The Leela Palace Jaipur

During the first week of April, I had a memorable stay at Leela Palace, Jaipur. The experience did begin with a slight hiccup—something I wouldn’t typically expect from a property like Leela—but what truly stood out was how swiftly and thoughtfully the team turned things around. Team Leela seamlessly transformed an average start into a delightful experience through their warmth and attention to detail. This has, by far, been my best stay across Leela properties, even compared to my visits to their erstwhile Goa property or Kovalam, and Bangalore. A special thanks to Anchal Gupta for ensuring everything was taken care of so thoughtfully, and to Anchal Updadhya for her excellent hospitality during breakfast and dinner. You both are true ambassadors of Leela hospitality—keep up the great work. Looking forward to another wonderful stay at Leela Jaipur.

This place is breathtaking from the moment you get out the car, the hotel is sublimely kept - practically looks brand new! Never in all our hotel experiences have we had such a welcome. The service is great, I loved the amber terrace (music however was a bit loud for us past 8pm) and Jamavar is really something special! The place has an overwhelming sense of calm and tranquility. Having said this, we were lucky to be upgraded to a beautiful pool villa - so on the arrival of a wedding party who took over the terrace and pool for the next two days we were able to escape to our room…if this was not available to us, I think we would have had a poorer experience and would have reflected in the review…If you’re in Jaipur this hotel is a must visit.

We had an excellent hospitality experience with outstanding service throughout our stay. The food was absolutely superb, and the property’s architecture is truly aesthetic and beautifully designed. We opted for the plunge pool villa, which is definitely the best category if you’re traveling with a child—spacious, private, and very comfortable. The highlight of our stay, apart from everything mentioned above, was our butler, Mr. Akshat. He is extremely kind and one of the most prompt and attentive individuals I have ever come across in all my travel experiences. Looking forward to visiting The Leela Palace Jaipur soon!

Went to jharokha for my wife’s birthday the food was amazing Anmol was very polite and quick with the service really enjoyed spending my time there! Highly recommend!!
