memorable. I’d come back and do it again as long as we have her & our horses Nickle and Butterball 😊

Disappointing BBQ
We did not stay overnight at Spring Creek Ranch. We went to the Wednesday night barbecue. The food was catered in. The macaroni and cheese was great, but the beef and pork barbecue were less than mediocre. We roasted our marshmallows and enjoyed the s’mores. I don’t want to say anything derogatory about the nice guitar player. The view is lovely. We won’t go back or recommend it.

Loved SCR
Five city slickers had a great time pretending to be cowboys at Spring Creek Ranch. Our guide Jenavieve was fantastic. I have been on horseback rides with very old horses going around a circle basically. This one hour ride offered stunning views and had us going up and down a mountain trail. Loved it!

Beautiful views!
We did the 1 hour ride with our three kids ages 7, 10, and 12. The horses were we on were very well trained. The kids horses were so docile. The kids felt that it was there favorite activity during our week of visiting Yellowstone and Grand Tetons! The views on the ride were beautiful!

Very weird staff and tired accommodation
Beautiful location and the accommodation could be lovely except the carpets are dirty and musty, the bathroom’s not clean and is very tired, and the fridge - which is in the bathroom - is old and pretty useless. Staff on reception were quite frankly odd - unapproachable and passive aggressive. Weird choice of people to represent your brand. Saw lots of the horse rides going out and can’t say any of the horses looked happy… The biggest issue was that during the stay ecoli was found in the water supply for the whole of Jackson, and text messages were sent advising not to drink any tap water. There was zero communication or guidance from the accommodation about this - I would have expected a note under the door or a sign somewhere in case people hadn’t received the text. But no, nothing. It’s all just very odd as a place and for customer service.
