As this was my first visit to leela palace jaipur with my family So we booked 2 room one is room with pool and other is twin villa So day before chkin i shared my arrival ETA with adnan one of leela team member and told him that we will be there by 12pm and request to kindly keep the room ready and we are going there to celeberate one of our family member birthday so also requested to do some towel art in the room to make that person feel special however nothing was there at that time but we didnt mention And due to some reasons we reached at around 4 pm however till then our rooms are not ready and we have to wait for half and hour for our room after that we just got our 1 room key only ...other room key they hand it over in our room I belive thats very disapponting ... After that the room which we booked with pool had a very bad smell at the entrace we dont know what was that it was very disgusting .... The next day we went for the brkfast however we have to wait for 15-20 mins upon there also team told us that restro is fully occupied and there is no sitting available I dont know such a big and lavish property doest have a proper sitting ??? Overall our experice was not that up to the mark and before travelling again to that property we have to think twice .... As this was not expected from leela hotel

Feel like a Princess. Royale......
It was my daughter's b'day that I we came to celebrate as Mother n Daughter ..... I had not informed the hotel but once they came to know, they made it so so very special. Right from our welcome and checkin,Vishwajeet and Krishna were more than helpful. Akansha/ Ankita ensured that the room we got was upto our best of liking. You must dine or have a meal at Aravali headed by Sonu and his fantastuc hospitality team Praveen, Ajay, Ninni and chef Binod. Food is amazing so it won't be fair to just praise one dish. Housekeeping staff has my all applaud, Jeetendra and all others work verry verry hard, running around..... Overall experience was 200% awesome. Could not have had it better. Thanks Leela Palace, Jaipur, for making my daughter feel like a Princess.

My whole experience was very amazing. I hae this butler named Abhishek who helped me with everything at the property he solved every problem and challenge i faced in the property actively, his behaviour was very nice and he is such a kind person hope to see him again

Nikita Singh and the chef Rajendra Shekhawat at Jamavar were very warm, nice and cordial! Nikita served us really well and the quality of the food was out of this world! Highly recommend Jamavar at the Leela Palace Jaipur as the Top place. It was my life’s best experience!!!! Loved the staff and the food here ❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰
