My stay at this beautiful 5-star property was truly exceptional and beyond my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality, ambiance, cleanliness, and attention to detail made me feel extremely comfortable and valued as a guest. Every part of the experience reflected luxury and professionalism. The food, service, and overall atmosphere were outstanding and created a memorable experience for me. I would especially like to appreciate two amazing staff members — Hemant, the flute player, and Praveen. Hemant’s flute performance added a magical and peaceful touch to the environment. His talent and dedication created a very relaxing and elegant atmosphere that made the stay even more special. Praveen was equally impressive with his polite behavior, professionalism, and willingness to help at every moment. Both employees represented the hotel’s high standards perfectly and deserve recognition for their excellent service and warm hospitality. I would definitely love to visit this property again and highly recommend it to others.
